  • This paper provides an overview of the E-learning service education on the last decade, In the early 2000's the emphasis of educational technology was on interactive multimedia- stand alone packages on computer hard disks or portable memory, which integrated a range of media forms in the lately. Customers handle finding the best sources of content. The system then uses social signals such as those coming from Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, delicious as well as clicks and views. The SNS and network infrastructure is sufficiently mature that the focus should shift to how to use the technology most appropriately to facilitate learning. As we study environmental conditions of the traditional internet and the mobile internet users in some ways. In this paper, analyze the nature of learning, role of educational and suggest alternative policy, innovation of e-learning service and effective e-learning environment in developing technology.

  • PCB (Printed Circuit Board) inspection using a deep learning model requires a large amount of data and storage. When the amount of stored data increases, problems such as learning time and insufficient storage space occur. In this study, the existing object detection model is changed to a continual learning model to enable the recognition and classification of PCB components that are constantly increasing. By changing the structure of the object detection model to a knowledge distillation model, we propose a method that allows knowledge distillation of information on existing classified parts while simultaneously learning information on new components. In classification scenario, the transfer learning model result is 75.9%, and the continual learning model proposed in this study shows 90.7%.

  • The smart jammer launches jamming attacks which degrade the transmission reliability. In this paper, smart jamming attacks based on the communication probability over different channels is considered, and an anti-jamming Q learning algorithm (AQLA) is developed to obtain anti-jamming knowledge for the local region. To accelerate the learning process across multiple regions, a multi-regional intelligent anti-jamming learning algorithm (MIALA) which utilizes transferred knowledge from neighboring regions is proposed. The MIALA algorithm is evaluated through simulations, and the results show that the it is capable of learning the jamming rules and effectively speed up the learning rate of the whole communication region when the jamming rules are similar in the neighboring regions.

  • Collaborative Filtering (CF) is widely used in recommendation field, which can be divided into rating-based CF and learning-to-rank based CF. Although many methods have been proposed based on these two kinds of CF, there still be room for improvement. Firstly, the data sparsity problem still remains a big challenge for CF algorithms. Secondly, the malicious rating given by some illegal users may affect the recommendation accuracy. Existing CF algorithms seldom took both of the two observations into consideration. In this paper, we propose a recommendation method based on listwise learning-to-rank by incorporating users' social information. By taking both ratings and order of items into consideration, the Plackett-Luce model is presented to find more accurate similar users. In order to alleviate the data sparsity problem, the improved matrix factorization model by integrating the influence of similar users is proposed to predict the rating. On the basis of exploring the trust relationship between users according to their social information, a listwise learning-to-rank algorithm is proposed to learn an optimal ranking model, which can output the recommendation list more consistent with the user preference. Comprehensive experiments conducted on two public real-world datasets show that our approach not only achieves high recommendation accuracy in relatively short runtime, but also is able to reduce the impact of malicious ratings.

  • This study sought implications for further revitalizing student-centered classes by measuring and analyzing the effects of the operation of major courses applying blended learning for library and information sicence (LIS) students on learning immersion, result achievement, and learning satisfaction. The results are as follows: First, as a result of comparative analysis between the pre and post scores of learning immersion, result achievement, and academic satisfaction after operating the blended learning class, the average score of the post-survey was high. Second, among the factors of learning immersion, significant results were found in academic reasons, academic concentration, interest, and control. In particular, the effect of academic concentration and control was high. Third, among the factors of outcome achievement, significant results were found in achievement motivation, satisfaction, relationship utilization ability, and class attitude. The effect of satisfaction and relationship utilization ability was particularly high. Fourth, both general satisfaction and learning-related satisfaction were very effective in academic satisfaction factors. In sum, it was found that the operation of major courses applying blended learning was effective for LIS students.

  • There are significant changes are in education field: the paradigm shift from teacher-centered and text-oriented learning to learner-centered and multimedia-oriented learning. Many researchers have proposed that the e-learning contents is one of the most important factors on e-learning performance. This study analyzes the effect of types of test information on learning performance in e-learning contents. The results show that the interaction effect between types and gender influences the comprehension of learning; the female prefers to the feedback and narrative type but the male prefer to the narrative type. The narrative type showed the highest score on the comprehension and satisfaction of learning among three different types. Also, the main effect of gender difference had no effect on e-learning performance.

  • On-line learning has been adopted as a major educational method due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Students and faculties got accustomed to on-line educational environment as they experienced it during the COVID-19 pandemic. Development of various technologies and social requirement for educational renovation lay groundwork for on-line learning as well. Therefore, on-line learning or blended learning will be likely to go on after the end of COVID-19 pandemic and it is necessary to prepare the guidelines for effective utilizing on-line learning. The primary purpose of this study is to examine the learning behaviors and the learning effects by using LMS data. Learning behaviors were measured in terms of learning time and access frequency for pre-recorded video lectures targeting computer-practice classes. The results of empirical analysis reveal that frequency was the significant predictor of course achievements but learning time was not. The findings of empirical analysis will provide insights that the effective planning and designing on-line classes based on learning behaviors are key to enhancing learning effects and learner's satisfaction.
