액체로켓엔진 시스템 Lay-out 설계 개념 연구 (Study of Lay-out Design Concept for Liquid Rocket Engine System)

  • The process of Lay-out design and assembly for liquid rocket engine was presented and the Lay-out design for main components of liquid Rocket engine system was studied. Vertical direction is recommended in the case of turbopump's arrangement. If the length of pipe between gas-generator with turbopump's turbine is shorter, gas-generator is stable. The arrangements of main valves are recommended as near disposition to combustion chamber, because shut-down process time is shorter. Interference with launch vehicle and structural strength considering gimbal actuator's force and control performance is considered in the case of gimbal actuator's supporter design.

  • Parametric modeling and configuration design method are a important methods for rapid design in manufacturing. This paper proposes a relation rules which parametrically models a bonnet trimming tool based on Pro/Engineer. The concept of desogn is applied a trimming die of the bonnet outer panel. Trimming die have a many parameters. Each a parameter is related the die face and punch profile. A design system consists of a Pro/Engineer, a Pro/program.

  • Korean elementary school facilities are a lot of changes since the mid-1990s. Creative learning ability to become more important. Interior space environment and the hardware changes needed improvement. In this study, depending on the teaching methods and curriculum characteristics to suggest design guidelines for a more effective lesson plan by changing the terran out. Open education free to enhance the development and creativity of the human spirit, the human, and realize the value of education is to increase the relevance of education for self-realization and social. Space for open educational practices through advanced layout is proposed. There is a need for the development of new school furniture for a variety of lay-out. It is important to develop a spatial variability in new school furniture.

  • Today, term of ‘industrial society’means the totally changing society by new technical innovation through the Industrial Revolution begun in England at the mid-nineteenth century and it made social structure centering agricultural culture change with industrial culture with expansion of goods by the massive production. Information working area has to bo a space not just for improving business efficiency in industrial society but for developing efficiency in working in harmony with the information and structural aspects based on computer and communication technology. There are two kinds of environmental elements of working space : the tangible ones are the area and the structure of working space, lights, network, layout and information machines in office, the intangible ones are a feeling of satisfaction of management and arrangement of office information machines capability of information delivery, common ownership of documents and their files, the security and connection between office workers, and harmony. According to the wave of information begun from the late twentieth century, structural layout of working area has become various by the working type through network of new developed information communication machines. But it is hard to apply them in actually.

  • 본 연구 에서는 고해상도 우주용 카메라의 경통부의 복합재 적층설계를 열환경 및 흡습에 의한 영향을 고려하여 수행하고 다층 지그재그이론에 기초하여 개발된 삼각형 유한요소를 이용 열흡 습 해석을 수행하여 융단도표를 통하여 도출된 최적 적층설계가 광학성능 허용범위를 만족하는지 검증 하였다.

  • This paper presents a method of an automatic work time evaluation based on the verification of a disassemblability and assembly configuration. Even though a work time evaluation is an important field of concern for planning assembly lay-out, there are some limitations using cumbersome user query or approximated work time data without considering assembly condition. To overcome such restriction, this paper presents a method to mathematically verify assembly conditions based on the disassemblability, which is defined by the separability and stability cost. The separability cost represents a facility of the part disassembly operation, and the stability cost which represents a degree of the stability for the base assembly motion. Based upon the results, we propose a new approach of evaluating work time using neural networks. The proposed method provides an effective means of solving the work time evaluation problem and gives a design guidance of planning assembly lay-out in flexible manufacturing application. Example study is given to illustrate the concepts and procedure of the proposed schemes.

  • 80년대 중반까지만 해도 신형 차라고 하면 정형화된 팩키징 레이아웃을 전제로 하여 구형보다는 큰 바디이거나 거의 비슷한 레이아웃으로 형태를 조금씩 바꾸어 스타일 이미지 변형을 시도하는 방법이 주류를 이루었다. 이후 연비절감과 승차 감 향상을 위한 공역학적 바디 스타일 경쟁 시기에서도 정형화된 팩키징 레이아웃은 크게 변하지 않고 엔지니어링 부분의 고출력, 고 효율화를 통하여 상품성을 향상시키고자 하였다. 이제는 일상생활 전체에 대한 모터라이제이션의 급격한 진행과 함께 자동차 산업의 발달로 공급과잉 및 기술의 평준화가 이루어져 가고 있다. 이러한 기술 평준화 현상은 자동차 디자인에서의 혁신의 개념이 과거와는 다른 양상으로 발전되어 어떤 의미로는 진정한 의미의 자동차 디자인을 요구하는 시대에 이르렀다. 자동차 디자인에서는 외형보다는 실내의 디자인 계획이 훨씬 중요하다. 자동차 승 원의 거주 이동 목적에 맞는 컴포터빌러티 향상 노력이 자동차 디자인의 본질이기 때문이다. 본 연구는 외형 결정의 선행요소인 자동차 실내의 디자인 계획방법을 연구하여 보고 디자인 혁신을 통하여 소비자들에게 좋은 평가를 얻은 차종의 실내디자인 계획에 대한 분석적 접근을 통한 데이터 추출, 자료화로 미래지향적, 본질적 의미이 자동차 디자인 활동의 참고자료로 활용하고자 한다.
