왕호고(王好古)의 음증학설(陰證學說)에 대한 연구(硏究) (The Research of Wang HaoGu's Eum Syndrom Theory)

  • Eum Syndrom include symptoms which is because by the cold thingsand by the infection of SamEum of TaeEum, SoEum, GualEum in Treatise On Exogenous Febrile Diseases(傷寒論). After Wang HoGo, many medical people had proceed the research of Eum Syndrom, but recently, we have almost never or no nothing research about that. So, I want to make modern base of Eum syndrom, and researched mainly for the "YinZhengLueLi". That can be summarized like below. Eum Syndrom shows firstly red face, tremor, waist-and-leg heaviness, lastly body heaviness, fatigue, narcolepsy, congestion of the pupils because of from exogenous attack of wind-cold, impairment of spleen due to Cold things, and dew and mist and rain and damp's invation by mouth and nose, greedy of sexual desire, So, in the diagnosis of Eum Syndrom, we have to look over precisely the color and pulse, especially, by pulse. We can know that, he used the prescription which are have heating kidney function, Byuklyuksan, Jungyangsan, Huahamsan, Huiyangdan, Baneumdan etc, and the prescription which are have strengthening spleen and kidney, Bujasan, Yukgyesan, Bakchulsan etc. So, we can know that he was very interested in deficiency and cold of kidney's function. While, he newly made the prescriptions of Sinchultang, Bakchultang, Huanggitang, Jujunghuan, and he used various prescriptions.

2차 전지용 $LiMnO_{2}$ 활물질 합성의 전기화학적 특성과 평가 (Electrochemical properties and Estimation of $LiMnO_{2}$ Active Material Synthesis for Secondary Batteries)

  • This thesis is contents on the crystal grown by the solide phase method at $925^{\circ}C$ with orthorhombic structure that $LiMnO_{2}$ active material synthesised with precurse $Mn_{2}O_{3}$ and $LiOH.H_{2}O$ material to get three voltage level. The porosity analysis of the grown crystal in secondary batteries $LiMnO_{2}$ thin film is $1.323E+02\AA$ of the average pore diameter of powder particles and its structure to be taken the pore diameter was prepared. Adding voltage area to get properties of charge and discharge of which experiment result of $LiMnO_{2}$ thin film area 2.2V~4.3V, current and scan speed were 0.1mAh/g and $0.2mV/cm^{2}$ respectively, and properties of the charge and discharge to be got optimum experiment condition parameter and density rate of Li for analyze that unit discharge capacity with metal properties is 87mAh/g was 96.9[ppm] at 670.784[nm] wavelength, and density rate of Mn analyzed 837[ppm] at 257.610[nm]. It can be estimated the quality of thin film that wrong cell reject from the bottle of electrolyte. The results of SEM and XRD were the same that of original researchers.

$\textrm{Li}_2\textrm{ZrO}_3$ 계를 이용한 $\textrm{CO}_2$ 가스 센서 ($\textrm{CO}_2$ Gas Sensor Based on $\textrm{Li}_2\textrm{ZrO}_3$ System)

  • 이산화탄소 기체센서를 Li$_2$ZrO$_2$계에서 온도와 $CO_2$농도의 함수로서 연구했다. Li$_2$ZrO$_3$를 열처리해서 합성했다. 시편은 직경 10mm, 두께 1mm의 벌크형과 알루미나 기판 위에 후막형으로 각각 제조했다. Li$_2$ZrO$_3$는 45$0^{\circ}C$에서 $650^{\circ}C$의 온도 범위에서 0.1%에서부터 100%까지 이산화탄소 농도 변화를 감지한다. 이산화탄소 감도는 측정온도와 연관성이 있다. Li$_2$ZrO$_3$는 45$0^{\circ}C$에서 $650^{\circ}C$의 온도 범위에서 $CO_2$와 반응해서 Li$_2$CO$_3$와 ZrO$_2$로 분해된다. $650^{\circ}C$ 이상에서 Li$_2$CO$_3$는 Li$_2$O와 $CO_2$로 재분해된다. Li$_2$ZrO$_3$센서의 재현성은 좋지 않았고, 동작온도는 55$0^{\circ}C$ 정도가 적당하였다.

  • 하이브리드 전기자동차용 리튬이온 배터리 시스템의 모델링 및 모델기반 상태 관측기 설계에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 배터리의 동적 특성을 모사하기 위한 모델은 전기적 등가회로로 단순화하여 제안하였다. 모델 파라미터는 최소 자승 이론에 의거 다양한 운전조건에 따라 추정하였고, 실험 검증하였다. 검증된 모델을 기반으로 하는 비례-적분(PI) 제어의 상태 관측기를 구성하였고, 제어 이득 선정방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 상태 관측기의 강인성은 시뮬레이션 및 실험에 의거 다양한 운전조건 변동에 따른 민감도를 분석하여 검증하였다.

PVK/P3DoDT 블랜드를 발광층으로 사용한 EL 소자의 발광효율 향상에 관한 연구 (Improvement of external quantum efficiency of EL devices with PVK/P3DoDT blends using as a emitting layer)

  • We fabricated electroluminescent(EL) devices which have a blended single emitting layer containing poly(N-vinylcarbazole)[PVK] and poly(3-dodecylthiophene)[P3DoDT]. The molar ratio between P3DoDT and PVK changed with 1:0, 2:1 and 1:1. To improve the external quantum efficiency of EL devices, we applied insulating layer, LiF layer, between polymer emitting layer and Al electrode. All of the devices emit orange-red light and its can be explained that the energy transfer occurs from PVK to P3DoDT. In the voltage-current and voltage-light power characteristics of devices applied LiF layer, current and light power drastically increased with increasing applied voltage. In the consequence of the result, the external quantum efficiency of the devices that have a molar ratio 1:1 with LiF layer was 35 times larger than that of the device without LiF layer at 6V.
