This study aims to analyze Latin America and the Caribbean papers published in Korea during the past 2000-2020 years. Through this study, it is possible to understand the main subject and direction of research in Korea's Latin America and the Caribbean area. As the research mythologies, this study uses the text mining and Social Network Analysis such as frequency analysis, several centrality analyses, and topic analysis. After analyzing the empirical results, there has been a tendency to change the key words and centrality coefficients between 2000-2010 and 2011-2020 years. During 2011-2020 years, the most frequent keywords were changed from Neoliberalism and culture to policy education, and economy related words. The degree and closeness centrality analyses appeared the higher frequency key words. However, the eigenvector centrality appeared very different from the order of frequency key words. The topic analysis shows that the culture, language, and Neoliberalism were the most important keywords during 2000-2010 years but economy, labor trade, industry, development became the most important keywords during 2011-2020 years in topics.

Specification selection, Layout, specifications and combinations of Power Drives, and Ship motions were studied for FGPP(Floating Gas-fired Power Plants), which are still needed in areas such as the Caribbean, Latin America, and Southeast Asia where electricity is not sufficiently supplied. From this study, the optimal equipment layout in ships was derived. In addition, the difference between engine and turbine was verified through LCOE(Levelized Cost of Energy) comparison according to the type and combination of Power Drives. Analysis of Hs(Significant Height of wave) and Tp(spectrum Peak Period of wave) for places where this FGPP will be tested or applied enables design according to wave characteristics in Brazil and Indonesia. Normalized Sloshing Pressures of FGPP and LNG Carrier are verified using a sloshing analysis program, which is CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) software developed by ABS(American Bureau of Shipping). Power Transmission System is studied with Double bus with one Circuit Breaker Topology. A nd the CFD analysis allowed us to calculate linear roll damping coefficients for more accurate full load conditions and ballast conditions. Through RAO(Response Amplitude Operator) analysis, we secured data that could minimize the movement of ships according to the direction of waves and ship placement by identifying the characteristics of large movements in the beam sea conditions. The FGPP has been granted an AIP(Approval in Principle) from a classification society, the ABS.

중남미 및 카리브해(LAC) 지역에서 한국의 도시개발협력이 점차 확대되고 있지만 이와 관련된 국내의 시장 참여 전략은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 콜롬비아의 도시계획체계, 도시개발사업, 한국의 협력사업을 분석하고 중남미 도시개발사업 협력을 위해 고려해야 할 사항을 도출하였다. 연구 방법은 먼저 콜롬비아의 주요 도시인 보고타(Bogotá)와 메데진(Medellín)의 국가 및 지역 도시 계획 시스템을 비교하고 시사점을 도출하였다. 둘째, 콜롬비아의 토지구획정리사업, 대규모 공공임대주택 공급을 위한 마크로프로젝트, 한국과 콜롬비아의 도시개발협력 사례를 분석하고 시사점을 도출하였다. 연구 결과 한국의 도시개발 협력사업시 과제로는 첫째, ODA를 통한 원조사업은 투자형 개발사업과 같이 사업화로 연결시키기 보다는 향후 본사업을 위한 콜롬비아의 도시 네트워크 형성에 주력하는 것이다. 둘째, 인프라사업과는 다른 도시개발 협력사업의 재원조달구조를 파악하는 것이 필요하다. 셋째, 해외의 개발사업인 만큼 개발 기간 및 규모를 단지급 규모이하의 적정 규모로 설계하여 성공사례를 만드는 것이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

이 논문은 오늘날 미국과 라틴아메리카를 중심으로 대서양 지역에서 빠르게 변화 발전하고 있는 해양안보 개념의 변천과 주요 해양안보를 일으키는 갈등 이슈들을 조망해 보는 것을 목적으로 연구되었다. 지정학적으로 유럽과 라틴아메리카 그리고 미국을 둘러싸고 있는 대서양 지역에서의 해양안보 중점 이슈에 대한 전반적인 역사적 고찰과 더불어 오늘날 다양한 해양안보 개념의 발전과 갈등 현안들을 특히 미국과 라틴아메리카 국가들을 축으로 살펴보는 데 그 의의가 있다. 이에 더하여 영토 분쟁 및 해양안보를 둘러싼 라틴아메리카 역내 국가 간 갈등의 역사 탐색뿐만 아니라 21세기 들어 새롭게 떠오르고 있는 미국-라틴아메리카 지역 간 해양안보 갈등의 중요 배경과 이슈들을 조명해 봄으로서 오늘날 대서양 지역에서 발생하고 있는 새로운 안보갈등 딜레마를 조명해 보고자 한다. 특히 남대서양 해양안보를 위한 미국 제4함대의 재등장은 이러한 해양안보 딜레마의 중심축에 놓여있다. 본 논문은 미 해군 4함대를 둘러싼 대서양 지역의 안보갈등을 국제정치학적 '해양안보' 개념을 통해 갈등 원인을 분석하고, 21세기 대서양 지역에서 안보개념의 변화를 구체적인 사례 분석과 더불어 새롭게 분석 평가해 보는데 의의가 있다.
