다이아몬드 연마재 입도가 초경 습식신선 다이스 수명에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Diamond Abrasive Size on the Life of Tungsten Carbide Wet Drawing Dies)

  • Wet wire drawing of brass coated steel wire, used for tire reinforcement, is realized with Tungsten Carbide(WC) dies sintered with a cobalt(Co) binder. Dies wear represents an important limitation to the production process and cost savings. Several parameters, such as Co content, WC grain size of tungsten carbide, sintering conditions, and so on, affect on the wear of the drawing die. In this study, the effect of the diamond abrasive particle size on the life of the WC centered dies of the wet wire drawing was investigated. Wet wire drawing experiments were carried out on a wet wire drawing machine. From the experiments, the dies life, dies fracture, wire surface roughness, and wire breaks were investigated. From the results, it was found that the wear of the WC dies increased with the increase in the diamond abrasive particle size.

  • 3D와 2D를 망라하여 라이프 드로잉(Life Drawing)은 캐릭터 애니메이션 교육과정에서 매우 중요한의미를 갖는다. 디즈니의 백설공주 제작을 위한 인체의 공부는 이후 디즈니가 장편 애니메이션과 기타애니메이션 분야에서 독주를 하도록 만들어준 비밀병기였다. 라이프 드로잉은 이러한 역사적인 배경을 가지고 현재까지도 디즈니가 세운 미국의 칼 아츠(California Institute of the Arts), 디즈니 출신 애니메이터들이 세운 캐나다의 쉐리던 칼리지(Sheridan College)등 유수 애니메이션 학교에서 전공 필수 과정이다. 그에 반해 라이프 드로잉이 실무에 더 가까워질 수 있는 영역임에도 불구하고 한국의 애니메이션 대학교에서는 아직 라이프 드로잉 교육의 필요성과 그 효과에 대해 그다지 강조되어 있지 않고 있음을 알 수 있다. 대학의 애니메이션 교육이 산업과 직접적으로 연관되어 있다는 것은 이제는 업계와 학계가 모두 아는 현실로서 학교에서는 좀 더 체계적이고 기본의 충실한 교육을 하여야 할 것이다. 그 기초 과목에 하나로 라이프 드로잉의 중요성을 다시 짚어보고 캐릭터 애니메이션을 전공과정으로 둔 대학들이 교육과정을 구성하는데 도움이 되고 그 교육과정을 이수한 학생들이 현업에 쉽게 자리 잡을 수 있게 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.

쾌삭강의 피로수명 및 절삭성에 미치는 인발-열처리의 영향 (The Effect of Drawing and Heat Treatment on Fatigue Life and Machinability in Free Machining Steel)

  • Drawing and normalizing are efficient means for controlling strength, fatigue and machinability of free machining steel. Normally strength and machinability are conflicting properties which need to be optimized. In this study, the effects of normalizing temperature and reduction of area on strength, fatigue and machinability were investigated. Fine grains were generated at lower normalizing temperature and fatigue life was increased with decreasing grain size. Matrix was work hardened and elongated with increasing reduction of area. Inclusions also were elongated and cross-sectional area of inclusions along drawing axis was decreased. The effects of work hardening and grain size on fatigue life were significant, but only work hardening affected machinability. Shape and distribution of inclusions after drawing had little effect on fatigue life and machinability.

라이프 드로잉(life Drawing)의 두뇌 기반 교수-학습 전략 연구 - 애니메이션 전공 중심으로 (Brain Based Teaching-learning Model Design about Life Drawing - Focusing on Animation Major Drawing)

  • 본 연구는 애니메이션의 전문적인 특성을 고려한 라이프 드로잉 교수법을 연구하는 과정으로 두뇌의 창작 기제를 고려한 전략을 적용한 모형과 교수방법 설계를 목적으로 한다. 최근 들어 창의성을 기반으로 하는 각 전문분야의 교육방법에 대한 대안적인 논의로 뇌 기반 학습원리를 적용한 융합적 교수법에 대한 연구결과들이 발표되고 있다. 즉, 뇌의 창의기제를 기반으로 한 융합적 교육은 미술과 드로잉 교육뿐만 아니라, 예술전반에서 적용되고 있는 것이다. 라이프 드로잉은 인체에 대한 구조적 지식을 넘어서 인지적 감각, 창의성, 그리고 동작을 통한 대상과의 소통방식을 이해한 생동감 표현법 등을 숙련할 수 있는 종합적인 교수법을 요하는 분야이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 연구의 앞선 단계에서 분석된 창의, 학습기제와 내용요소를 바탕으로 하여 라이프 드로잉 숙련을 위한 전략과 방법 그것을 정리한 교육모형 구조도를 설계하여 본다. 그 결과 이전 연구의 결과물인 뇌의 창의, 학습 기제를 기반으로 한 라이프드로잉의 능력요소와 두뇌기반 촉진요소가 유기적으로 결합되기 위해서는 5단계 인지전략단계인 뇌 활성화 준비단계, 대뇌피질 기능 활성화, 고등사고촉진단계, 고등사고단계, 통합단계를 거쳤을 때 가능하다는 결론에 도달하였다. 또한 이를 실행하기위한 전략적 방법으로는 브레인짐(brain gym), 우뇌활성화드로잉, HSP(고차인지)트레이닝으로 설계되었다. 이를 토대로 하여 설계된 교수학습모형 구조도는 이후의 연구에서 해당 회기 동안의 교수학습지도안 설계로 이어진다.

  • The Landscape drawing is used as main media in landscape design process like the language in daily life for human. Designers input many intentions and meaningful words in design process through landscape drawing. The common purpose of landscape drawing is to represent reality effectively, even though it has variable visual forms and materiality. The representation in landscape drawing in metaphorical as well as visual and functional. But current tendency is inclined to use landscape drawing in a functional aspect for visual representation and the landscape drawing is utilized straight-forwardly rather than metaphorically for clear communication. Such recognition on landscape drawing results from the difficulty to accept the symbolic aspect of the drawing. The difficulty makes the utilization and the interpretation of landscape drawing stay at conventional level in following visible factors. For the sake of solving the difficulty this study considers landscape drawing as the text that contains readable objects and symbolic words. This study presents layer-methods for reading a landscape drawing as a text; situational and contextural reading, iconological reading and reading the subject of drawing.

다문화가정 자녀의 학교생활적응 향상을 위한 집단미술치료 프로그램의 개발과 효과 검증 - 동적 학교생활화(KSD)에 의한 분석을 중심으로- (Development and Effectiveness Verification of a Group Art Therapy Program for Improving School Life Adaptation of Children in Multicultural Families - Focusing on Analysis by Kinetic School Drawing(KSD) -)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and verify the effectiveness of a group art therapy program to help children from multicultural families adapt to school life by using Kinetic School Drawing(KSD). The result of this study showed that the group art therapy program of the multicultural family's children may have a positive effect in aiding their school life adaptation. The results showed considerable and statistical outcome in the fore and after drawing inspection of the dynamic KSD. Also, the size of the self-image became bigger and their expressions has been increased. The qualitative analysis also showed a huge change in dynamistic personal relationships due to the relationship with their peers with the same aged and the tutor. This study emphasizes the importance of the group art therapy program to be applied before children are admitted to school because of growing recognition of concern about the maladjustment of rapidly growing multicultural family's children. It is also suggests that the group art therapy program of growing multicultural family's children should be viewed with an ecological point of view.

노인의 죽음불안과 별-파도 그림 반응특성에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Elderly's Anxiety Towards Death and their Reactions to the Star-Wave Drawing)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine if there is a relationship between elderly people's anxiety towards death and their reactions to the Star-Wave drawing, and to verify if the Star-Wave drawing was a good enough tool to measure elderly people's degree of death anxiety. The subject for this study were 307 elderly people (male 127, female 180) over 60 years of age with no physical and cognitive damage, who were residing in Geongsan city and attending colleges or welfare centers for the aged. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS WIN(ver. 12.0) program, and factor analysis, correlation analysis, Chi-square test, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and $Scheff\acute{e}$ test were utilized. The results showed that factors showing different levels of anxiety towards death in the Star-Wave drawing were the total harmony of the drawing, drawing style, repetition of wave, size of the star, and location of the star. In particular, the group that drew the Star-Wave drawing with total harmony felt less anxiety towards death than the other group. Therefore, the results of this study suggested a possibility of the Star-Wave drawing to be used as a good tool that could diagnose the elderly's degree of anxiety towards death.

마이크로웨이브를 이용한 Dieless Wire Drawing 에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Dieless Wire Drawing Using Microwave)

  • Micron-sized metal wires are widely used in industries such as filtration, catalyst and composite materials, etc. In the wire drawing process, the die that is used conventionally is an effective and, at the same time, sensitive component. However, a typical array of the dies has caused many problems in the wire drawing process, e.g., large frictional force on the interface between wire and the resulting high heat generation, precise adjustment of the dies, extended cooling system, die abrasion, etc.. Because of these problems, there have been many works that are aiming at improving the efficiency of wire drawing process by analyzing the die geometry and by applying advanced die material to prolong the die life or even at developing a dieless wire drawing system. This paper is dealing with developing a new wire drawing system that is applicable to reduce the wire drawing steps with high draw ratio. The new wire drawing system does not use the dies, but use the self-induced heater that works on the basis of the resonant phenomenon of wire material. The electromagnetic wave is the heating source. The results of the study on the diameter reduction and microwave flow analysis show that the heating effectiveness of the wire is influenced by the energy distribution in the microwave propagation chamber. We can obtain diameter-reduced wires by using microwave in the dieless drawing process. Microwave as a heating source is capable of producing wires without applying dies in wire drawing process.

면접방식에 따른 유아의 기억 정확성 및 피암시성 (The effect of interview techniques on preschool children's memory accuracy and suggestibility)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effect of interview techniques on memory accuracy and suggestibility of preschool children. Forty-five preschool children participated in a magic show(target event) and 1 week later, all children received suggestive interview in two conditions(language condition & drawing condition). Another 1 week later, all children's recall contents of the magic show was assessed. During suggestive interview, children in drawing condition show more 'acception' response than children in language condition, and children in the question condition show less 'remember' response than children in drawing condition. In second interview children reported more words, and specially ones in language condition report more suggested words than ones in drawing condition. Finally, children's recalls were more accurate on controled informations of the event than on suggestive.
