The Variation of Interior Illuminance according Road Tunnel Shape (도로터널의 형태에 따른 내부조도 변화)

  • 본 논문에서는 말굽형과 장방형 터널의 기본부의 노면과 벽면의 조도를 Lightscape를 사용하여 계산하였으며, 계산된 결과를 분석하여 보면 노면의 평균조도와 평균균제도는 두 가지 터널 사이에 큰 차이가 없었으며, 벽면조도는 노면에서 높아질수록 두 가지 터널에서 차이가 커지는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 국내외 터널조명 기법들을 조사, 분석한 것을 바탕으로 향후 터널조명 시스템 적용과 개발 가능성 연구, 분석을 위한 시뮬레이션을 행하였다. 시뮬레이션 프로그램은 Lightscape를 이용하였으며, 터널 내 노면 조도, 조도균제도 그리고 단위면적당 소비전력량에 대하여 비교, 분석하였다.

  • As we know, topography of korea is composed of many mountains. Also, the volume of traffic is increasing more and more nowadays. So, many tunnels are being constructed to reduce cost of transport and time. Thus, tunnel illumination was considered as the most important thing to make safe traffic conditions. In the past, we installed luminaires on the wall in tunnel, but currently we are installing those on the ceiling. Wherever luminaires are installed on the ceiling, the electric designer may not have known the proper point to install luminaires. Therefore, we researched this project to resolve above problems with abundant experience and accurate data through simulation(Lightscape program). As a result of research, mounting luminaires on the ceiling are better than wall because uniformity is more regular and utilization factor is also higher and then brightness is adequate as well, whereby installation on the ceiling is economical. Therefore, it is suitable that luminaires are installed on the ceiling in tunnel than wall.

  • Architecture design has need of daylight prediction to utilize daylight efficiently. But it is difficult to predict the exact value of available daylight in buildings. Using various lighting simulation software is not difficulty, but we can find different results under the same conditions. The purpose of this paper is to compare simulation values from various software such as Lumen-micro 2000, Lightscape 3.2, and Relux 2006. The same space and parameters of daylight(location of space and window, date, time, and skylight condition) are considered to conduct various simulation conditions.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop an exterior lighting design database system for building lighting design. This database system has been designed to work internet web service as a design tool for architect and architecture student who are not profession of lighting design. In this study, exterior lighting database system has been accumulated with rendering image of each building from and lighting projector placement.

  • Available daylight in inside offers comfortable view environment, and psychological and physical advantages to people in a room. Architecture design has need of daylight prediction for reflection efficiently daylight. But it is difficult to predict the illuminance values in daylight system. Using various lighting simulation software is easy and simple, but we can find different results under the same conditions. This study compares with illuminance values from simulation (Lightscape 3.2, RELUX 2007, RADIANCE 3.9) and Mock-up experiment with the same space and parameter of daylight (location of space and window, date, time and sky condition).

  • Buildings' outward appearances, sidewalks, and street lights have long been regarded as important factors identifying the street landscape of a city. On the other hand, the interior spaces of a building have been known to have less correlation with street landscape. This paper, which did not use standardized urban street landscape application methods, attempts, based on an experiment involving Pimatgol, to prove that small changes in interior design influence the street landscapes of cities and even provide new vigorousness. Pimatgol is a type of village that still possesses a traditional Korean lyrical atmosphere. This paper also attempts to, with the use of a physical model and a digital simulation of small changes interior design, such as changes in materials, size of the opening, location of furniture, or a change of lights, uncover positive changes in street landscape. Computer simulation is one of the extraordinarily useful techniques to predict lighting performance, changing interior space and present visual image. As a result, this study can be a valuable guideline for the future streetscape reform project to lead the demanding effects of the interior space.
