This study examined the role of interpretation with various practices in art museums to seek a new meaning and a concept of art museum today. The exploration of interpretation would he a starting point to discuss about on art museums with professionals in each art-related field. While museums recognize the concept of interpretation and the scope of the functions in different levels, the study focused on the practices of collecting and exhibiting that will entrust the museum new realms of activities toward the audience. In particular, its emphases are set force on the information on the collections via the museum's web sites, interpretation policies, and theories and methodologies in exhibition development. Art museum websites well reflect how museums utilize the new medium to enhance the understanding of art works by providing in-depth art historical information, comprehensive contexts, and subject/concept based search methods. In recent decades, these have enacted changes to expand dimensions of interpretive functions in most museums, particularly in the United States and others. In an administrative perspective, Tate Gallery Interpretation Policy became an good example how an art museum put its interpretation philosophy as the basis of interpreting collection and public programs. Tate established functions of intrepretation and education not only within a task-based team but also as an intrer-divisional coorperation to provide an interpretation scheme of information provisions such as guide brochure, audio tour, multimedia content, and library. New environment and trends of museum exhibition, and its development processes stem from communication theories, object interpretation philosophy, display strategies, and various evaluation techniques through audiences, with the communication theories of Shannon and Weaver, Berlo's SMCR(Source-Message-Channel-Receiver) models were perceived as to understand the mechanism to communicate museum exhibits to visitors Suzan vogel's insight into object display strategy helped to conceive the mechanism of object recontextualization. She emphasized that the museum's practice to construe opinions and impressions through object display should be discreet and critical, therefore, the professionals to plan the exhibition should reveal the intention and their practices. For a prevailing new methodology from the field, the interpretive exhibition development processes are articulated as the front-end, formative, and summative evaluation, futhermore the team process in industrial product management models was adapted. These have turned out to be more interactive with visitors and effective to communicate the exhibition concepts and messages, hence resulting in enriched museum experiences. Finally the study concluded that understanding the aspects of interpretation should help art museums to set a framework for current practices to expand its public dimension. It can provide curators with a critical view to website planning and its content. And obviously, the interpretive exhibition development methodology will lead museum exhibition developers to be skilled in its current approaches to thematic exhibition concerning diverse subjects and topics.

한동안 사람들의 관심에서 멀어졌던 디지털 격차 이슈가 디지털 전환의 급속한 진행으로 재부상하고 있다. 최근 디지털 격차는 기기 소유 여부를 넘어 디지털 기기에 대한 접근과 활용 역량의 차이가 경제적, 사회적 불평등과 차별을 심화시킨다는 쪽으로 논의가 확대되고 있다. 그 어떤 계층보다 노년층이 사회로부터 배제되고 소외되는 현상이 심각하다. 이에 따라 노년층 디지털 격차 현상에 대한 이해를 높여 디지털 격차 해소에 실질적인 도움을 주고자 본 연구를 진행했다. 이를 위해 노년층 디지털 기기 활용과 관련하여 삶의 과정에서 획득한 '성취자본'과 디지털 기기 이용 태도 등의 관계를 고찰했다. 분석은 '2020 디지털 정보격차 실태조사' 결과를 활용하여 65세 이상 노년층 653명을 대상으로 진행했다. 분석 결과, 디지털 기기 이용 태도를 중심으로 학력자본, 소득자본, 사회자본, 정서자본 등의 성취자본이 노년층의 디지털 역량 자본에 다양한 방식으로 영향을 미치는 것을 확인했다. 이를 토대로 노년층 디지털 격차 해소를 위한 다양한 방안을 제안했다.

본 연구는 한국 다문화 가정 학생의 문제행동 관련요인을 분석한 체계적 문헌고찰 연구이다. 체계적 문헌고찰은 국내 데이터베이스인 한국연구정보서비스, 한국학술정보서비스와 국회전자도서관의 온라인 검색을 통해 2018년 7월 4일까지 검색된 국내문헌을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료 검색어는 다문화와 문제행동 혹은 행동문제로 하였다. 그 결과, 총 2,084편이 검색되었고, 최종 21편이 분석에 이용되었다. 분석결과, 다문화 가정 학생의 문제행동 관련 요인으로 개인적 요인(성별, 학업성적, 자아존중감 등), 가족적 요인(가족의 유형, 부모지지, 어머니의 문화적응스트레스 등), 환경적 요인(친구지지, 교사지지, 사회적지지)의 변수들이 관련요인으로 파악되었다. 또한, 한국 다문화 가정 학생의 문제행동을 측정한 변수는 학교생활적응이 10편으로 가장 많았고, 심리적, 사회적 적응 또는 부적응이 4편, 문제행동 또는 위험행동과 정서적 행동문제가 각각 3편으로 나타났다. 이를 근거로 다문화 가정 학생의 문제행동과 관련된 개인적, 가족적, 환경적 요인에 대한 중재를 통해, 문제행동 발생을 줄일 필요가 있으며, 이를 위한 사회적, 정책적 노력이 필요함을 알 수 있다. 또한 문제행동에 대해 보다 구체적이고 일관성 있는 이론적 정의를 근거로 도구를 개발하여, 문제행동을 정확히 측정하고, 이를 예방할 수 있는 교육적, 사회적 전략이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

민원 질의응답의 소통수단으로 보편화된 Q&A 게시판에는 반복된 질문들이 자주 등록되어 민원업무를 효율적으로 관리할 필요성이 제기된다. 본 연구는 대학 홈페이지의 Q&A 게시판에 게재된 비정형 데이터를 중심으로 학생 중심의 질의응답집(FAQ)을 구성하고자 한다. 이에 최근 3년간 690건의 게시물에서 주요 핵심어를 추출하고 의미 연결망 분석을 통해 중심성 분석 및 핵심어 사이의 관계성을 파악하여 네트워크 시각화를 진행하였다. 분석결과 민원질의에서 가장 중심성이 높은 핵심어는 신청, 교과목, 학점, 이수, 졸업, 승인, 기간, 전공, 포털, 학과 등의 순이었다. 또한 주요 핵심어들은 수업, 학적, 학생활동, 장학금, 도서관, 생활관, 정보화, 통학 영역의 8개 군집으로 구분되었다. 이를 토대로 질의횟수가 많은 내용을 분야별로 정리하여 FAQ를 구성한다면 반복적인 질문에 대한 민원응대 프로세스를 간소화함으로써 수요자의 편의성과 행정의 효율성 향상에 기여하고 나아가 대학 구성원간의 원활한 양방향 소통이 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

Sedation can resolve anxiety and fear in patients undergoing endoscopy. The use of sedatives has increased in Korea. Appropriate sedation is a state in which the patient feels subjectively comfortable while maintaining the airway reflex for stable spontaneous breathing. The patient should maintain a state of consciousness to the extent that he or she can cooperate with the needs of the medical staff. Despite its benefits, endoscopic sedation has been associated with cardiopulmonary complications. Cardiopulmonary complications are usually temporary. Most patients recover without sequelae. However, they may progress to serious complications, such as cardiovascular collapse. Therefore, it is essential to screen high-risk patients before sedation and reduce complications by meticulous monitoring. Additionally, physicians should be familiar with the management of emergencies. The first Korean clinical practice guideline for endoscopic sedation was developed based on previous worldwide guidelines for endoscopic sedation using an adaptation process. The guideline consists of nine recommendations based on a critical review of currently available data and expert consensus when the guideline was drafted. These guidelines should provide clinicians, nurses, medical school students, and policy makers with information on how to perform endoscopic sedation with minimal risk.

이 연구는 기록물관리법의 제정과 관련하여 한국의 공공기관 및 기록관리학계 그 실무단체들의 기록관리 활동현황과 그 발전방향에 대하여, '1)정부기관 기록관리의 활동현황과 발전방향, 2)민간차원 기록관리의 활동현황과 발전방향'으로 2구분하고, 이를 각각 고찰한 것이다. 그 결과, 1) <정부기록보존소>는 국가 중앙기록물관리기관의 기능과 사명을 완수하기 위하여, <정부기록보존소>가 현재 추진하고 있는 전문서고의 신축 문제와, 이 신축서고에 국가의 상징시설로서의 <대통령기록관>을 입주시키는 문제, 향후 <정부기록보존소>의 위상(位相) 정립 문제를 가장 중점적(重點的)으로 완결(完結)하여야 할 것을 논술하였다. 그러기 위하여 현재의 <정부기록보존소>는, 이 기관이 장차 국가 중앙기록물관리기관으로서 장관급 또는 최소한 차관급 이상(以上)이 관장(管掌)하는 청(廳)단위 이상의 독립국가기관 예컨데 <국가기록관리청(國家記錄管理廳)> 등의 명칭으로 그 위상이 제고(提高)되도록 조처(措處)하여야 할 것임을 주장하였다. 그리하여 이 기관이 대통령 지속기구 등으로 편입되면서 그 업무의 독립성과 자율성이 보장되어야 하는 방안이 가장 바람직할 것임을 주장하였다. 2) <한국기록관리협회>는 1)종래의 기록매체인 종이기록물의 보존관리에 관한 문제, 2)컴퓨터를 비롯한 뉴미디어에 의한 기록물의 관리보존문제, 3)기록물 관리 보존의 시설 및 장비의 문제, 4)기록보존 관리의 전문인력 교육 양성 문제, 5)기록관리의 제도 및 정책의 문제 등의 방향으로 그 발전에 지속적으로 매진하여야 할 것이다. 이러한 점에서 <한국기록관리협회>는 그 개인회원과 기업체회원 등이 합심하여 우리나라 기록보존의 발전에 밑거름이 되어야 할 것임을 강조하였다. 3) <한국기록관리학회>가 주최한 3차에 걸친 국제학술대회의 의의와 그 실적에 대한 분석 등을 고찰하였다. <한국기록관리학회>는 '제1회 국제학술대회'에서 한 중 일 동양삼국의 기록관리활동의 현황을 파악하고 이에 기록관리학의 연구 및 교육과정 등 한국기록관리학이 나아가야 할 방향의 설정하였다. '제2회 국제학술대회'에서 "지식경영과 메터데이터의 활용"이라는 심포지움을 개최하여 지식기반정보사회에서 기록관리학과 문헌정보학의 소임과 역할을 다짐하였다. '제3회 국제학술대회'에서는 미국을 위시한 독일과 네덜란드 등 서구(西歐)의 디지털(전자)기록물의 보존관리 등 세계적인 첨단 기록관리학의 발전동향을 우선적으로 소개 파악하기 위하여 전자기록물의 관리 보존에 관하여 중점적으로 고찰하였다. 아울러 동양 삼국 기록관리학 미래의 발전방향을 조명(照明)하였다. 그리하여 <한국기록관리학회>는 장차 한국기록관리학의 발전과 관련한 여러 이론적 연구와 그 실무활동에 대한 근거를 꾸준하게 제시하여 주어야 함과, 우수한 기록관리 전문인력을 배출할 수 있는 합리적인 교육과정 등을 연구 제시하여야 함도 파악하였다. 4) 한국기록관리학회지 수록논문의 분석에서는, 기록관리학의 각 영역을 6구분하고, 학회지에 수록된 논문들을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 특기할만한 사항으로는 (1)'기록관리학의 제도와 정책'에서 차후 <지방기록보존소> 및 <자료관> 설립과 관련한 연구가 필요함을 파악하였다. 본 분석에서는 이들 <자료관>등을 설립할 때에는 그 지방의 역사와 특성을 고려하여 가장 강점(强點)이 있는 주제의 기록물들을 특성화(特性化)시키는 방안이 가장 바람직할 것임을 주장하였다. (2)'기록관리학 전문 교과과정 및 인력제도'에서, 석사학위 이상의 기록물관리 전문요원은 기록관리의 현장에서 차후 관리직으로 나아가야 함을 지적하고, 오히려 기록관리학 학부를 졸업하고 기록물관리 현장에서 직접 그 업무를 수행할 수 있는 실무전공자가 절실하게 요구되는 현실임을 주장하였다. 따라서 문헌정보학전공을 개설하고 있는 대학교에서 기록관리학전공을 신설하고, 이에 따라 기록관리학 학사를 배출함으로써 이 분야의 국가적인 수요에 부응할 필요가 절실함을 주장하였다. 또한 기록관리전문요원의 자격은 완화되어야 함을 주장하였다.

For as to world, the concern about the environment problem is enhanced than any other time in the past because of being 21 century. And the environment problem is highlighted as the world-wide issue. The time of the environment problem intimidates the alive of the mankind and presence of an earth over the time. It becomes the essentiality not being selection in the personal living or the economical viewpoint now to prepare for the climatic modification. As to the company management, the green growth period which it excludes the environment management considering an environment, cannot carry on the company the continued management comes. That is, in the change center of the management paradigm, there is the environment management. Nearly, the greenhouse gas which the publication industry is the environmental toxic material like all industries is generated. The greenhouse gas is ejected in the process of running the manufacturing process and print shop of the various kinds material used as the raw material of the book. Particularly, the tree felling for getting the material of the paper is known to reach the direct influence on the global warming. This study does according to an object it considers and organizes the environment parameter based on this kind of fact as to the publication industry. And it is determined as the reference which is used as the basic materials preparing the case that carbon exhaust right transaction(CAP and TRADE) drawing are enforced in all industries and is sustainable the management of the publication industry and reduces the environmental risk among the company many risk management elements and plans and enforces the publication related policy that there is a value. In the printing publication industry, this study tried to inquire into elements discharging the environmental pollutant or the greenhouse gas. Additionally, in the printed publication production process, it tried to inquire into the effort for an environment-friendly and necessity at the printing paper and the printers ink, regarded as the element discharging the greenhouse gas all kinds of the printing materials, operation of the print shop and all kinds of the machines and recycle process, and etc. These considerations make these industrial field employees aware of the significance about a conservation and environmental protection. They try to give a help in the subsequent study producing quantitatively each environmental parameter emission of green house gas. This makes the calculation of the relative $CO_2$ output reproached ultimately possible. Meanwhile, in a sense, many research protects and improving an environment in connection with the contents of research at the printing publication industrial field is in progress. There will be the voluntary human face that it has to protect an environment but this can not do by the outside factor according to all kinds of environment related law and regulation. Anyway, because of acting on company management as the factor of oppression, the increase of this environment-related correspondence cost could know that the research that the environment loading relates with a procurement and development, environment management system introduction, quality control standard, including, normalizing including a material, and etc. through the part of the effort to reduce the cost low was actively in progress. As to the green growth era, as follows, this paper prescribed the subject and alternative of the print publication industry. It is surrounded by the firstly new digital environment and the generation of the subject. And secondly the printing industry is caused by the point of time when the green growth leaves by the topic which is largest in the global industry and it increases. The printing publication industry has to prepare the bridgehead for the environment-friendly green growth as the alternative for this resolution with first. The support blown in each industry becomes the obligation not being selection. Prestek in which the print publishing was exposed to spend many energies and which is known as the practice of the sustainable print publishing insisted that it mentioned importance of the green printing through the white pages in 2008 and a company had to be the green growth comprised through the environment-friendly activity.
