In recent years, there is growing interest in 'Fin-tech' in the domestic and international financial sector. And a variety of services in such a situation has emerged. To ensure the safety of from hacking attacks, many new technologies have been developed. These leading technology is the Bio-authentication method that you consider applying to the financial sector. Bio authentication is using biometric information. Also it is known that can cope the threat of fabrication and modifying attacks with shared and stored. However, Recently, When you look at hacking incidents of biometric data(560 million cases) in the United States Office of Personnel Management and advent of the fingerprints counterfeit technology, We can be known that should be reconsidered about the safety of bio-certification. Especially, it should be provided with a response measures for the problem of embezzlement that biometric information already been leaked. Thereby In this paper, by investigating biometric technologies and practices applied and of the vulnerability factor in many industries, it expected to be utilized in the prepared threats countermeasures in accordance with the application of the biometric authentication technology in a future.
According to the Global Retail Development Index (GRDI) published by A.T. Kearney (2012), India is the $5^{th}$ most attractive retail destination in the world. The retail industry in India has been largely fragmented with small businesses dominating the retail landscape, with very few large players having multiple retail outlets. However, in the last few years, the industry has witnessed a significant growth in the number of large retailers having a chain of outlets across the country. This growth in the organised retail sector has driven primarily by large Indian retail organisations and conglomerates. With the government reducing the restrictions on foreign participation in Indian retail business by increasing the FDI cap on both single and multi-brand retail outlets, the industry is likely to see an explosive growth in the organised retail sector which accounts for only 8 percent of the total industry. With more foreign retailers poised to enter into the country, one of the key issues that the industry may face is finding the right quality of manpower. Literature suggests that in an industry which is characterised by players offering similar kinds of product assortments at similar price levels, success would be governed by the quality of service, which entails employees having the right skills and attitudes for offering quality service. Therefore, the two key issues that may be of importance for retailers are levels of skills and the motivation of the employees. However, according to the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC, 2009), a significant skill gap exists in the industry, which may widen further in the years ahead, leading to greater challenges for organisations. This paper highlights some of the challenges and issues which characterise the industry in India, and suggests how companies could look at these challenges and seek ways to overcome these challenges.
In the field of architecture, the sustainable architectural concept, "green buildings," has been suggested as an alternative to solve the environmental problems; however, the concept has not yet been converted to awareness and development of related technology. The leading role of public sector has been socially and economically influential in the nation, hence green public buildings are significant to stimulate the spread of green buildings in the nation. This study is to draw an appropriate method of implementing the green building concept to the two main government office buildings of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province based on the plan to improve the work environment; it is also to provide long-term directions of implementing policies and reference for the public and private sector to utilize the green building concept. Its research methodology was the survey method. A total of 142 questionnaires were returned by government employees of the two buildings. It accounts for 20% of the total number of 711 workers of the buildings. According to the analysis of the returned questionnaire, the majority of the surveyed have a positive evaluurned toward the introduction of green buildings due to their expecturned for the possible i the buildingstheir work environment. In addition, they showed more interest in space planning with natural ventilation than automatic systems regarding applied methods for green buildings.

LEACH(One of the leading algorithms in the field of WSN) for the life of the system, even by the number of all nodes to ensure that the cluster header. However, each round does not guarantee a certain number of cluster header. So sometimes cluster header is elected of small number or not elected. If cluster header number is to small, takes a heavy load on cluster header. And empty cluster is occur depending on the location of the cluster header. The algorithm proposed in this paper, the area of interest is divided into sectors. And randomly, cluster header be elected one the in each sector. When clustering the sensor nodes will belong to the nearest cluster header. So clustering is independent of the sector. This algorithm is guarantee a certain number of cluster header in each round. And has prevent occurrence of empty cluster.
This study aims at conducting a quantitative assessment of potential economic effects of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) consisting of 10 Member States of the ASEAN, Australia, China, India, Japan, Korea and New Zealand using a multi-region, multi-sector CGE model. Three different policy scenarios are carried out based on baseline scenarios: China-Japan-Korea FTA (Scenario 1); ASEAN+3 FTA (Scenario 2); and the RCEP (Scenario 3). The impacts of three scenarios are described in terms of real GDP, Equivalent Variation as a measure of welfare, export and import volumes, trade balance, and terms of trade. This study finds that the RCEP is to lead to an increase in real GDP of all members of the RCEP, with Korea as a winner with a highest additional economic growth of 2.43 percent, which implies that Korea is in a better position to play a leading role in promoting the RCEP.

Audio-visual investment fund in the Korean film industry, which has been formed through the public sector support since 1999. It has become an important source of Korean film production costs and has spread to other cultural industry sectors, as a way of capital procurement for a start-up companies and cultural projects. This study reconstruct the data of the organizations such as the size of a new investment fund by public sector, the ratio of public capital contribution, the amount and number of investment in Korean films, investment multiplier compared to equity investment, and the internal return rate(IRR) of liquidation funds in the Korean film capital market from 1999 to 2017. The O2O services in the healthcare sector have only been in full swing for about three years, and unlike existing O2O consumer goods, the scale and scope of the dispute are more complicated due to restrictions on medical treatment. In this study, O2O service platform operators and medical institutions' roles and responsibilities were redefined as a countermeasure for resolving disputes in healthcare O2O services and the laws for changing the transaction environment. A change in institutional mechanisms was proposed. This study looked at the types of consumer disputes related to healthcare O2O services as insufficient information problems, problems in the course of medical service implementation, problems with immunity provisions for platform operators, cancellations, and non-compliance with refunds. All the information generated during transactions in the healthcare sector was extensive in scale and included the most sensitive information among personal information, stressing the importance of ensuring security. The area that started in the O2O range before the medical institution visit also proposed a plan to establish a system for the delivery of proven information as a pre-medical person. The scale and growth will grow faster, given that consumers can experience the information they want anytime, anywhere they want. However, the platform broker's role, a link player, will become more important because consumers who use the service will have their first meeting with non-face-to-face product providers. On the other hand, service providers may have side effects of misleading consumers by providing false information or misleading consumers through exaggerated advertisements. The O2O service market is expected to expand beyond distribution and dining out to the entire industry. However, since it is challenging to check accurate statistics on the detailed market, various disputes and consumer protection measures will be required for each detailed market, and comprehensive leading solutions will be essential in the future.
The traditional occupational boundaries of human resources in science and technology (S&T) have quickly blurred in Korea. On the one hand, the knowledge-based economy has emerged and S&T proliferated beyond conventional areas, leading scientists and engineers to advance into various convergence fields. On the other hand, Korea's labor market is characterized by a higher percentage of highly-educated human resources and a relatively smaller number of high-quality jobs. As a result, the highly educated in S&T have flowed over the traditional careers into non-S&T careers. Focusing on doctorates in S&T, this paper analyzes changes in their career patterns and identifies main determinants. Specifically, jobs are categorized into traditional STEM occupations and the others in order to identify fluctuations in their share and to analyze factors affecting such changes. The analyses are based on data from the 'Survey on Careers and Mobility of Doctorate Holders 2012' conducted by the Science and Technology Policy Institute. The results exhibit marked changes in the occupational composition of doctorates in S&T. Occupational diversification has been proceeded faster in natural sciences, the private sector, and the younger generation than in engineering, the public sector, and the older generation.

In this paper, we present FinDID (Financial Decentralized IDentity), a blockchain-based DID(Decentralized IDentity) service that can flexibly control personal information or credentials through a systematic verification method while complying with the standard service scheme of decentralized identity for the financial sector. DID is an identity management system used in a decentralized environment without a specific certification authority, and as a technology that allows users to control their own information, it can realize self-sovereignty over users' own personal information. Through FinDID, users receive credentials that authenticate their various personal information from the issuer, select only the claims required by the target financial service using their personal electronic wallet, create presentations from credentials. Then they submit it to the financial service, leading to their qualification from the service. FinDID consists of electronic wallet, credential issuer, credential storage, DID service including DID management contract and credential management contract, and financial services using this service scheme. The DID service manages each user's DID and supports all verification processes of the associated identity management scheme.
