전력통신을 위한 시장 동향 및 발전 전망 (Trends Research and Development View of Power Line Communication)

  • While going through economic development for several decades, Korea has become an industrialized country, and the development of industrial technology accelerated the advent of the information opportunity era. The recent information oriented society has brought forth the development of new information communication technology that enables anybody to obtain information easily and simply, and recently power line communication technology is being developed that allows the use of the existing power line net-works as they are. Each advanced country that faced up to a riffle effect of power line communication technology that enables us to obtain information easily anywhere at anytime is engaged in fierce competition to be a leader in this technology and to preoccupy the standardization of power line communication technology. At this point, this study is to help Korea take the lead in information communication technology by proposing a direction for the standardization that Korean power line communication technology needs to head for by identifying the trend of the worldwide of power line communication technology.

선박 그룹항해시스템의 항법 알고리즘 개발 (Development of Sailing Algorithm for Ship Group Navigation System)

  • 자율운항선박 관련 기술개발이 전 세계적으로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나, 통신, 사이버 보안, 긴급대처능력 등 기술적으로 해결되지 못한 문제들이 아직 많이 남아있기 때문에, 자율운항선박이 상용화되기까지는 많은 시간이 필요할 것으로 예상된다. 이 연구에서는 기술적으로 완전하지 않은 자율운항선박의 대체 방안으로 한 척의 리더 선박과 여러 척의 추종 선박을 하나의 그룹으로 묶어 항해하는 선박 그룹항해시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템에서는 리더 선박이 항행을 개시하면 추종 선박은 리더 선박의 항행 경로를 자율적으로 추종하며, 경로 추종을 위해 PD 제어를 적용하였다. 또한, 각 선박들은 충돌방지를 위해 안전거리를 유지하면서 일직선 형태로 항해한다. 선박 간의 안전거리유지는 속력 제어를 통해 구현된다. 선박 그룹항해시스템의 유효성을 검증하기 위해 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 시뮬레이션에 사용된 선박은 관련 데이터가 공개되어 있는 KVLCC2의 L-7 모델이며, 선박조종운동에는 일본조선학회에서 제안한 MMG standard method를 사용하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 리더 선박은 미리 정해진 항로를 따라 항해하였으며, 추종 선박은 리더 선박의 경로를 따라 항해하였다. 세 척의 선박은 시뮬레이션 중 일직선 형태를 유지하였으며, 선박 간 안전거리를 유지하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구에서 제안하는 선박 그룹항해시스템은 자율운항선박의 문제점들을 해소하는 항행시스템으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Cohesiveness of Internet Based Virtual Teams in the e-business: Roles of Various Types of Leadership

  • A virtual team consists of various members with a range of professional skills. An IT virtual team can confer such advantages as improving creativity and solving problems in e-business. However, virtual teams are less cohesive than off-line based teams, at least partly because they do not meet face-to-face to solve problems. If the cohesion of the members in a team is weak, overall performance can decrease. Therefore, this study seeks to understand the specific types of leadership needed to increase the cohesiveness of the members in a virtual team. Leadership is the most important factor for the successful operation of a virtual team. Leaders engage members with goals, and motivate them by creating positive relationships. This study describes the idealized influence of transformational leadership in which a leader directly engages members in a goal, and the role of participative goal setting in which members set their own goals. In addition, this research demonstrates the benefits of a positive attitude of a leader towards their team members and the influence of leader-member exchanges. If the cohesion of virtual teams is improved through specific leadership, the team members will be more committed to their teams and work, and the team's performance will improve. Furthermore, the successful operation of virtual teams will provide an opportunity for companies in e-business to gain a competitive advantage in the contemporary environment, where creativity is important.

일선 간호관리자를 위한 리더십 훈련 프로그램 개발 (A Study on the development of leadership training program for first-line nurse managers)

  • The health care environment becomes more competitive every day. It has fallen to nurse managers - from vice presidents of patient care to nurse managers and their assistants - to recruit and develop a workforce that successfully meets the needs of both patients and the organization. This means employees who demonstrate advanced critical thinking skills, creative problem solving, and sound decision making skills combined with clinical skills and patient advocacy. The environment which nurse managers create and the way they relate to their workforce, are pivotal to organizational viability. Especially leadership of first -line nurse managers contributes to the success of their organizations. First-line nurse managers are deserved to be one of the most administrative supervisors through the middle stratum in a hospital organization as being a manager in the field service if assessed from the overall aspects of hospital, as being an interim managers in the nursing department as well as being a supreme supervisor in a unit in terms of an organizational structure in the hospital. Similarly, as a compete leader, the first-line nurse managers have not only a professional which is qualified to perform a role of appropriate coordination with medical staff and key personnel but also hold an important key position a being responsible for performing his or her given role. The first-line nurse manager is expected to manage human and fiscal resources in ways not required before. While an identified need for well-prepared first-line nurse manager continues to plague the profession, first-line nurse managers often have difficulty providing the leadership required. The need leadership training to function effectively in their positions. But we hardly find a useful leadership training program for first-line nurse managers, therefore the purpose of this study was to developed the leadership training program for them. The steps of leadership program development were below: 1st step, 2 studies were done before develop a leadership program. One was done to ask to first-line nurse managers what they want to learn through leadership training, the other one was to ask the staff nurses what their opinions are for their first-line nurse managers leadership. 2nd step was searching other leadership programs contents. The results of this study were below: The total amount of hours is 24. Leadership training program contents are : Future of nursing profession (210min), understanding basic factor's of leadership and leadership theories(310 min), self understanding as first- line nurse managers(320 min), basic principle and practice of interpersonal relationship(210 min), assertiveness training, conflict management (180min), and group study(210min). This is challenging time to be a leader, especially in nursing. As nurse managers look toward the new millennium, it seems as through the same struggles are ahead that are behind. So nurse managers need to embrace change with a positive attitude. They need to demonstrate risk taking and support it in their staffs. All these things are possible that after they participate the leadership training program.

단위농협(單位農協)의 환경변화(環境變化)와 조직(組織)의 발전방안(發展方案) (Impacts of Changing Environments on Primary Agricultural Cooperatives and Redirections for Its Structural Improvement)

  • Since domestic and international environments has changed rapidly, Korean primary agricultural coopratives are expected to face many difficulties in business management, especially marketing and banking business. Therefore, it is necessary to reframe the exitsting structure of primary agricultural cooperatives so as to enhance the competitiveness in terms of management efficiency. However, There are many problems to be solved such as overnumbered staffs compared with decreasing number of farming population, unbalanced ratio between executive officials and lower-level officials, complexity of position-ranking system resulting from unclearness of official title and office regulations, and management right excessively concentrated on cooperative leader. The suggested measures for such problems are as follows; 1) attaining the economy size of agricultural cooperaitves in line with decreasing rural community, 2) fostering the on-the job training programs and the personnel administration according to job competency, 3) merging the small primary cooperatives into larger units with efficiency, 4) specializing the cooperative business based on their regional comparative advantage, 5) maintaining the rational adjustment between elected cooperative leader's management right and responsibility.

  • Simple quadratic potential functions for unicycle robot path planning are presented, where proposed algorithm for path planning has the different environment for each robot based on LOS(Line Of Sight) between a target and an obstacle, unlike a conventional path planning. In doing so, the proposed algorithm assumes that each swarm robot equips its own vision instead of a ceiling camera. In particular, this paper presents that each robot follows its different local leader. As a result proposed algorithm reduces local minimum problems by the help of each local leader.

제주도근해 예승어구의 유체저항과 줄의 굵기에 관하여

  • Skipjack, Katsuowonus vagans, yellow tail Seriola quinqueradiata and Scomberomorus sinensis are largely caught by trolling gear in the coastal waters of Jeju Island. The author determined the hydrodynamic resistance of the trolling gears uscd in the waters, estimated the pulling force of the fish species above mentioned by use of body weight, and then calculated the minimum diameter of the lines of trolling gears. The results obtained are as follows: 1. The hydrodynamic resistance of the trolling gears present linear relationship in accordance with the towing speed of the gears. 2. The diameter of seizing leader, leader gut and branch line used in the waters might be durable to catch skipjack and yellow tail, whereas the diameter of those must be weak in intensity for Scomberomorus zinensis.

조직적 지원 및 리더-부하관계의 질이 조직전념도와 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Effects of Organizational Support and Leader-Member Exchange on Organization Members' Committment and Citizenship)

  • 기업은 내부고객으로서의 조직구성원들의 조직전념도를 향상시키기 위해 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 조직구성원의 높은 조직전념도는 외부고객의 만족과 기업경쟁력 향상과 직결된다고도 할 수 있다. 그간 조직전념도와 관련된 연구들 중에는 조직적 지원과 리더의 지원이 조직전념도를 제고시킬 수 있다는 일부 연구들이 있었으나, 하나의 이론으로서 정립될 만큼 연구 결과가 충분하지 못하였다. 한편, 조직에 전념할 수 있을 마음이 있어야 조직을 위한 조직구성원 행동이 양심적일 수 있고 타 구성원들에 대해 이타적일 수 있으며 노력하는 행동 및 조직내 성과향상을 위한 정보공유 노력도 행해질 수 있다는 조직시민행동 내용과는 더욱 정립된 연구결과가 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구는 조직적 지원과 리더의 지원이 조직전념도에 미치는 영향을 실증분석 하였고, 그러한 결과가 조직시민행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 그 결과 조직적 지원과 리더의 지원을 높게 지각할수록 조직에 대한 감정적 전념도 및 조직시민행동이 긍정적인 것으로 나타났으며, 감정적 전념도가 조직시민행동에 대해 조직적 지원과 리더의 지원이 미치는 긍정적 효과를 더욱 촉진시키는 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타난다. 본 연구는 조직내 관리자들이 구성원들과의 관계 및 가치설정을 어떻게 하는 것이 바람직한지에 대한 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

번들가격할인 프레이밍과 메시지 프레이밍이 소비자의 번들구성제품에 대한 평가에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Bundle Price Discount Framing and Message Framing on Consumers' Evaluation of Bundle Component)

  • 가격번들링(price bundling)의 형태에는 '믹스드리더번들(mixed-leader bundle)'과 '믹스드조인트번들(mixed-joint bundle)'이 있는데 전자는 패키지 구성요소 중 하나는 정상가에 판매하고 다른 하나는 할인된 가격에 판매하는 것(예를 들면, 치아미백제를 구매하면 치약 할인)이고, 후자는 패키지의 가격을 통합하여 하나의 할인된 가격(예를 들면, 치아미백제와 치약을 함께 구매하면 총금액 할인)으로 제시하는 것이다. 메시지 프레이밍이란 동일한 광고 메시지를 어떻게 표현하느냐 하는 것인데, 제품을 사용할 경우 얻게 될 혜택 또는 긍정적인 제품 속성을 강조하는 긍정적 프레이밍과 대안을 채택하지 않을 경우 입게 되는 손실 또는 부정적인 제품속성을 강조하는 부정적 프레이밍이 있다. 본 연구는 치아미백제의 메시지 프레이밍을 '95%가 미백효과를 보았다(긍정적 프레이밍)'와 '5% 미만이 미백효과를 보지 못했다(부정적 프레이밍)'로 제시하였다. 본 연구는 개별제품에 대한 소비자의 지각된 품질수준과 태도에 대한 번들가격할인 프레이밍과 메시지 프레이밍의 상호작용효과를 탐구하였다. 연구결과 메시지 프레이밍의 주효과와 상호작용효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 긍정적 메시지프레이밍 조건에서는 믹스드조인트번들보다 믹스드리더번들에서 치아미백제에 대한 지각된 품질 및 태도가 높았으나, 부정적 메시지 프레이밍 조건에서는 믹스드리더번들보다 믹스드조인트번들에서 더 높았다. 본 연구는 번들 내 개별제품에 대한 번들가격할인 프레이밍과 메시지 프레이밍의 상호작용효과를 발견했다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있으며, 메시지 프레이밍의 형태에 따라 번들가격 제시방법을 달리해야함을 제안하고 있다.

두 시스템간의 편차 최소화를 적용한 상대적 동작제어 방법 (Relative Motion Control Methodology Using the Minimum Relative Error Between Two Systems)

  • A new relative motion control methodology for a following system to an independent leading system is proposed for controlling relative position, velocity, and tension etc. It is based on maintaining minimum relative error between two independent systems. The control command of the following system to a leading system is generated by adding the current command and the output of the relative error compensation. The proposed control method is implemented on the experimental equipment which is a wire winding-unwinding system to control the tension of the line. The results show the unwinding system(follower) following the independent motion of the winding system(leader) to control the constant tension of the line in order to keep the roller dancer in reference position. The relative motion control method proposed in this paper can be applied to high precision equipment for unwinding and winding fine wire, fine fiber, and tape etc.
