Succinic semialdehyde dehydrogenase (SSADH) catalyzes the oxidation of succinic semialdehyde (SSA) into succinic acid in the final step of ${\gamma}$-aminobutyric acid degradation. Here, we characterized Bacillus subtilis SSADH (BsSSADH) regarding its cofactor discrimination and substrate inhibition. BsSSADH showed similar values of the catalytic efficiency ($k_{ca}t/K_m$) in both $NAD^+$ and $NADP^+$ as cofactors, and exhibited complete uncompetitive substrate inhibition at higher SSA concentrations. Further analyses of the sequence alignment and homology modeling indicated that the residues of catalytic and cofactor-binding sites in other SSADHs were highly conserved in BsSSADH.

현재 국내외에서 Building Information Modeling을 적용한 여러 분야의 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있으며, 일부 국외에서는 3D 기반의 견적을 실제 프로젝트에 반영하고 있다. 반면, 국내 건설 프로젝트에서는 여전히 2D 설계도면과 물량산출 프로그램을 이용하여 견적이 이루어지고 있다. 작업의 신속성 및 정확성을 중요시하는 국내 견적 문화에서는 3D 기반의 물량산출 방식 도입을 부정적으로 바라보는 시각이 있으나, 향후 건설 산업의 경쟁력 확보를 위해서 3D 기반 견적작업이 필요하다. 이에 국외에서 상용화된 견적 시스템을 국내 건설 프로젝트에 적용한 결과, 몇 가지 한계점이 있는 것으로 드러나 국내 견적 방식에 적합한 3D기반의 물량산출 프로그램 개발이 절실한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 건설 산업에서의 물량 산출 특성을 반영한 공법기반 견적자동화 시스템 개발 및 검증을 통해 국내 3D 기반의 견적 도입을 앞당기고자 한다.

A 10-month-old intact male Scottish Fold was presented with cardiomegaly. The cat showed exercise intolerance after birth. Radiographs showed cardiomegaly with bulging of the main pulmonary artery and dilation of pulmonary arteries. Echocardiogram revealed abnormally arisen aortic root toward right ventricle with left-to-right shunted perimembraneous ventricular septal defect located underneath the aortic root. Based on imaging studies, the cat was diagnosed as subaortic type of double outlet right ventricle (DORV) without concurrent abnormalities.

국내 모바일 게임 시장에서 여성 유저가 차지하고 있는 비율 및 소비 규모는 점점 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 국내 게임 시장에는 이러한 여성 유저의 마음을 잡을 수 있는 게임의 폭이 좁을 뿐만 아니라 그에 대한 분석이 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 여성향 게임 시장의 확대 가능성이 있다는 가정 하에 한국보다 앞서 큰 시장을 이루고 있는 일본 여성향 게임의 특징을 분석하고 그를 토대로 한국 여성향 게임에 적용할 수 있는 성공 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

공기청정기는 필터 크기에 따라 공기를 정화할 수 있는 표준 사용 면적이 존재하기 때문에 넓은 공간에서 사용할수록 부피가 큰 공기청정기를 사용해야 하는 불편함이 존재한다. 이 문제점을 해결하기 위해 스마트 자율주행 공기청정기를 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 소형 공기청정기에 자율 주행 기능을 추가하여 간편한 조작만으로 여러 공간의 공기질 파악과 정화가 가능하도록 구현하였다.
