Crystallization and Electrochemical properties of $Li_{2}O=P_{2}O_{5}=V_{2}O_{5}$ Glasses ($Li_{2}O=P_{2}O_{5}=V_{2}O_{5}$ 유리의 결정화에 따른 전기 화학적 특성변화)

  • Vanadate glasses in the Li$_2$O-P$_2$O$_{5}$-V$_2$O$_{5}$ system containing 10mo1% glass former, P$_2$O$_{5}$ were prepared by melting the batch in pt. crucib1e followed by quenching on the copper plate. We found that Li$_2$O-P$_2$O$_{5}$-V$_2$O$_{5}$ glass-ceramics obtained from nucleation of glass showed significantly higher capacity and longer cycle life than conventionally made crystalline LiCoO$_2$, LiNiO$_2$and LiV$_3$O$_{8}$. In the present paper, We describe electro-chemical properties during crystallization process and find the best crystallization condition of Li$_2$O-P$_2$O$_{5}$-V$_2$O$_{5}$ g1ass as cathod material. Li$_2$O-P$_2$O$_{5}$-V$_2$O$_{5}$ glass-ceramics shows superior rechargeable capacity of 220 mAh/g in the cycling between 2.0 and 3.9V.etween 2.0 and 3.9V.

Optical Properties of Stoichiometric Tb/Mn Co-doped LiNbO3 Single Crystals Dependent on Mn Concentration (Mn 첨가량 변화에 따른 Tb/Mn이 첨가된 화학양론조성 LiNbO3 단결정의 광학적 특성)

  • Using the Micro-Pulling Down (${\mu}$-PD), $MnO_2$ and $Tb_4O_7$ co-doped crack-free stoichiometric $LiNbO_3$ single crystals were grown in 1.0 mm diameter and 25-30 mm length for c-axis. The homogeneous distributions of $MnO_2$ and $Tb_4O_7$ concentration were confirmed by the Electron Probe Microanalysis (EPMA). Also, the infrared OH absorption band of the single crystals observed by using a Fourier Transform-Infrared Spectrophotometer (FT-IR) at room temperature and the photoluminescence spectra was measured with respect to the $MnO_2$ and $Tb_4O_7$ doping.

  • In this paper, Effect of $BaSrTiO_3/Li_2CO_3$ on low temperature sintering and dielectric property of thick films has been investigated for variable capacitor on high frequency. The thick films were fabricated by the tape casting and then the structural and dielectric properties as a function of an addition composition ratio and sintering temperature were studied. For the thick film sintered at $1050^{\circ}C$, it was densified to 96% of $BaSrTiO_3$ theoretical density by the addition of 10 $wt{\cdot}%$ $BaSrTiO_3/Li_2CO_3$. Dielectric constant increased and Curie temperature lowered with the increased of $BaSrTiO_3/Li_2CO_3$ content, which probably can be explained by the substitution of $Ba^{3+},Li^{1+}$ on $RaTiO_3$ lattice. The tunability and dielectric loss of the $BaSrTiO_3/Li_2CO_3$ thick film, sintered at $1350^{\circ}C$, were about 26% and 0.234 at $10{\sim}15MHz$, respectively.
