The article is devoted to the issue of the content of legal instruments in terms of tourism business, namely the problems of legal regulation of insurance in tourism. The analysis of the state of development of the problem in question shows that the issue of legal regulation of the insurance contract in general and the contract in tourism services, in general, is insufficiently studied. The article is devoted to topical issues of legal regulation of insurance in the field of tourism, the search for effective mechanisms to increase the liability of both underwriters and insurers. Therefore, insurance can be considered as one of the methods of preventing unfortunate consequences during the implementation of tourism activities. The author's vision of the content of the package of measures that can positively influence not only the development of the tourist industry in general but primarily to help identify those legal segments that need improvement in the future has been stated.

Since 1990s, the countrysides in Seoul Metropolitan Area have been exposed to the unprecedented forces like developing telecommunication technology, the boom of exurban housing, increasing concern about food quality. While these new forces are restructuring the social and spatial pattern of countryside, a legal regulation can be assumed as exerting an overarching moulding power. This paper shows how the legal regulation works in the restructuring rurality.

This paper aims to review the regulations in the field of science and technology administration, especially the legal regulations in the management of public technologies. For this purpose, after reviewing the legal system and contents of regulation, analyze and estimate the adequacy and validity of them. So that, in this paper it is layed emphasis on that whether the regulation system is proper in point of legalism or theory of regulation law, and the regulations are appropriate when comparing with that of foreign countries, and the improvement is necessary in operating regulation system itself.

Constitution declares culture is area that without any interference from the state space, and so creates each person creative energy. It is a typical movie in culture. The film will be referred to as an important expression form as well as high value-added industries of cultural creativity of ethnic communities. Intervention of the state is necessary that by competing mechanisms of diverse opinions and ideas caused harm. State intervention is only to be operated at a minimum. The vulgarity causes young people have impulsive tendencies and affects adults adversely on on issues, regulation is possible for children and youth protection. This paper aims to suggest a new legislative measure about the legal principles of vulgarity regulation to solve this kind of problem efficiently. Some standard allowed vulgarity regulation on the principles of control.

Purpose - Recently, the Korean government is seeking to internationalize KRW and reduce its heavy reliance on the U.S. dollar and better cope with risks from external turbulence. However, there has been too little study on this subject in comparision with its importance. The main objective of the paper is to distinguish the descrete stages of the KRW internationalization and recognize the costs and benefits of each stage. Research design, data, methodology - In order to achieve its goal, this study accomplishes a formal policy analysis based on potential factors of currency internationalization and an examination of legal practices in relation to Foreign Exchange Transaction Regulation (the Regulation). Results - This study found that securing monetary policy may not be easy under liberalized capital account for a small open economy like Korea in view of the trillema. In addition, the inherent ambiguity of the Regulation may increase the costs of KRW internationalization. Conclusions-This study revealed the negative system for the control of foreign exchange of the Korean government. The excessive regulatory restrictions on foreign exchange may hinder the process of KRW internationalization. Some legal and policy reforms are needed to improve related regulation and infrastructure.

The study considers trends and prospects for developing virtual (augmented) reality and civil transactions in relation to digital property. In jurisprudence, there is a need to determine the legal status of virtual and augmented reality to regulate legal relations in the digital environment. Legal relations using new digital technologies require the creation of new legislative approaches and rules of their legal regulation. The article dwells on the legal status of virtual (augmented) reality and determines the methods of regulating legal relations in the sphere of digital property. The study utilized methods for collecting single and multiple facts in order to identify the main trends in the civil circulation of digital assets, as well as private law methods. The methods of generalization, concreteness, induction and deduction reveal the legal nature and main features of virtual (augmented) reality and digital property. The paper highlights the specifics of virtual reality and civil transactions in relation to digital assets. The research has concluded that the sale, exchange and other actions with digital objects in virtual reality have distinctive features, while digital property has also unique characteristics since it is involved in civil circulation and legal relations.

While the technique of In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer has been proven undoutedly, it is for from reaching a consensus on the legal implication. Legal authority regarding clinical therapeutic In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer is, for all practical purpose, nonexistant. In this paper, it is discussed existing regulation dealing with In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer and related areas i.e. the regulation related medical technologies, the use of donor sperm, donor eggs, surrogate uteri, multiple pregnancy, miscarriages, extra embryos, the technique of cryopreservation. The legality of embryo donation, the responsibility for embryo preservation or destruction and the legal status of the embryos are surveyed. Finally the various legal theories that may give rise to physician liability in connection with clinical In Vitro Fertilization are also reviewed.

This study empirically validates whether the effect of strengthening the legal regulations in the construction industry under the 'Construction Business Act' is true in order to expand the direct construction of the comprehensive construction corporation. Checking the effectiveness of the legal regulation that can force direct construction of the required scope of construction will not only be a logical background in the strengthening of law regulations but also suggest arguments that contradict some construction companies called legal regulation.

The study identifies the importance of informational and legislative support in ensuring gender equality. It determines the relevance of gender inequality, the main problem, which is confirmed by research and statistical information. The study aims to determine the methods of collecting information and legal regulation of gender issues and the possibility of solving them by public authorities. The main methods of gathering information are census surveys, questionnaires, surveys on public service websites, work with local communities, surveys in nursing homes and orphanages, special survey programs, and election polls. The paper considers the legal regulation of gender inequalities at the international, state, local and organizational levels. According to the analysis of the problem of gender inequality, it is established that the problem is practically eliminated in many developed countries, while countries with low incomes face gender inequality constantly.
