The objective of this paper is to present relevant information and for proposing legal standards on pesticide residues around golf courses. Among 67 pesticide ingredients used for the courses in Korea, 30 items necessary for standard setting were selected and theoretical residue limits were computed. Pesticide residue limits applicable to golf courses in Korea were for 16 pesticides in run-off water on the health and ecotoxicological bases and in soil on the health basis, as selected by practical use pattern. It is recommended to accumulate scientific data by continuous research efforts in order to justify the pesticide residue limits in run-off water and soils of golf courses.

The purpose of this study is to obtain an effective enclosing method for noise reduction of press machine operating in a manufacturing company located in Korea. Noise level of the machine is about $90{\sim}105dB$ which is higher than legal standards by industrial safety and health law. This study has predicted the level of noise reduction according to a step by step prevention plan by considering the characteristics of the cause of noise, the permitted limit of noise levels, problems and economical efficiency attendant upon the noise prevention measures. The predicted level of noise at the plant in accordance with the first step is $71.5{\sim}89.5dB(A)$, and can satisfy the permitted limit of noise in a time period of the day. Based on these results, enclosing method adequate for the selected plant's noise characteristics were suggested.

Circuitry to be connected to a Telecommunication Network consists of SELV CIRCUITS or TNV CIRCUITS. So International Standards, like as ITU-T Recommendation K.11, UL 1950, CSA C22.2 950 have been taken to reduce the risk that the Overvoltages from the power lines and from electrictraction lines, that may be received from the telecommunication network. Legal requirements may exist regarding permission to connect equipment having PTC components to a telecommunication network. Surge suppressors that bridge the insulation shall have a minimum d.c. sparkover voltage of 1.6 times the rated voltage or 1.6 times the upper voltage of the tared voltage range of the equipment. If left in place during electric strength testing of insulation, they shall not be damaged. In this work, The Conception ＆ Fail-Mode Analysis of PTC components for Over-Current Protection is proposed. It guarantees the protection for PL Claim about this Subject.

The 21 livestock farms considering future installation of biogas systems were studied. These farms were examined how to raise the livestock, to treat manure, to operate facility with respect to manure characteristics. The 15 farms out of 21 farms have applied to the marine dumping and consignment treatment for treating manure and even farms which have equipped liquid fertilizing system have less capacity facility than legal standards. Characteristics of manure were affected by the scale of swine barn, clean water usage, frequency of cleaning, cleaning method, feces-urine separating method, etc. Retention time in storage (over 20 days) has resulted in lower concentration of organic matter which could reduce biogas production. This indicates that systematic barn management system is required. Inhibition tests showed that disinfectant and citric acid did not affected digestion rates at 10 times higher concentration than recommendation. However hypochlorous acid is likely to affect the anaerobic microbial activity.

Due to social distancing caused by COVID 19, music concerts have not been allowed at home and abroad, and it is not known when overseas concerts will be able to resume unless the pandemics calm down, even if they are available. Meanwhile, people consume much more content through online services such as Netflix and YouTube than before. Under these circumstances, the music industry expects the virtual livestreamed performance to restore sluggish live performances again and bring about a digital renaissance. It also leads to the issue of reestablishing a copyright system regarding a livestreamed performance and of preparing a new rate of royalty standards for the use of works in OTT. In addition, a multi-territorial licensing of r ights in musical works is necessary to resolve copyright issues efficiently by applying the same term s to all countries from where the audience comes. In this paper, I examine the legal nature and the decision of copyright fees of performances as an integral part of the music industry.

In the event of a medical conflict in South Korea, civil lawsuits can be very complicated, time-consuming, and costly. Under the Medical Conflict Conciliation Act, the mediation system has expanded its function to coordinate disputes between individuals and medical institutions in a more efficient manner prior to litigation. Currently, conflict mediation organizations and legal systems are established in each sector, and the Healthcare Dispute Settlement Commission will also play an important role in the public sector. In this study, the characteristics of the evaluation system of the Korea Institute of Medical Conflict Arbitration are examined; and, by looking at the case of medical examinations, it is proposed to show the mediation system and the manner and role of the examinations. Medical expertise is a very important area of the qualitative standards and expertise of participants because the participants must play a role in medical consultation and appraisal in connection with medical experts.

The International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) established UNIDROIT principles, which could be applicable as international unified rules. The UNIDROIT Principles plays the role of interpreting and complementing CISG and functions as a law applicable to international commercial disputes. As shown by cases of practical application so far, the principles are expected to be applied frequently to international commercial arbitration in the future. In the situation that there is no internationally unified judicature, it is necessary to promote rational dispute resolution and legal stability through arbitration by adopting the UNIDROIT Principles of Lex Mercatoria as a governing law of international commercial contracts. In conclusion, UNIDROIT principles, along with CISG, are expected to playa great role as the applicable law of international commercial contracts and as standards for resolving international commercial disputes.

Times are changing in Italian healthcare and Traditional and Non Conventional Medicine has become increasingly relevant to medical practice. With this comes an increasing need for guidelines. As the use of Traditional and Non Conventional Medicine has increased in Italy, so has the need for high standards in education in this field (outside of biomedicine and the dominant health system) among medical students, medical doctors and medical educators. The rise of Traditional and Non Conventional Medicine is so relevant for medical practice and health care in Italy; the time calls for a change. The article describes this new setting in regards to education in Acupuncture within the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Italy's oldest private school.

With the recent increasing demand on the high-performance buildings, there has been a rapid growth in the application of the Computational Fluid Dynamics to the Building design. The conceptual ventilation design of the underground parking area currently under construction is validated using the CFD-ACE+. It has been found that the conceptual ventilation design quantitively satisfies the legal standards. However, the highly concentrated region of CO is predicted. The positions and blowing directions of ventilating lane are changed based on the previously predicted concentration distributions. The highly concentrated region of CO is slightly reduced, but not much change has been observed. Two more fang are installed and the positions and blowing directions of the fans are modified so that the highly concentrated region of CO is minimized.

One of the main objectives of noise control act is to define and ensure application and respect of noise exposure limits. Most advanced countries have prepared a legal framework for noise limits either by national laws, ordinances or municipal by-laws. A large number of advaced countries have adopted the $L_{eq}$ index for the main sources of noise (road, railway, industry). The exception is aircraft noise for which regulatory practice is highly disparate. These differences in the indices adopted, the periods and areas to which regulations apply, definitions of measurement conditions and ways in which noise levels are calculated make it difficult to compare the current advanced countries standards. This study presents the current noise abatement policy of the advanced countries and proposes the improvement of the current noise abatement policy of Korea to catch up with it of the advanced countries.
