준시장형 SOC 공기업의 수명주기 분석과 효율적 관리방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis for Life-cycle of Quasi-Market Oriented SOC Public Enterprise and Effective Management)

  • 본 연구는 정부의 효율적인 공기업 관리정책 추진을 위해서는 기본적으로 공기업의 수명주기 단계를 파악하고 이에 기초한 정책결정이 필요하다는데 연구의 초점을 갖고 있다. 이를 위해 공기업에 적용 가능한 기업수명주기 분류변수를 정의하고 공기업 관리정책의 기초자료로 제공하는데 연구의 목적을 갖고 있다. 이러한 연구목적의 달성을 위해 공기업 중 최근 급격한 부채 증가로 인해 공기업 경영정상화의 대표적인 대상 기업으로 선정된 한국도로공사, 한국수자원공사, 한국철도공사, 한국토지주택공사 등 준시장형 SOC 공기업을 연구범위로 선정하였다. 본 연구는 분류변수 간의 중요도와 적용기준 분석을 위해 1차 전문가 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 AHP분석과 빈도분석 등의 통계분석을 활용하여 준시장형 SOC 공기업의 수명주기 분류변수 간 중요도와 적용기준을 분석하였다. 또한, 쇠퇴기 판별을 통해 예상되는 쇠퇴기에서 관리방안을 살펴보고자 2차 전문가 설문조사를 실시하였고, 이들 공기업의 쇠퇴기 예상시기 및 쇠퇴기에서의 관리방법에 대하여 조사 분석하였다.

간호사의 통합성이 스트레스와 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Nurses' Sense of Coherence on Their Stress and Quality of Life)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of sense of coherence (SOC) on occupational stress, psychosocial stress and quality of life (QOL) of nurses working in a hospital. Methods: The participants were 401 nurses working in S hospital in Seoul. A stratified random sampling was performed for the all nurses in S hospital which were grouped by age and work unit. Data were collected by a self-report survey. Data analyses included descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson correlations, multiple linear regressions, and ANOVA. Results: This study showed nurses' occupational stress was at high risk and their psychosocial stress, at low risk. It also showed that those two types of stress are mutual predictors for each other and that SOC was a predictor for both types of stress. For QOL, SOC was also a predictor in SF-36 and MCS (Mental Component Summary). Therefore, SOC may be considered as a major controlling factor for stress and QOL. Conclusion: The results indicate the need to develop programs that enhances nurses' SOC, programs that could be utilized as an intervention to reduce nurses' stress and to promote nurses' QOL.

The relationship between SOC strategy, life satisfaction, and successful aging in middle-aged women

  • This is a descriptive correlational study aimed at determining the relationship between SOC strategy, life satisfaction, and successful aging in middle-aged women. The study population was middle-aged women aged 40-65 years living in one metropolitan city, and 295 data collected using a structured questionnaire were used to analyze the results. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation using SPSS WIN/PC 24.0 statistical program. In the results of this study, the general characteristics related to successful aging in middle-aged women were identified as age, occupation, religion, economic status, presence of chronic diseases, and health status perception, menopause as significant influencing variables. In addition, successful aging was positively related to SOC strategy and life satisfaction among the middle-aged women in this study (p<.05). In particular, life satisfaction was highly correlated with successful aging in this study, and in this regard, efforts should be made to develop various programs to help middle-aged women feel satisfied with their lives so that they can transition to successful aging.

교육 시설 생활인프라 특성을 고려한 지역 프로파일링 연구 - 서울시 광진구 중심으로 - (Regional Profiling by Considering Educational Facilities - Centered on Gwangjin-gu, Seoul -)

  • This study has a purpose to profile local sectors into meaningful groups by using facilities rates of Social Overhead Capital(SOC) for daily life. Comparing SOC for daily life among the meaningful groups, the profiling and comparison results bring the comprehensive understanding about the educational facilities in local sectors. For the research purpose, this study utilized Latent Profile Analysis(LPA) by using variables such as population, road information, SOC for daily life, usage of land, possession of land, and appraised value of land from the 2018 Geographic Information System(GIS) dataset of Gwangjin-gu, where is one of the administrative district of Seoul City. Results showed that there are four latent groups of sectors among 904 local sectors(100 squared-meters sector per each) in Gwangjin-gu. By comparing the four latent groups by using LPA, the results diagnose each sector's status and help to improve the policy about educational facilities. Specifically, by using dataset for SOC of daily life, there are four groups of local sectors and each group has different features. Based on the different features of local sector groups, there can be improved management of educational facilities matching with each group's features.

  • The purpose of this study is to extract deficiency areas as basic data of policies and projects in the future Living SOC introduction and planning. In order to extract living SOC deficient areas, accessibility data for living SOC and density data for main users by facility were overlapped, focusing on the living SOC indicators presented in the National Urban Regeneration Basic Policy. According to the analysis of accessibility of the Iksan-si Living SOC, the gap between deficiency in urban and township areas was large in common with the accessibility of the village and local base units. As a result of overlapping life SOC accessibility data and density data analysis of the main users by facility, areas where accessibility is weak but not inhabited by the main users of each facility were extracted. It is meaningful that more accurate deficient areas can be extracted by simultaneously utilizing the density distribution of the main users, rather than simply accessing the facilities.

Compatibility of Lithium ion Phosphate Battery in Solar off Grid Application

  • Solar energy harvesting is practiced by various nations for the purpose of energy security and environment preservation in order to reduce overdependence on oil. Converting solar energy into electrical energy through Photovoltaic (PV) module can take place either in on-grid or off-grid applications. In recent time Lithium battery is exhibiting its presence in on-grid applications but its role in off-grid application is rarely discussed in the literature. The preliminary capacity and Peukert's study indicated that the battery quality is good and can be subjected for life cycle test. The capacity of the battery was 10.82 Ah at 1 A discharge current and the slope of 1.0117 in the Peukert's study indicated the reaction is very fast and independent on rate of discharge. In this study Lithium Iron Phosphate battery (LFP) after initial characterization was subjected to life cycle test which is specific to solar off-grid application as defined in IEC standard. The battery has delivered just 6 endurance units at room temperature before its capacity reached 75% of rated value. The low life of LFP battery in off-grid application is discussed based on State of Charge (SOC) operating window. The battery was operated both in high and low SOC's in off-grid application and both are detrimental to life of lithium battery. High SOC operation resulted in cell-to-cell variation and low SOC operation resulted in lithium plating on negative electrode. It is suggested that to make it more suitable for off-grid applications the battery by default has to be overdesigned by nearly 40% of its rated capacity.

  • 최근, BIM(Building Information Modeling)은 계획부터 유지관리까지 SOC 시설물의 전 생애주기 단계에 걸쳐 적용되고 있다. BIM이 시설물의 내부 공간 분석에 초점을 맞춘 도구인 반면, GIS(Geographic Information System)는 시설물 간의 관계 분석에 주로 이용된다. 따라서 BIM 과 GIS를 통합한다면, SOC 시설물의 효과적인 정보관리와 다양한 해석이란 측면에서 상당한 시너지 효과를 발휘할 것으로 기대된다. 본 논문은 지방자치단체에 BIM/GIS 통합플랫폼을 적용하기에 적합한 SOC 시설물의 우선순위를 선정하는 방안을 다루고 있다. 첫째, 법에서 규정하는 시설물을 분석하고, 이 중 SOC 성격에 맞는 시설물을 설정한다. 둘째, 각 SOC 시설물에 대한 BIM/GIS 통합 플랫폼의 적용성 및 효용성을 분석한다. 적용성 및 효용성을 정량화하기 위하여 UIS 관리대상 측면과 GIS 분석기능 측면의 분석을 수행하였다. 마지막으로, BIM/GIS 통합 플랫폼 적용을 위한 SOC 시설물의 우선순위를 선정한다.

전력계통 주파수조정을 위한 SOC 기반의 배터리 에너지저장장치 제어전략 (SOC-based Control Strategy of Battery Energy Storage System for Power System Frequency Regulation)

  • This paper presents the SOC-based control strategy of BESS(Battery Energy Storage System) for providing power system frequency regulation in the bulk power systems. As the life cycle of BESS would be shortened by frequent changes of charge and discharge required for frequency regulation in a steady state, the proposed algorithm operates BESS within a range of SOC where its life cycle can be maximized. However, during a transient period of which occurrence frequency is low, BESS would be controlled to use its full capacity in a wider range of SOC. In addition, each output of multiple BESS is proportionally determined by its SOC so that the balance in SOC of multiple BESS can be managed. The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified through various case studies employing a test system. Moreover, the control result of BESS with the measured frequency from a real system shows SOC of BESS can be maintained within a specific range although the frequency deviation is biased.

  • The Wireless low floor tram uses the energy more effectively than other systems with onboard battery system. But for this the SOC(state of charge) management of the battery system is required. This paper is focused on the SOC management strategy of battery system for propulsion in wireless low floor tram. For minimizing consumption energy, the SOC management strategy that maximizes the regeneration energy is studied. The SOC operating region is divided to overcome the limited life cycle pointed out as a disadvantage of battery system. And the effective energy management strategy of tram is suggested through the charge/discharge of the battery system according to tram status in catenary/catenary-free section.

  • Recently, researches on SOC(State Of Charge) of batteries are being increased. Techniques of measuring the battery SOC is essential to researches on increasing cycle life of batteries and to electric vehicle battery charging systems. The surface charge phenomenon of lead storage batteries and the needs of SOC measuring techniques are considered. Features of SOC measuring techniques that have been recently developed are also considered.
