This study is intended to analyze the actual condition of operating the full-text information disclosure system of government and Officials' Perceptions. According to the results of analysis, the public servant group's level of full-text information disclosure system was high. With regard to the positive and negative function of full-text information disclosure, an expectation for positive function was high in the aspect of assuring the transparency of administration. And public servants were worried about an increase in the burden of administrative duties. With regard to factors in hindering the development of full-text information disclosure, it was shown that the percentage of clients' abuse and misuse of full-text information was the highest. For the activation of full-text information disclosure system, it is necessary to prepare measures for preventing the abuse and misuse of full-text information.

The web service companies develop the App support technique of the HTML5 base in the smart media system and smart TV competitively while the Web platform of the HTML5 base is legislated with the next generation national standard. It is essential to the web kernel, which is the common library of the operating system including the file, window, resource and network management is provided in order to support the various app developments of the HTML5 base effectually. Additionally, the web application program can support UI/UX function of the desktop user using the web browser and JavaScript drive and administration, window management function, and etc. is needed.

In this paper, we propose a design of microwave motion detector using X-band doppler radar sensor to minimize the power consumption. To minimize the power consumption and implement battery operated system, pulse input with 2 KHz, 4% duty cycle is exerted on the doppler radar sensor. In order to simplify the process of working with ATmega2560 microcontroller unit, Arduino compatible board is designed and implemented. Arduino is open source hardware and many library software is published as open source tools. Smartphone app is also proposed and designed as a real-time user interface of the motion detector. The SQLite database on the Android mobile operating system is used for recording raw data of motion detection for post-processing job, such as fast Fourier transform (FFT). Bluetooth interface module is implemented on the motion detection board as a wireless communication interface to the smartphone. The speed of human movement is identified by post-processing FFT.

In a wireless communications system, a predistorter is often used to compensate for the nonlinear distortions that result from operating a power amplifier near the saturation region, thereby improving system performance and increasing the spectral efficiency for the communication channels. This paper presents a new VLSI design for the polynomial digital predistorter (DPD). The proposed DPD uses a Coordinate Rotation Digital Computing (CORDIC) processor and a PD process with a fully-pipelined architecture. Due to its simple and regular structure, it can be a competitive design when compared to existing polynomial-type and approximated DPDs. Implementing a fifth-order distorter with the proposed design requires only 43,000 logic gates in a $0.35{\mu}m$ CMOS standard cell library.

This paper describes how to port the eCos operating system and PROFINET communication stack developed based on gcc to the IAR compiler. The eCos operating system provides basic functions such as multi-thread, TCP/IP, and device driver for PROFINET operation, so there is no need to change it when developing PROFINET applications. Therefore, in this study, we reuse an eCos library built with gcc and it link with PROFINET communication stack that are ported to IAR complier. Due to the different of the gcc and IAR linker, symbol definitions and address of the constructors should be changed using the external tool that generates symbol definitions and address of the constructors from MAP file. In order to verify the proposed method, it was confirmed that the actual I/O was operating normally through PROFINET IRT communication by connecting to the Siemens PLC. IAR compiler has better performance in both the compile time and the size of the generated binary. The proposed method in this study is expected to help port various open sources as well as eCos and PROFINET communication stacks to other compilers.

This study is about the factors required to be considered in the aspects of policy and operation before introducing the real-time reference service and about the way to use the real-time reference service effectively, The real-time reference service should not be accepted and applied just based on the case of advanced nations without deciding how to apply and use through enough advanced investigation and example analysis. Working out in service policies, selecting appropriate programs. securing service manpower, devising privacy policies, groping the ways of cooperation between libraries, and operating the adequate evaluation system are the factors which should be considered in the policy aspect. Preparation of proper ways of application. operation time, and promotion are the factors which should be considered and reviewed in the operative aspect.

Data produced during scientific and technical activities usually have value as standard reference data (SRD) which is a well-documented numeric value assessed for reliability and accuracy. The main criteria in the evaluation for SRD is how well their production is documented including a sample preparation, measurement method, data processing and so on, other than reference data. SRD is represented as a certified numeric value with uncertainty. In this study, the SRD in the area of material properties was introduced to provide understanding of SRD and its evaluation method. Also the national SRD system was studied. The national SRD system is composed of the center for the SRD, the data centers, and the committee. The role and task of those components were studied. The legislational and systematic supports for the system were proposed in this study.

The purpose of this study is to propose a method to construct the information space of library with the resilient space and community base to cope with social changes in response to various contents of library functions. As an institution that provides the places and contents necessary for education and research, it aims to expand and change from the collection center to the user center, from the specific user center to the library that shares resources with the community, And to find ways to contribute to the revitalization of education. A library plan for communities that can increase the value of local libraries and expand user-centered space utilization is as follows; First, in terms of communities in space and programs, the program will be supplemented through the activation of cultural, entertainment, and collaborative programs and the creation of communities. Second, in terms of smart support for operational and environmental issues, the establishment of information technology and smart management operating system to expand the research productivity by efficiently utilizing mutually available data with the local community.

This study analyzed the operation status of the military library and e-book service in order to improve the soldiers' access to the reading environment and to suggest a plan to revitalize the military library. As a result of the survey, it was found that it is necessary to improve the environment such as the IT environment, devices, and time allowed for access to activate the use of e-books. According to the interview results, problems such as low usage rate and awareness of the digital library, the use of different e-book viewers and management systems for each distributor when distributing e-books, and the dissemination of e-books for the management and accessibility of the Armed Services Editions in library were raised. In order to activate the e-book service of the library in the military, diversify e-book service promotion and education programs, activations such as establish standards for the e-book operating system for each county, use platforms and devices to promote e-book operation and use, and construction of e-book service using Armed Services Editions were derived.
