계단 하강 시 성별차이와 중량 변화가 하지역학에 미치는 영향 (Effect of gender difference and change of load on lower extremity kinetics in step descent)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 계단 내리기 시 성별과 중량차이가 하지역학에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 건강한 남성 10 명과 여성 10 명이 참여하였다. 계단 내리기 동작은 중량 변화(체중의 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%)에 따라 영상분석법과 지면반력 시스템을 이용해 분석하였다. 골반의 최대 합성속도에서 성별(남성>여성)과 중량변화(30%, 20%, 10%> 0%)에 따라 서로 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 성별과 중량 간 상호작용이 나타났다(중량>성별). 계단 내리기 동안 성별의 주효과는 초기 접촉 단계에서 남성보다 여성이 더 감소된 다리길이를 보였다. 또한, 남성보다 여성에게서 더 굴곡된 엉덩, 무릎관절 각도와 발목관절 각도의 저측 굴곡형태가 나타났다. 운동역학 변인에서, 계단 내리기 시 성별의 주효과는 남성보다 여성이 더 증가된 좌우 지면반력과 다리강성을 보였다. 결론적으로 여성들이 계단 내리기 동안 엉덩 관절의 운동 범위와 함께 합성이동속도를 감소시켜 중량을 성공적으로 수용한다는 것을 발견하였다. 반면 남성들은 중량수용과 운동량을 제어하기 위해 좌우 및 수직지면반력, 그리고 다리강성을 더 증가시킨다.

동작성 향상을 위한 비행복의 패턴개선 및 평가 (The Improvement and Evaluation of the Flight Suit Pattern to Enhance Movement)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate a new flight suit in bilateral ways; subjectively and objectively in the improvements of comfort and mobility. Seven healthy males at the age of twenties volunteered in this wearing test. They were over 177 cm in height and 92-95 cm in chest circumference, which satisfies the M95 Special' size described in the Korean Military Specifications and Standards. The subjective satisfaction was evaluated according to the criteria of ease of donning and doffing, fitness of wear, mobility, space between cloth and body, convenience in using restroom. Subjective satisfaction evaluation says that the best improvement of movement are neck circumference, chest breadth, armscye circumference, waist back length, crotch length, crotch height and body rise. According to the evaluation, improvements of mobility were conspicuous especially in parts of body like neck, breast, waist, back, and arms. When evaluating objective satisfaction, we measured a angle difference in a prescribed standard-grid on a photograph that picked up while the subject performed each motion in front of 10 cm-interval grid. As a result, the motion that had angle difference above 5 degrees were arm stretching and standing on single leg holding at forward or at his side. Bending necks and waist, crouching also had angle difference of over 5 degrees. The improvements are discussed from the viewpoint that the increased ease in parts of armscye circumference and crotch in new flight suit pattern.

중국 조선족 성인 여성 신체 계측치 연구 -20대, 40대, 60대를 중심으로- (A Study on the Body Measurements of Korean Female Adults Resident in China -With the Focus on their 20's, 40's, and 60's-)

  • This study tried to compare and analyze the body measurements of female adults in China by various age groups. As for the study method, direct and anthropometric measurements were used on the 357 female subjects living in Yenbien and Harbin, China, consisting of 122 women in their 20's, 114 women in their 40's, and 121 women in their 60's. The results were as follows: 1. The comparison of major body measurements between Korean Chinese and Korean in land indicated that the former were shorter and plumper than the latter. Those groups in their 60's did not show any significant difference in height related measurements and revealed less differences in body measurements comparing to other age groups. 2 The comparison of Chinese anthropometric measurements among age groups of Korean Chinese indicated that, higher the age, shorter the height measurements, the leg length shorter, the upper-half body length longer, and the chest drooping due to the breast descent. 3. The comparison of indirect measurements among age groups of Koreans Chinese indicated that those in their 60's showed many items of big discrepancies in comparison with those in their 20's or 40's, with wide gap in discrepancies, thus resulting in large differences among individuals.

  • The purpose of this study was to find out comparison of preference style and wearing style of pants and skirt by body perception and satisfaction. This research was done by a survey method. Descriptive Statistics, Coefficients MANOVA, Two-Way ANOVA, t-test and Duncan's test were used for data analysis. The results of this study are as follows. 1) The subjects with the highest dissatisfaction about waist girth prefer high waist pants. The subjects with longer waist wear high waist pants. The subjects with wider hips wear narrow down pants. The subjects with the thickest thighs prefer narrow pants but wear narrow down pants. The subjects with the highest dissatisfaction about calf thickness prefer narrow pants but wear wide pants. The subjects with the highest satisfaction about leg length prefer and wear calf length pants. The subjects with the thinnest calves prefer and wear tight pants. 2) The subjects with the thickest thighs prefer straight skirt but wear narrow down skirt. The subjects with the highest dissatisfaction about thigh thickness wear A-line skirt.

낙상예방 프로그램이 양로원 여성노인의 보행, 균형 및 근력에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the Fall Prevention Program(EPP) on gait, balance and muscle strength in elderly women at a nursing home)

  • Purpose: To determine the effect of the Fall Prevention Program(EPP) on gait, balance and muscle strength in elderly women at a nursing home. Method: The subjects of this consisted of 38 elderly women between the ages of 70 to 89 years living at a nursing home located in Seoul. Each of the experimental group and control group was composed of 19 subjects. The subjects in experimental group have participated in FPP for the 8 weeks which consisted of exercise, education and foot care. They started to exercise for 40 minutes per session, 3 sessions a week during the 1st week at 40% of age adjusted maximum heart rate. From the 2nd week to the 4th week, they increased the duration of exercise to 50 minutes per session and the intensity to 60% of age-adjusted maximum heart rate. They participated in 50 minutes at 60% of age-adjusted maximum heart rate from the 5th week to the 8th week. Each exercise session consisted of 10 minutes of warming-up exercise, 30 minutes of conditioning exercise and 10 minutes of cooling-down exercise. They participated in education for 20 minutes per week from the 1st week to the 4th week. Then they participated in a 30-minute foot care program per week from the 5th week to the 8th week. Gait, balance and muscle strength for each subject were measured before and after FPP. Gait was evaluated by step length, step width, gait speed and walking distance. Balance was measured by the duration of standing on one leg with their eyes closed and open each, and a get-up and go test. Grip strength was measured by hand dynamometer. Hip extensor and flexor strength, knee extensor and flexor strength and ankle plantarflexor and dorsiflexor strength were measured by manual muscle tester. Data was analyzed using SPSS form Windows. t-test and Chi square test were utilized as a homogeneity test. Repeated measure ANOVA was used to test the effect of FPP. Result: 1) Step width significantly decreased, and step length, gait speed and walking distance significantly increased in the experimental group compared with the control group after FPP(p<0.005). 2) There was no significant change in standing time on one leg with their eyes closed after FPP. The standing time on leg with their eyes open and the time of "get-up and go" significantly decreased in the experimental group compared with the control group after FPP(p<0.005). 3) Muscle strength-grip strength, hip extensor and flexor strength-significantly increased in the experimental group compared with the control group after FPP(p<0.005). 4) There was no significant difference of frequency of fall between the experimental group and control group during the period of FPP. Conclusion: These results suggest that FPP can increase gait, balance and muscle strength of elderly women at a nursing home.

중년기 여성을 위한 슬랙스원형 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Basic Slacks Pattern for Middle-Aged Women)

  • This study was performed to develop a basic stacks pattern for middle-aged women reflecting the characteristics of their lower body types. Anthropometric measurements using sliding guage method were carried out for 4 women 40's For the analysis of the lower body types horizontal and vertical section maps obtained by sliding gauge method and 2 indices were produced. Based on the slacks construction components produced by the drafts of their lower body surface experimental slacks pattern was designed. Multiple comparison test was used to compare 3 existing slacks patterns with the experimental pattern. 1. The results of the body section map analysis were as follows: 1) In the frontal view silhouette of vertical section maps there were less individual differences in items with skeleton landmarks than those without them. 2) In the shape of horizontal section maps waist section represented more round shape than the others and thigh maximum width section had the flattest shape. Flat ratios(depth/width) of subjects were much higer than those of young women which clarified the change of depth was bigger than that of width with aging process. 2. The slacks construction components for pattern drafting were as follows: 1)Ease amount of waist was 0.5cm and front and back waist girth difference was 1.2cm Ease amount of hip was 1,8cm and front and back hip girth difference was 0.7 cm 2) The amount of dart intake incresed in the order of side(4cm) back(3,6cm) from (2.8cm) The length of dart leg incresed in the order of front side back.

무릎 슬리브 착용과 골지 건 기관 자극이 한 발 서기 동작과 고유수용성 감각에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Knee Sleeve with a Stimulation of Golgi Tendon Organ on One Leg Standing and Proprioception)

  • 무릎 슬리브는 재활뿐만 아니라 스포츠 활동 시 손상 예방의 목적으로도 사용되고 있다. 무릎 슬리브의 스포츠 손상 예방을 정의하기 위해서는 고유수용성감각으로부터 기인하는 균형을 평가하는 것이 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구의 목적은 골지 건 기관 자극 패드 무릎 슬리브의 효과를 분석하는 것이다. 5명의 건강한 성인 남성이 본 연구의 실험대상자로 참여하였다. 실험대상자들은 일반 무릎 슬리브와 자극 패드 슬리브를 착용한 상태에서 각각 BIODEX에서 설정된 타겟(Target) 각도를 재연하였고, 한 발 서기 동작을 수행하였다. 각도 재연성 평가의 결과를 보면, 5명의 실험대상자 중 4명의 실험대상자는 무릎 슬리브를 착용했을 때 보다 자극 패드 슬리브 착용 시 %Target angle이 증가하는 결과를 보였다. 한 발 서기 동작 수행 시 무릎 슬리브 착용 시 보다 자극 패드 슬리브 착용 시 유지 시간(duration time)이 증가했으며 x, y 방향에서 COP 길이가 모두 감소했다(COPx - 무릎 슬리브: $162.06{\pm}58.99mm$, 자극 패드 무릎 슬리브: $149.03{\pm}45.30mm$; COPy - 무릎 슬리브: $310.79{\pm}115.89mm$, 자극 패드 무릎 슬리브: $291.57{\pm}76.53mm$). 초기 전이구간, 정적 구간, 말기 전이구간이 차지하는 비율은 무릎 슬리브 착용 시와 자극 패드 무릎 슬리브 착용 시에 유의한 차이를 보였다 (all, p < 0.05). 본 연구의 결과로부터 골지 건 기관 자극 패드 무릎 슬리브 착용이 고유수용성 감각과 균형에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

셀레늄강화 버섯폐배지의 급여기간이 거세한우의 조직내 셀레늄축적에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Feeding Length of Spent Mushroom Composts from Selenium-Enriched Mushroom on Selenium Deposition in Finishing Hanwoo Steers)

  • 본 연구는 사료내 적정 셀레늄수준(0.9ppm)에서 Se-SMC(유기셀레늄강화버섯폐배지)의 급여사양기간(2개월, 4개월, 6개월)을 달리 했을 때, 비육후기 한우의 조직 내 셀레늄함량에 미치는 영향을 조사하여 최대포화축적기간을 제시하고자 실시하였다. Se-SMC 급여기간에 따른 비육후기 한우의 건물섭취량은 급여기간과 셀레늄수준에 의하여 처리구 간에 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았고, 셀레늄이 사료섭취의 제한요인으로 나타나지 않았다. 또한, 사양시험 개시체중과 종료체중은 급여기간이 증가함에 따라 유의하게 낮았다(p<0.01). 하지만, 총 증체량은 급여기간이 증가함에 따라 유의하게 증가하였으나(P<0.0001), Se-SMC에 의한 효과 또한 나타나지 않았다. 한편, 사료내 셀레늄수준은 한우의 혈중 셀레늄농도를 유의하게 증가시켰으나(p<0.0001), 급여기간에 따른 효과는 나타나지 않았다. 등심내 셀레늄함량은 급여기간과 사료내 셀레늄수준에 의하여 유의한 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 후지내 셀레늄함량은 급여기간이 증가함에 따라 유의하게 증가하였으나(p<0.05), Se-SMC의 4개월 급여군과 6개월 급여군간에는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 간내 셀레늄함량은 급여기간의 효과는 나타나지 않았지만, 셀레늄효과는 대조구에 비하여 유의하게 증가하였다(p<0.0001). 따라서, 본 연구에서 근육내 셀레늄에 대한 Se-SMC급여기간은 4개월 정도가 적당할 것으로 생각된다.

진동자극 저항운동이 허리통증 경험자의 균형과 보행에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Resistance Exercise with Vibration Stimulation on Balance and Gait of Experienced Back Pain Adults)

  • 본 연구는 진동자극 저항운동이 허리통증 경험자의 균형 및 보행에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 30명의 히리통증 경험이 있는 성인 대학생을 대상으로 8 Hz 진동자극 저항운동(n=10), 30 Hz 진동자극 저항운동(n=10), 허리 안정화운동(n=10)으로 무작위로 나누었다. 각 그룹의 중재는 6주동안 주 3회, 1회에 30분을 적용하였다. 실험 전에 정적균형과 보행패턴을 측정하였고, 6주 후에 실험전과 동일한 방법으로 측정하였다. 연구결과 세 그룹 모두에서 운동전과 후의 시간에 따른 정적균형, 디딤기율, 흔듦기율, 한걸음 길이, 한발짝률의 변화는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<.05). 허리 안정화운동이 정적균형과 디딤기율에서는 그룹 간의 유의한 차이가 있었고(p<.05), 흔듦기율 및 한걸음 길이와 한발짝률은 그룹 간의 차이가 없었다. 결론적으로 진동자극 저항운동이 근수축 유발 기전에 의해 다리근육의 근력을 강화하였고, 강화된 다리 근력은 균형능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 향상된 균형능력은 신체가 움직이는 동안 안정적으로 자세를 조절할 수 있게 하여 보행능력의 긍정적 측면에 영향을 미친 것으로 판단된다.

편망 후 열처리 온도가 PBS 모노필라멘트사의 물리적 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of heat setting temperature conditions on the mechanical properties of Polybutylene succinate (PBS) monofilament yarn after net-making)

  • The monofilament with 0.304mm of diameter was produced using a polybutylene succinate (PBS) resin, and a gill net was made by it. We investigated the impact of heat setting temperature on the mechanical properties, knot state and height of gill net. Heat treatment was carried out using the high pressure steam machine for 20 minutes at temperature of $55^{\circ}C$, $60^{\circ}C$, $70^{\circ}C$ and $75^{\circ}C$. Before heat treatment, the strength and elongation of PBS monofilament were estimated to be $48.1kg/mm^2$, 23.8% at unknot, $37.6kg/mm^2$, 18.8% at single knot, $26.6kg/mm^2$, 22.9% at double knot in dry condition, respectively. The strength and elongation of PBS monofilament with double knot were decreased as heat setting temperature increased, and the decreasing rate of strength was showed to be higher than that of elongation. It was not found any differences in strength and elongation of PBS monofilament yarn with double knot at the $65^{\circ}C$ and $70^{\circ}C$ of heat setting temperature by 5% significance of T-test, but there was a significant difference at the $70^{\circ}C$ and $75^{\circ}C$ of heat setting temperature. The net's height and length from leg to leg appeared no differences at the $70^{\circ}C$ and $75^{\circ}C$ of heat setting temperature. In results, it was investigated that the PBS monofilament gill net with the maximized physical properties could be manufactured at $70^{\circ}C$ of heat setting temperature using a high pressure steam machine for 20 minutes.
