  • The recent ERP and CRM is mostly focused on the conventional function performances. However, the recent business environment has brought the change in market due to the rapid progress of internet and e-commerce. It is mostly becoming e-business and spreading out as development of the relationship with other cooperating companies, the rapid progress of the relationship with customers, and intensification competitive power through the development of business progress in the organization. CRM(custom relationship management) is a kind of the marketing progress which forms, manages, and intensifies the relationship between the customers and companies to manage the acquired customers and increase the worth of customers for the company. It needs the system base which analyzes the information of customers since it functions on the basis of various information about customers and is linked to the business category such as producing, marketing, and decision making. Since ERP is extending its function to SCM, CRM, and SEM(strategic Enterprise Management), the 21 century s ERP develop as the strategy tool of e-business and, as the mediation for this, will subdivide the functions of CRM effectively by the analogic study of data. Also, to accomplish classification work of the file which in existing becomes accomplished with possibility work with an automatic movement with the user will be able to accomplish a more efficiently work the agent which in order leads the machine studying law, it is one thing with system feature.

  • this paper, a data modeling method based on decision-making conditions is proposed for making combat and battlefield management systems to be intelligent, which are also a decision-making support system. A picture of a robot seeing and perceiving like humans and arriving a point it wanted can be understood and be felt in body. However, we can't find an example of implementing a decision-making which is the most important element in human cognitive action. Although the agent arrives at a designated office instead of human, it doesn't support a decision of whether raising the market price is appropriate or doing a counter-attack is smart. After we reviewed a current situation and problem in control & command of military, in order to collect a big data for making a machine staff's advice to be possible, we propose a data modeling prototype based on decision-making conditions as a method to change a current control & command system. In addition, a decision-making tree method is applied as an example of the decision making that the reformed control & command system equipped with the proposed data modeling will do. This paper can contribute in giving us an insight of how a future AI decision-making staff approaches to us.

On the Development of Agent-Based Online Game Characters (에이전트 기반 지능형 게임 캐릭터 구현에 관한 연구)

  • 개발적인 측면에서 온라인 게임 환경에서의 NPC(Non Playable Character)들은 환경인식능력, 이동능력, 특수 능력 및 아이템의 소유 배분 등을 원활히 하기 위한 능력들을 소유해야 하며, 게임 환경을 인식, 저장하기 위한 데이터구조와 자신만의 독특한 임무(mission)를 달성하기 위한 계획을 갖고 행위를 해야 한다. 이런 의미에서 NPC는 자신만의 고유한 규칙과 행동 패턴, 그리고 목표(Goal)와 이를 실행하기 위한 계획(plan)을 소유하는 에이전트로 인식되어야 할 것이다. 그러나, 기존 게임의 NPC 제어 구조나 구현 방법은 이러한 요구조건에 부합되지 못한 부분이 많았다. C/C++ 같은 컴퓨터 언어들을 이용한 구현은 NPC의 유연성이나, 행위에 많은 문제점이 있었다. 이들 언어의 switch 문법은 NPC의 몇몇 특정 상태를 묘사하고, 그에 대한 행위를 지정하는 방법으로 사용되었으나, 게임 환경이 복잡해지면서, 더욱더 방대한 코드를 만들어야 했고, 해석하는데 많은 어려움을 주었으며, 동일한 NPC에 다른 행동패턴을 적용시키기도 어려웠다. 또한, 대부분의 제어권을 게임 서버 폭에서 도맡아 함으로써, 서버측에 많은 과부하 요인이 되기도 하였다. 이러한 어려움을 제거하기 위해서 게임 스크립트를 사용하기도 하였지만, 그 또한 단순 반복적인 패턴에 사용되거나, 캐릭터의 속성적인 측면만을 기술 할 수 있을 뿐이었다 이러한 어려움을 해소하기 위해서는 NPC들의 작업에 필요한 지식의 계층적 분화를 해야 하고, 현재 상황과 목표 변화에 적합한 반응을 표현할 수 있는 스크립트의 개발이 필수 적이라 할 수 있다 또한 스크립트의 실행도 게임 서버 측이 아닌 클라이언트 측에서 수행됨으로써, 서버에 걸리는 많은 부하를 줄일 수 있어야 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는, 대표적인 반응형 에이전트 시스템인 UMPRS/JAM을 이용하여, 에이전트 기반의 게임 캐릭터 구현 방법론에 대해 알아본다.퓨터 부품조립을 사용해서 Template-based reasoning 예를 보인다 본 방법론은 검색노력을 줄이고, 검색에 있어 Feasibility와 Admissibility를 보장한다.매김할 수 있는 중요한 계기가 될 것이다.재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve.   • Typically, closed-circuit television (CCTV) monitoring is mainly used for post-processes (i.e. to provide evidence after an incident has occurred), but by using a streaming video feed, machine-based learning, and advanced image recognition techniques, current technology can be extended to respond to crimes or reports of missing persons in real time. The multi-CCTV cooperation technique developed in this study is a program model that delivers similarity information about a suspect (or moving object) extracted via CCTV at one location and sent to a monitoring agent to track the selected suspect or object when he, she, or it moves out of range to another CCTV camera. To improve the operating efficiency of local government CCTV control centers, we describe here the partial automation of a CCTV control system that currently relies upon monitoring by human agents. We envisage an integrated crime prevention service, which incorporates the cooperative CCTV network suggested in this study and that can easily be experienced by citizens in ways such as determining a precise individual location in real time and providing a crime prevention service linked to smartphones and/or crime prevention/safety information.

Implications from the Analysis of National Curriculum Implementation Supporting Cases in Australia and England (호주와 영국의 국가교육과정 적용 지원 사례 분석)

  • The 2015 revised national curriculum has been implemented to first year students in elementary school, and will be expanded to middle school and high school from next year, 2018 school year. As of this year, the ways of implementing the curriculum and supporting teachers to better implement the curriculum into their classrooms are crucial. This study explores the implications for building curriculum supporting and implementing system by investigating relevant systems in foreign countries, such as Australia and England. In order to achieve the purpose, this study conducts literature review and previous studies in regards to the curriculum implementing and supporting system, interviews with curriculum developers and teachers, and analyzes their web-sites of the two countries. The results shows that active communication is essential among curriculum developers and curriculum implementers including school teachers and other stake-holders, and this communication can be achieved by building systematic ways; second, professional development for teachers should be recommended by supporting integrated and systematic teaching-learning process; third, the principal agent for curriculum implementation, school teachers, should have the autonomy for implementing the curriculum. The detailed ways for realizing the three implications are suggested.

Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice towards Infection Control among Community-visiting Nurses (방문간호사의 감염관리에 대한 지식, 태도 및 수행)

  • Purpose: Purpose: This study aimed to identify whether infection control practice would correlate significantly with the knowledge and attitude of infection control in the pre-, mid-, and postvisiting rounds among community-visiting nurses. Methods: A descriptive study was conducted based on the knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) model by administrating questionnaires during September-October 2020. A total of 65 nurses working for 15 community health centers in Seoul, South Korea were included. The questionnaires were developed based on the epidemiologic triangle model and comprised of 28 items on practice, 18 items on knowledge, and 10 items on attitude. Results: The infection control practice showed a mean of 88.9 (range, 0-100). The infection control knowledge had 89.2% on the host domain, 80.0% on the environment domain, and 74.8% on the agent domain (range, 0-100). The infection control attitude showed a mean of 39.5 (range, 0-50). Higher scores on the infection control practice are significantly correlated with the higher scores on the infection control knowledge about the host domain (p= .004) at the pre-, mid-, and post-visiting rounds. Higher scores on the infection control practice are significantly correlated with the higher scores on the infection control attitude at the mid- (p= .018) and postvisiting rounds (p= .028). Conclusions: The infection control practice by community-visiting nurses may be enhanced with increased knowledge and attitude levels of infection control at the mid- and post-visiting rounds. The enhancement should be included in the on-the-job education for community-visiting nurses.

A Case Study on Mechanism Factors for Result Creation of Informatization of IT Service Company (IT서비스 기업의 정보화 성과 창출을 위한 메커니즘 요인 사례 연구)

  • In the meantime, research on corporate informatization focuses on the completeness of information technology itself and its financial effects, so there is insufficient research on whether information technology can support business strategy. It is necessary to verify whether the management strategy implementation of the company can be led through the informatization of the enterprise and the relation between the main mechanism factors and the informatization performance. In this study, what a mechanism factor is applied in the process of result creation of informatization from three mechanism perspectives such as selecting mechanism, learning mechanism and coordinating mechanism with cases of representative domestic IT company and what an importance mechanism factors have been ascertained. This study results in 8 propositions. For a main agent of companies, securement of information capability of organizations has been selected to realize informatization results and investment of informatization has been selected to solve organizational decentralization problems as the most important factor. Additionally, as competition in the industry gets fierce, investment on informatization has been changed to a utility way of implementation of strategies and decision on investment has been made through the official process and information technology. Differentiated company capability has been made based on acquisition of technical knowledge and company information has been expanded to its whole employees through the information system. Also, informatization change management and outside subcontractor management have been acknowledged as an important adjustment factor of company. The first implication of this study is that since case studies on mechanism factors that preceding studies on informatization results did not empirically cover have directly been dealt with based on experiences of executives in charge of business and in charge of informatization, this study can provide practical views about factors that should be mainly managed for informatization results of IT companies. Secondly, since ser-M framework has been applied for IT companies for the first time, this study can academically contribute to companies in other fields about main mechanism factors for result creation of informatization based on deeper understanding and empirical cases.
