The purpose of this study is to analyze consumer preference for fish farm HACCP certification using conjoint analysis. This study used raw flatfish product to evaluate the fish farm HACCP. In this study, 500 consumers were surveyed using panel survey and stratified sampling. In the recognition analysis, the farm HACCP certification system was found to be highly recognized by consumers. It can be seen that the brand assets accumulated by existing food and agricultural HACCP certification were transfered to the fish farm HACCP and absorbed. Consumers perceived fish farm HACCP certification as similar one with existing food and agricultural HACCP. Conjoint analysis evaluated three levels factors. The attributes and levels evaluated were : price(25,800 won, 28,400 won, 31,000 won), certification(fish farm HACCP, seafood traceability, and non certified), and origin(domestic, JEJU, and WANDO). The important levels were in order of price(40.8%), certification(30.2%) and origin(29.0%). We found that consumers give higher utility to fish farm HACCP certification compared with non certified and seafood traceability certification. Market simulation results showed that the fish farm HACCP product has 12%p higher market share than non certified products. Seafood traceability certification showed 4.6%p higher market share than non certified products.

직업능력개발훈련교사의 전문성 확보와 직업안정성 향상을 위해 상위 등급 자격증의 취득을 권장하고 있지만 현장에서의 호응은 저조한 것으로 평가되고 있다. 본 연구는 직업훈련교사로 근무하고 있는 300명을 대상으로 근로시간 및 임금과 이에 대한 만족도를 파악하였고, 상위 등급 자격소지가 임금결정에 미치는 영향력을 분석하였다. 임금결정에 영향을 미치는 요인은 남성, 연령, 대학원 졸업, 총근속기간, 총근로시간, 현재 근무처, 정규직 여부와 함께 자격 등급인 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과는 직업훈련교사 일자리 개선방안을 위한 기초자료로 이용될 것으로 기대한다.

Half a century has passed since the academic field of library and information science, which was born at the end of the 19th Century in the Western world, was introduced to Korea. Despite years of quantitative growth and qualitative maturation, the field has been facing the inconvenient truths of discrepancies in education levels arising from varying education providers, and weakened public confidence in librarian certification. Based on analysis of librarian training and education programs and the certification system, this research seeks to point out the limitations of the national librarian certification system, which is losing public confidence, and present a model for improvement. Library and information science education has expanded from universities to the academy of librarian education and lifelong education centers, and the librarian certification system has emerged as a target of reform. This research presents measures to improve the librarian certification system to government bodies and the Committee on Library and Information Policy with the purpose of providing grounds for policy enforcement.

독서인증제는 독서교육 방법의 하나로 학생들의 독서 및 독후활동 이후 이를 담임교사나 사서가 인증해주고 그에 대한 보상을 통해 독서동기를 유발하는 프로그램이다. 본 연구는 경기도 가평지역 초등학교에서 실시하고 있는 독서인증제의 운영현황 및 효과를 조사 분석하고 문제점과 그에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자, 문헌조사를 통해 학교도서관의 독서교육과 독서인증제에 관한 이론을 고찰하고, 사서와 학생을 대상으로 운영현황, 효과, 만족도, 독후활동, 독서동기 요인 등의 항목으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사 결과를 분석하여 도출한 문제점에 대한 개선방안으로는 권장도서 선정, 다양한 보상체계를 위한 자체 예산배정, 참여율이 저조한 학생을 위한 독후활동 개발 등이 있다. 본 연구의 결과가 각 초등학교에서 독서인증제 시행 시 참고할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용되고, 독서인증제 적용에 대한 인식 전환의 계기가 되기를 기대한다.

본 연구는 서울시 오피스 건물을 대상으로 친환경 건축물 인증등급이 오피스의 가격과 비용에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 건축물들의 매매가격을 다중회귀 분석을 통해 규명하였다. 또한 친환경 인증등급이 높은 경우에 어느 정도의 환경부하비용이 저감되는지를 분석하기 위해 LCC(Life Cycle Cost) + LCA(Life Cycle Assessment) 분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과, 친환경 인증등급이 높을수록 업무용 오피스 가격에 유의한 양의 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다. 또한 LCC 분석에서는, 친환경 인증등급을 높게 받은 건물이 그렇지 않은 건물보다 적은 생애비용이 드는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 친환경 인증등급을 높게 받은 오피스 건물이 그렇지 않은 건물보다 환경부하비용(LCA)이 적게 든다는 것을 확인하였다. LCC와 LCA를 통합한 TCA 분석에서는 친환경 인증등급을 높게 받은 건물이 그렇지 않은 건물보다 적은 사회적 총비용을 나타냈다.

As environmental concerns grow, people are becoming more aware of energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and sustainable development. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification is currently the most widely recognized building environment assessment method connected to energy and the environment worldwide. This study explores trends for six factors (energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, indoor environmental quality, sustainable sites, water efficiency, and innovation in design) to assess four levels of LEED certification (Platinum, gold, silver, and certified) using 11,209 LEED projects in the United States. The study analyzes trends using scores of percentages of maximum points by certification level, ownership type, space type, and climate zones. With the interest in the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principle on the rise, this study contributes to a better understanding of the trends and future of LEED certification in the built environment sector.

사물인터넷(IoT) 제품 등의 보안이 허술해 각종 해킹 사고가 발생하고 있다. 보안위협을 막기 위해서는 기업이 먼저 보안수준이 높은 제품을 만들고 이용자도 안전한 제품을 선택하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 이에 한국인터넷진흥원은 IoT제품 및 연동 모바일 앱의 보안을 시험하여 등급을 부과하고 있다. 보안인증서비스는 IoT 제품 및 연동 모바일 앱에 대해 일정 수준의 보안을 갖추었는지 시험하여 기준 충족 시 인증서를 발급해주는 서비스이다. IoT제품의 자율적 보안강화를 유도할 수 있고 국내 IoT기업 보안역량 강화 및 해외진출 활성화에 기여할 수 있으며, IoT제품에 대한 국민의 불안감 해소의 기대효과를 가질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 IoT보안인증기준이 제시되어있지만 보다 강화해야 하는 평가 항목에 대한 중요도 우선순위를 도출하고자 한다. 이는 국내 사물인터넷기업 보안역량 강화 및 해외진출 활성화에 기여할 수 있는 가이드라인을 제시하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

This study basically aims to examine how the GBCC system, which has been implemented since 2005 regarding school facilities, is actually being applied to schools and to survey students' satisfaction and awareness of school facilities. Ultimately, this study is to contribute to improving environment-friendly certification indexes and promoting the system. When it comes to research methods, a school with the green building certification and a school without it were selected for comparison, the two schools were visited for the investigation of their actual conditions, and then, based on the results, a survey was conducted for the students of both schools on their satisfaction(POE) of the school facilities, and finally, the results of the two schools were compared with each other and analyzed. The results of this study shows that the facilities of the school with the green building certification are much superior to those of the school without the certification as well as the former has more various facilities then the latter Nonetheless, facilities with the green building certification were found to miss something in terms of maintenance and management. Most of the survey questions show that students of the school with green building certification have higher satisfaction and awareness levels for school facilities than those of the other school students without the certification. However, the difference was a merely relative one, with most students of the school with the certification answering "so so" for their school facilities in terms of absolute evaluation.

제품 인증마크는 소비자의 의사결정에서 제품의 품질수준을 판단할 수 있는 신뢰성 있는 정보를 제공해 준다. 이 연구에서는 인증마크가 제품태도에 미치는 긍정적인 영향을 실증해 보고, 제품의 가격수준을 조절변수로 도입하여 그 차이를 검증하였다. 또한 각각의 경우에서 한국과 중국 두 국가간 비교연구를 시행하였다. 제품특성에 의한 영향을 고려하여 두 가지의 복수 제품을 사례로 조사하였다. 그 결과 인증마크가 제품태도에 미치는 효과는 중국보다 한국 소비자에게서 더 강하게 나타나는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 가격수준의 조절효과는 중국 소비자의 경우, 그리고 높은 가격수준의 상황에서 더욱 강하게 나타난다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 무엇보다도 인증마크의 효과성에 대한 국가간 비교 연구라는 점에서 연구 의의가 크다고 생각되며, 가격수준에 따른 인증마크 효과의 차이를 검증하여 새로운 탐색적 연구방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 시사점이 있다.

As the informationized society develops, for companies to be industrially competitive in global competition, innovation of business administration through informationization is a nation-wide task that must be driven. Small-to-mid size companies also tend to recognize the need for informationization and build the information systems, improving their informationization levels. To reduce errors in bringing in and running the information systems and increase efficiency In using them, the need for the standard and guide for informationization in small-to-mid size companies has increased. Accordingly, the national office of small and medium business administration has developed the informationized management system (IMS) certification standard in order to provide a national motive to secure the means for management innovation of small-to-mid size companies and have them recognize informationization as a business strategy. Now, there arises the need for the IMS certification standard, which was developed in early 2000, due to changes in environments of small-and-medium businesses and problems that have been revealed in field applications. In this research, we have examined the current situations of informationization in small-and-medium businesses that were revealed by the 2005 survey on the levels of informationization in small and medium business, have drawn the problems that have occurred in the process of applying the IMS in many small-to-mid size companies, have devised the measures against those problems, and have proposed a new IMS certification standard that reflects those measures. This research has proposed only the direction for development of the IMS certification standard. Future researches should deal with detailed items and criteria for evaluation and continuous improvement of them.
