유·무기질 체질안료 입도 및 함량에 따른 아스팔트 매스틱 도막방수재의 누유 특성 (Oil Leakage Characteristics of Asphalt Mastic Waterproofing Membrane Coating According to Particle Size and Content of Organic/Mineral Extender)

  • 본 연구에서는 아스팔트 매스틱 도막방수재를 구성하는 원료의 종류 및 함량을 조정하여 누유발생 특성을 분석함으로써 원료와 누유발생 간 특정 상관관계를 정량적으로 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 아스팔트 매스틱 도막방수재의 유·무기계 체질안료인 CA(탄산칼슘)와 ASE(침강방지제) 두 개 원료를 선정하였으며, 입도 및 함량을 변수로 설정하여 배합을 통해 샘플시료를 조성하고 샘플시료별 점도 및 누유안정성(20℃, 40℃) 평가를 진행하였다. 평가결과, 누유안정성 및 점도는 CA 평균입도에 반비례하며, ASE 함량에 비례하는 상관관계가 성립하는 것을 정량적으로 증명하였다. 본 연구결과는 향후 아스팔트 매스틱 도막 방수재의 누유 개선을 위한 배합 연구 시 기초 배합설계의 핵심적인 근거자료로서 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

  • The stress induced leakage currents of thin silicon oxides is investigated in the VLSI implementation of a self learning neural network integrated circuits using a linearity synapse transistor. The channel current for the thickness dependence of stress current, transient current, and stress induced leakage currents has been measured in oxides with thicknesses between 41 ${\AA}$, 86${\AA}$, which have the channel width ${\times}$ length 10 ${\times}$1${\mu}$m, 10 ${\times}$0.3${\mu}$m respectively. The stress induced leakage currents will affect data retention in synapse transistors and the stress current, transient current is used to estimate to fundamental limitations on oxide thicknesses. The synapse transistor made by thin silicon oxides has represented the neural states and the manipulation which gaves unipolar weights. The weight value of synapse transistor was caused by the bias conditions. Excitatory state and inhitory state according to weighted values affected the channel current. The stress induced leakage currents affected excitatory state and inhitory state.

실리콘 산화막의 전류 특성 (Current Characteristics in the Silicon Oxides)

  • In this paper, the oxide currents of thin silicon oxides is investigated. The oxide currents associated with the on time of applied voltage were used to measure the distribution of voltage stress induced traps in thin silicon oxide films. The stress induced leakage currents were due to the charging and discharging of traps generated by stress voltage in the silicon oxides. The stress induced leakage current will affect data retention in memory devices. The oxide current for the thickness dependence of stress current and stress induced leakage currents has been measured in oxides with thicknesses between $109{\AA}$, $190{\AA}$, $387{\AA}$, and $818{\AA}$ which have the gate area $10^{-3}cm^2$. The oxide currents will affect data retention and the stress current, stress induced leakage current is used to estimate to fundamental limitations on oxide thicknesses.

  • The heat (mass) transfer characteristics in the tip-leakage flow region of a high-turning first-stage turbine rotor blade has been investigated by employing the naphthalene sublimation technique. The heat transfer data in the tip-leakage flow area for the tip clearance-to-span ratio, h/s, of 2.0% are compared with those in endwall three-dimensional flow region without tip clearance (h/s = 0.0 %). The result shows that the thermal load in the tip-leakage flow region for h/s = 2.0% is more severe than that in the endwall flow region for h/s = 0.0%. The thermal loads even at the leading and trailing edges for h/s = 2.0% are found larger than those for h/s = 0.0%. The tip-leakage flow results in heat transfer augmentations near the tip on both pressure and suction sides in comparison with the mid-span results.

  • The ageing process was checked by leakage current monitoring in Inclined-Plane Method. In order to monitor leakage current, DAS with 12-bit, 8-channel A/D converter was prepared. The monitored components of leakage current were averages of the rms and peak, max peak, cumulative charge, and the number of peaks in the ranges of 1-10, 10-20, 20-30, 30-40, 40-50, >50 mA. And, erosion depth was measured to be used as the index of the ageing. So, the results of leakage current components and erosion depth measurement were compared to find one or more components of which trends of changes were similar to that of erosion.

  • The identifying cause of leakage problems on mechanical seal in a feed water pump of power plant have been difficult because of technical limits of domestic mechanical seal manufacturer and the various conditions of power plants. This paper can get a conclusion through the consideration study and experiment test of mechanical seal characteristics of feed water pump depending on oxygen treatment as follows. The oxygen treatment increase dissolved oxygen and cause a corrosion on the mechanical seal stationary ring composed of antimony as well as leakage problems. For solving leakage problems of seal, to eliminate dissolved oxygen in the cooling water of seal with hydrazine injection can prevent leakage problems of mechanical seal in feed water pump.

  • The performance of a regenerative pump is affected by many parameters, especially blade shape of impeller, leakage flow in the clearance and head losses at the inlet & outlet. An impeller with J-shape blade was designed and 5 times scale up model was tested at similarity conditions to evaluate the performance. Performance variations with clearance change were executed. The amounts of leakage flow through the clearance were estimated using the one-dimensional leakage flow models and analysis. Main leakage flow is generated through the gap between the impeller and casing. The inlet & outlet head losses were also estimated. Such corrections are very important to evaluate the final performance of the impeller and pump. Cavitation test was also performed at 1,200 rpm. NPSH of the regenerative pump was obtained and growth of cavity within blades was visualized.

  • This paper presents electrical properties of Zinc Oxide(ZnO) surge arrester blocks under the power frequency AC voltages and various temperatures. The leakage current, $I_{R}-V$ curios and power dissipation for the fine and aged ZnO surge arrester blocks were measured as a function of the temperatures and applied voltages. When the temperature is increased from $50\;[^{\circ}C]$ to $150\;[^{\circ}C]$, the total leakage current significantly increased at the sane applied voltage level. Also, the resistive leakage currents and power dissipation were increased with increasing temperature. The leakage current and power dissipation of the aged ZnO arrester blocks were higher than the fine ZnO arrester blocks.

  • This paper researched leakage current characteristics of artificially contaminated EHV insulators through construction of long-term testing facility. Insulators were contaminated and classified into the ESDD contaminated levels under IEC standards method. As the test results of contaminated insulators was carried out several experiments, leakage current greatly increased during initial rainfall. After contaminated insulators were naturally washed by rain, leakage current was not increased.
