본 연구는 노인 평생교육 참여 동기 유형이 교육만족도와 삶의 변화에 미치는 영향이 있는지 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 65세 이상 평생교육프로그램에 참여했던 노인 340명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구사회학적 변인 중 성별, 학력, 월 용돈, 배우자에만 교육만족도와 삶의 변화에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육만족도와 삶의 변화에서 학습 지향유형이 활동 지향유형에 비해 교육만족도도 높고, 삶의 변화도 많이 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육만족도를 종속변인으로 하고 교육 참여 동기 유형의 하위 변인들을 독립변인으로 하여 회귀분석을 한 결과 학습지향과 목표지향 유형만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교육 참여 동기 유형에 따라 삶의 변화 영향이 있는지 검증한 결과 가정, 사회 여가, 신체 정서, 행복감, 삶의 변화 전체에서 학습 지향 유형과 목표지향유형이 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The subjects of the research were 275 aged care nurses working in Gyeonggi regions. The analysis result showed: job satisfaction in overall situation was 2.87 on a 5 point scale, indicating the level of job satisfaction was lower than average: the quality of life was 2.97, as with job satisfaction, also low. On the other hand, the research outcomes to discern if it affects the lower level of the quality of life, it was found that variables affecting psychological health include job, pay, co-workers, organization, changing an occupation/job; Social environment include job, pay, and promotion (reward), The maintenance of social relations, pay, promotion(reward) and co-workers, changing an occupation/job; variables affecting physical health include job, pay, promotion(reward), changing an occupation/job; The research outcomes confirm that the job satisfaction of aged visit care workers is an important factor affecting their quality of life.

The purpose of this study was to explore the amis of two-day weekend system, the attitudes of people towards the system, and people's actions taken under the system implementation in Taiwan. Several other factors together with the implementation of Two-day Weekend System and at least three interrelated factors are the spurs for families to adjust their family life styles. the interrelated factors are changing economy, changing demography, and changing technology. The strategies available for families are as follows: 1. Keeping simple family life 2. Looking for flexible jobs other than a fixed daytime schedule. 3. Taking the advantages of information technology. 4. Working and getting together with family members at home and outside of the home.

Some companies of domestic construction indicate recently that modern life for the aged prefer an advanced technical alliance between O.D.L and I.D.L systems. It means the quality of housing life of the aged has been raised and changed quickly as well as the O.D.L and I.D.L systems since the last year. These preliminary studies suggest that the aged people in the country suffer from insufficient O.D.L and I.D.L systems caused by nation-wide economic poverty compared with the aged people in Seoul. The information from the country has been restricted for several decades therefore some details of the results of the studies are at times difficult to believe and differ depending on the research methods. The purpose of this study is to clarify the quality housing life of the aged, based on the comparative analysis between the O.D.L and I.D.L systems. The quality of housing life of the aged in countryside has been revealed by the clarification of the conditions housing supply, facilities, and therefore housing the cost amount. The conclusions are as follows ; The quickly changing architectural O.D.L elements are presented below in 17 items, while the I.D.L elements are presented in 18 items.

Knitwears are originated earlier than textiles in human beings life. And then human beings life. And then human beings have been continuously developing as life patterns of human beings are becoming various and society is rapidly changing. Recently , changing life styles of the consumer emphasize the importance of the high quality , individuality , variety , and activity of knitwears. In this study , university women and housewives livings in Seoul have been surveyed in the cause of analyzing of the consumer's actual conditions. And eight brands of th specialized knit enterprises also have been surveyed, though it is imperfect . The purpose of this study lies in giving a help to the rational clothing habits of consumer and presenting some courses for aiming of korean knit industry. I made use of percentage and $x^2$-test for the analysis of the data and analyzed the contents of the question papers.

This paper deals with a procedure of changing the current inspection & replacement periods for ROKAF aircraft parts. ROKAF is mostly operating aircraft of foreign makes, and takes maintenance actions according to Technical Orders(TO.) published by foreign aircraft manufacturers. Therefore ROKAF inspects and replaces specific parts at the time noticed from T.O.. These inspection and replacement periods are determined by manufacturers according to the standard operating environment and parts' durability. But the standard operating environment Is different from operator's environment. Because of this difference, the inspection and replacement periods have to be changed according to operators' operation environment. It is resonable that the manufacturer, having design materials and life test data of parts, changes those periods together with materials of operators' operation environment. But we have many difficulties in obtaining the design materials and life test data. Then this paper proposes a procedure of changing the periods of aircraft's parts with life data obtained during operating aircraft. For the reliability analysis, a software of RELEST (Reliability Estimation Version 1.0) is used.

This qualitative case study examines how mid-life housewives perceive age, react to aging, and experience the changing of their appearance that comes with age. The participants of this study were eight housewives four full-time housewives and four working housewives in middle adulthood. This study was conducted through in-depth interviews that were based on an unstructured questionnaire, and the data was collected from January 2010 to October 2010. Findings are as follows: during mid-life, housewives continue to exert efforts toward self-development, and toward self-actualization that can unleash the potential of their "multi-self". The housewives of the Entering Middle Adulthood self-actualization period believe that the material self as manifested in appearance is the most important component of the multi-self. Indeed, both groups of housewives thought a great deal about the criterion of appearance for their age and were concerned about others' viewpoints, social stereotypes, the appearance "norm," and other characteristics related to appearance. The full-time housewives made efforts to improve their social selves, and the working housewives tried to enhance their spiritual selves. The viewpoints of husbands are often internalized into housewives' internal points of view; therefore the relationships of housewives with their husbands were crucial both to the confidence the women felt in their appearance, and to their satisfaction in life.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand and describe the experiences of exercise maintenance in elderly with osteoarthritis (OA). Methods: Three focus group interviews were conducted with a total of 19 older adults with OA who have been exercising for more than six months. Results: Two main themes emerged from the analysis: the changing exercise in life's journey (exercise maintained by self and family affection, exercise maintained by social networking expansion, exercise changing for function and body-image and exercise changing for economic efficiency) and the exercise pervaded into the life (Exercise used as a side effect-free treatment, exercise internalized by will and a sense of accomplishment and exercise become daily routine habits). Conclusion: Despite the various problems associated with aging and OA, participants made exercise a part of their lives by changing it to fit their own functions, abilities and circumstances. It is necessary to emphasize the positive aspects of the overall situation and to provide appropriate education and exercise based on the theory as well as the individual's overall fitness and limitations.
