There have been 3E problems of energy, economy and environment since the earth has its history. Especially, the energy and environment problems have been getting serious after the modern industry revolution. Therefore, the demand of gas as an eco-friendly energy source is getting increased. With the demand of gas, the installation and use of gas boiler is also increased, so human life injury by the waste gas(CO) of boiler goes on increasing every year. It is the content about a life of the exhaust tube which is used at Gas boiler in this paper. We explain also the course to apply the 6SC(6 Step Creativity) of practical TRIZ and evaluate the re solution.

To study the Koryo dynasty (14th Century) diet culture, $\ulcorner$Bak Tong Sa$\lrcorner$&$\ulcorner$No Kul Dae$\lrcorner$were analyzed. $\ulcorner$Bak Tong Sa$\lrcorner$and$\ulcorner$No Kul Dae$\lrcorner$are the book of Chinese dialogue book which were published 14C Koryo dynasty. The results obtained from the study were as follows: 1. Vegtables were 40 varieties involving the representative vegetables in Koryo dynasty. 2. Lamb and pork were the most popular meat I Won dynasty (Chinese) and the meat were popular in 14C Koryo dynasty. 3. Cook menu introduced I these books were 40 varieties and the full course menu were used in Han dynasty Banquet. 4. Cooking tools were various to survey Koryo dynasty cooking tools culture.

During the past decades, dramatic technology changes affected the life of billions of people around the globe. Although these changes resulted to economic benefits, mostly for the developed countries, the undiscerning development also resulted to many side effects, such as environment pollution, scarce natural resources, global warming, and an increase of the gap between "those who have" and "those who have not", among others. Also, since these developments were based on high technologies, they were not suitable for 90% of the underdeveloped countries. In this review, the possible ways of increasing the quality of life in underdeveloped countries are described, by providing adaptive solutions using appropriate technologies. Some successful applications of appropriate and intermediate technology are introduced, and the need for a new undergraduate education course of engineering design based on appropriate technology is proposed for Korea.

In the course of insurance claim administration, medical experts' opinions are called medical claim reviews. They are classified into two main categories: medical verification and counsel for claim staff. Medical verification compare between product coverage and the insured's physical condition. Medical counsel for claim staff is advice for claim staff when they have a question about medical knowledge to make a claim decision. A common example of medical verification is insurance coding of pituitary apoplexy. Some clinicians have insisted that the ICD coding of pituitary apoplexy is l63 of cerebral infarction, but the exclusion criteria of I code show that neoplasm is coded as C00 to D48. Thus, pituitary apoplexy must be coded as D33. An example of medical counsel for claim staff is interpretation of some medical conditions. It is divided into UCR(usual, customary, and reasonable) assessment, assessment of causality, and so on. Disability evaluation is another subject of medical counsel for claim staff. The final claim decision must be made by claim staff because only the claim staff have the authority of claim decision. Medical claims review is only an expert's opinion.

Creeping bentgrass (Agrostis stolonifera L.) is economically important as the principal turfgrass species for golf course greens and fairways in temperate climates around the world. As the utilization area of the turfgrass species increases recently, the demand for new and improved cultivars increases. Thus, substantial progress has been made in applying modern biotechnology to develop genetically engineered (i.e., biotech) creeping bentgrass with new traits that eluded the breeders. This review article addresses the advances made in developing biotech creeping bentgrass, which are categorized in the following topics: (i) genetic transformation of creeping bentgrass, (ii) development of various biotech creeping bentgrasses by genetic engineering, and (iii) progresses in the deregulation of herbicideresistant creeping bentgrass.

Oxygen free radicals are highly reactive molecules with unpaired electrons, which are produced with in aerobic cells in the course of normal metabolic events. Normally, aerobic cells are protected from the damage of free radicals by antioxidative enzymes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase, glutathione (GSH) peroxidase, GSH S-transferase and GSH reductase which scabvenge free radicals as well as nonenzymatic antioxidants such as ceruloplasmin, albumin and nontioxidants in order to elucidate antioxidative mechanisms of red ginseng. The treatment with total saponin of red ginseng significantly devreased the contents of malondialdehyde and total free radicals in the liver. On the other hand, total saponin of red ginseng significantly increased the activities of SOD, catalase and GSH reductase and nonprotein-SH level. These results suggest that total saponin of red ginseng exerts an antioxidative effect by increasing endogenous antioxidants.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the nitrite scavenging activity of the ethanol and water extracts obtained from Hizikia fusiforme and Sargassum fulvelum using sodium nitrite under different pH conditions. The nitrite scavenging activity was appeared in all the extracts examined and it showed the highest value at pH 1.2 The ethanol extract of Hizikia fusiforme provided higher activity than the water extract of that. Ohterwise, the nitrite scavenging activity of Sargassum fulvelum ethanol extract was similar to that Sargassum fulvelum water extract. There was significant difference among concentration of extracts Hizikia fusiforme and Sargassum fulvelum. Also, nitrite scavenging activity of the extracts Hizikia fusiforme and Sargassum fulvelum decreased with higher pH condition. In addition, the activity was increaed with higher concentration of extracts Hizikia fusiforme and Sargassum fulvelum in the course of reaction time 30 minute to 3 hour.

본 연구는 조현병환자의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 시도 되었다. 본 연구는 C시 지역에 거주하는 조현병환자 125명을 대상으로 한 서술적 조사연구이며 자료는 SPSS 21.0 을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients 산출 및 다중희귀분석을 실시하였다. 자료수집은 2016년 6월 1일부터 2016년 7월 31일 까지 였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 조현병 환자의 일반적 특성에 따른 삶의 질 차이는 종교와 지지하는 팀의 종류에 따라 유의한 차이(p<.05)가 나타났다. 삶의 질은 자아존중감(r=.270), p<.0001), 가족지지(r=.348, p<.0001)와 유의한 양적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 자아존중감, 병식, 가족지지는 삶의 질을 49.5% 설명하였으며, 이중 가족지지와 자아존중감이 삶의 질에 의미 있는 영향을 주었다. 조현병 환자의 삶의 질 증진을 위해 가족지지와 자아존중감 강화를 위한 프로그램 개발이 요구된다.

Factors related to health promotion activities and quality of life in Korean women with arthritis have not been clearly identified. Predictors of health promotion might be identified that will enhance the well - being of this group. Accordingly, the findings of the study will contribute additional information about the relationship between health promotion and quality of life and will add to the research on quality of life of individuals with a leading cause of disability--arthritis. The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship of selected background factors (years of illness, perceived severity of illness, uncertainty in illness), perceived self- efficacy, and health promoting behaviors to the quality of life of Korean women with arthritis. A cross - sectional descriptive design was used in this study to investigate relationships among the variables of interest. The sample was composed of 96 women who had arhtrits and visited large university hospital in Seoul for regular check up or pre-scription of medication. The purpose of a descriptive correlational design was to determine the absence or presence of relationships among variables that were measurable (Polit & Hungler, 1981, p.147). The design of this study was appropriate because it yielded answers to the research questions and hypotheses regarding the relationships among the model variables. the Questionnaire contained demographic information, translated Mishel Uncertainty in illness Scale-Community form (MUIS-C) (Mishel, 1987), translated and modified Disease Course Graphic Scale(DCGS) which was developed by Braden (1990), translated Sherer. et al.’s General Self-Efficacy Scale (1982), The Health -Promoting Lifestyle Profile (HPLP), developed by Walker, Sechrist, and Fender (1987) and traslated to Korean by Ha, and quality of life was measured by Face Scale (Andrew, 1976). Several steps of verification for the translation process were carefully conducted. Data analysis included descriptive correlational statistics and multiple regression techniques. Health promotion was the only contributor to pre-dict quality of life. Results showed that enabling cognitive perceptual factor (self-efficacy) mediates the disruptive force (uncertainty in ill-ness) on achieving a health promoting self- help behavior. The findings of this study also indicated that illness - related variable of severity of illness was mediated by health promotion, which buffered it's impact on quality of life.
