The purpose of this study was to examine whether dating affected young people's concern for their looks and their oral health state, and to motivate students to promote their oral health, as national oral health depended on students who would grow into eligible members of society in the near future. Relevant literature and data were reviewed, and a survey was conducted on residents in and around Seoul, who were in their 20s, for approximately three months from June through August 2006 to find out about their oral health status. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. Whether they were seeing someone or not was investigated, and it's found that 37.5 percent had a girl friend or boy friend, and that 6.7 percent hadn't. 2. Concerning the state of dating, 40.3 percent, the largest percentage, had been dating for less than a year, and the largest number of them that accounted for 23.6 percent had been dating one person till then, 4.0 percent were considering getting married with those whom they were seeing. The most dominant type of love was eros(romantic or ardent love; 41.7%), followed by stroge(friendly love; 33.3%), and agape(altruistic, devoted love; 12.5%). 3. As for the impact of dating on oral health status, those who were seeing someone were similar to those who weren't in toothbrushing frequency, toothbrushing time and simplified oral hygiene index. There was no significant gap between the two. 4. Concerning the influence of dating on dental-treatment experience, no statistically significant intergroup differences were found in experiences of taking dental-caries treatment, bad-breath treatment and teeth-whitening treatment. There was a statistically significant intergroup gap only in scaling experience(pE0.05). 5. Regarding the impact of dating on oral health care, 59.7 percent of those who were dating thought that it affected oral health care, and the same rate of the others who weren't stood at 38.3 percent. There was a statistically significant gap between the two(pE0.01). 6. As to the influence of general characteristics on oral hygiene index, their age and gender made no statistically significant differences to that. By occupation, however, many of the company employees were in good oral health, and many of them were in bad oral health, too. The office workers were statistically significantly different from the others in that regard(pE0.01).

It is important to control layer current distributions of coaxial multi-layer HTS cables, because a homogeneous layer current distribution decreases AC loss and can supply the largest operational current. We have extended the theory that treat the operational current more than the critical current by considering V-I nonlinear characteristics of HTS tapes including flux flow resistance and contacting resistance between the cable and terminals. It is important to investigate the current distribution under the condition of operational current more than the critical current of cable, because the cable has experiences of fault current. In order to verify the extended theory, we have fabricated a two layers cable with the same twisting layer pitch. It was observed that almost all the operational current less than the critical current flowed on the outer layer because of its lower inductance. In case of operational current more than critical currents of layers, the flux flow resistances affect strongly current waveform and thereby the currents of layers were determined by the flux flow resistances. And we investigated breakdown characteristics in $LN_{2}$/paper composite insulation system for the application to a HTS cable. In this experiment, we got some information out of that the electrical characteristics of the insulation materials depends on the condition of butt gap.
Metal-doped $TiO_2$ thin films were prepared on soda-lime-silica glass substrates by using a spin coating-pyrolysis process. As-deposited films were prefired at $500^{\circ}C$ or 10 min in air. Five-coated films were finally annealed at $600^{\circ}C$ for 30 min in air. High resolution X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscope and UV spectrophotometer were used to analyze film's property. The largest red shift in optical energy gap is obtained in the Fe-doped $TiO_2$ film.

Getting evidence in to practice tends to focus on strategies, theories and studies that aim to close the gap between research knowledge and clinical practice. The evidence to practice gap is more about systems than individual clinician decision making. The absence of evidence for administration and management in the organization of healthcare is persistent. Teaching nurses and providing evidence as the solution to evidence-based healthcare is no longer axiomatic. Previous studies have concluded that unit level strategies integrate multi-professional teams with organizational needs and priorities. This 'best fit' approach that characterizes how healthcare is structured and delivered. The published literature shows that increased readiness for change is aligned with integrated approaches informed by conceptual models. The Joanna Briggs Collaboration is the largest global collaboration to integrate evidence within a theory informed model that brings together academic centres, hospitals and health systems for evidence synthesis, transfer and implementation. The best approaches to implementation are tailored to local culture and context, benchmark against international evidence, combine a theory informed model and stakeholder perspectives to improve the structure and processes of health care policy and practice.

VCR is a back-up roll with a special contour which leads to the length of the contact line between back-up roll and work becones self adjustable in accordance with the width of the strip. The simulation of a finite element model and the on-line test at production mill demonstrate that the VCR roll may keep the crown of the roll gap relatively stable, and at same time, permit the rolling pressure to be adjusted over a wider range, and increase the effect of work roll bending on the roll gap. The VCR rolls have been successfully used at the first stands of two largest cold rolling mills in China, and on-line test has been done at a wide hot strip finishing train. The use of VCR roll has created favorable conditions for subsequent rolling passes and the achievement of better flatness quality.
The purpose of this study was to examine the interest level of mothers in oral health. The subjects in this study were 184 mothers whose children attended daycare centers in the city of K. A survey was conducted from March 15 through April 30, 2007, and SPSS WIN 11.5 program was employed to analyze their answer sheets. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. A group of mothers whose children brushed their teeth three times a day on the average made up 55.7 percent of those who were at the age of 35 and under. Among the mothers having three or more children, those mothers accounted for 59.1 percent. The daily mean toothbrushing frequency of children was higher among the better-educated mothers. 2. Concerning dietary and oral guidance, the mothers whose academic background was better curbed their children's excessive sugar intake more often, and the gap between them and the others was statistically significant(pE.05). As to the importance of oral health by the number of child and academic credential, those who had two children(36.0%) taught them the importance of oral health frequently(pE.01), and the better-educated mothers taught about it often(pE.05). The gap between the groups and the others was significant. 3. As for experience of visiting dental institutions, the working mothers visited dental institutions more often than the stay-at-home mothers, and the gap between them was statistically significant(pE.05). Regarding purpose of the visit, the largest group aimed to get treatment(64.6%), followed by having a dental checkup(14.6%) and receiving preventive treatment(13.5%). As to any inconveniences in using dental institutions, those who were working and who were in the upper income bracket found it more inconvenient to do that because of a long distance or time constraints. The gap between them and the others was significant. 4. In regard to concern for dental care, the mothers who were better educated(pE.001) and whose family income was 3 million won or more had their teeth scaled more often, and the gap between them and the others was statistically significant(pE.01). The rate of the regular visitors of dental institutions stood at 32.7 percent of the junior-college graduates, 31.0 percent of the mothers receiving college or higher education and 10.1 percent of the high-school graduates(pE.01). And those who earned larger income paid a visit to dental institutions more often and on a regular basis. The gap between them and the others was statistically significant(pE.05).

Cubic CdS thin film with the strongest XRD peak (111) at diffraction angle $(\theta)$ of 26.5 was well made at substrate temperature of $150^{\circ}C$. At that time, lattice constant a of the thin film was $5.79{\AA}$, grain size of that was more over ${\mu}m$ and it's resistivity was over $10^3{\Omega}cm$. And the peak of diffraction intensityat miller index (111) of CdS:In thin film with dopant In of 1 atom% was shown higher about 20 % than undoped CdS thin film. Also, CdS:In thin film had in part hexagonal structure among cubic structure as secondary phase. Lattice constant of a and grain size of secondary phase of the film with dopant In of 1 atom% was $5.81{\AA}$ and around $1{\mu}m$ respectively The lowest resistivity of $5.1{\times}10^{-3}{\Omega}cm$ was appeared on dopant In of 1.5 atom%. Optical band gap of undoped CdS thin film was 2.43 eV and CdS:In thin film with dopant In of 0.5 atom% had the largest band gap 2.49 eV.
The purpose of this study was to make a pants pattern suitable for women 70 to 85 years of age, then analyze that- pattern's shape, size, appearance, fit, allowance and air gap. Participants made the pattern using 3D simulation program DC Suite version 5.1. The results suggest a design method suitable for the lower-body shapes of elderly women. In external appearance, the A-type earned the highest evaluation in all items except the allowance of the back waist and back hip. The L type earned the highest evaluation in the allowance of back waist and hips. The A-type's, back waist appeared set at an angle that did not match the body shape of an old-old aged woman in the center-back-line setting. Therefore, the pattern method of A-type combined with L-type's method of center back, produces an excellent pants pattern. Evaluation of the air gaps among patterns revealed that; the A-type showed the largest air gap in waist and hip circumference and the smallest air gap in thigh circumference. The waists, abdomen, and hip circumferences of older women often become larger while their legs become slimmer. This study accounted for those factors in determining a pattern suitable for the lower-body shape of old-old aged women. However, participants only analyzed four patterns and compared them with women 70 to 85, years of age. Therefore, it is necessary to develop industrial patterns applicable to a wide age group.
Statement of problem. Targis/Vectris restorations provide excellent esthetics. Marginal accuracy is significantly influenced by the preparation design. There were no studies to examine the effect of preparation design on the marginal discrepancy and fracture strength of Targis / Vectris crowns. Purpose. This study evaluated the marginal accuracy before and after cementation, and the fracture strength of FRC/Ceromer(Targis / Vectris) crowns according to different preparation design. Material and method. Three metal dies with different convergence angles($6^{\circ},\;10^{\circ},\;15^{\circ}$) were prepared. Total 30 (10 for each angle) Targis/Vectris crowns were made. The restorations were evaluated for adaptation of the margin before and after cementation, then were compressively loaded to failure. Fracture surfaces of the crowns were examined using a SEM. Results. The mean marginal gap was $49{\yen}m\;for6^{\circ},\;55{\S}>for\;10^{\circ}\;and\;70{\S}>for\;15^{\circ}$ and in clinically acceptable level. The mean marginal gap increased significantly after cementation. The increasing amount during cementation was the largest in the $6^{\circ}$ group. The crowns on 60 convergence angle had a significantly higher fracture strength than the crowns on $15^{\circ}$ angle. Mean fracture strength of total crowns regardless of convergence angle was 1390 N, which was higher than all-ceramic crowns. SEM observation showed two-mode fracture pattern. Conclusion. From the results of this study, all of the FRC/Ceromer crowns had clinically acceptable marginal accuracy and could withstand the bite force. Moreover, less convergent angle than all-ceramic crown might be recommended for preparation procedure.
The magnetic and optical properties of Ce-doped ZnO systems have been widely demonstrated, but the effects of different strains of Ce-doped ZnO systems remain unclear. To solve these problems, this study identified the effects of biaxial strain on the electronic structure, absorption spectrum, and magnetic properties of Ce-doped ZnO systems by using a generalized gradient approximation + U (GGA + U) method with plane wave pseudopotential. Under unstrained conditions, the formation energy decreased, the system became stable, and the doping process became easy with the increase in the distances between two Ce atoms. The band gap of the systems with different strains became narrower than that of undoped ZnO without strain, and the absorption spectra showed a red shift. The band gap narrowed, and the red shift became weak with the increase of compressive strain. By contrast, the band gap widened, and the red shift became significant with the increase of tensile strain. The red shift was significant when the tensile strain was 3%. The systems with -1%, 0%, and 1% strains were ferromagnetic. For the first time, the magnetic moment of the system with -1% strain was found to be the largest, and the system showed the greatest beneficial value for diluted magnetic semiconductors. The systems with -3%, -2%, 2%, and 3% strains were non-magnetic, and they had no value for diluted magnetic semiconductors. The ferromagnetism of the system with -1% strain was mainly caused by the hybrid coupling of Ce-4f, Ce-5d, and O-2p orbits. This finding was consistent with Zener's Ruderman-Kittel-Kasuya-Yosida theory. The results can serve as a reference for the design and preparation of new diluted magnetic semiconductors and optical functional materials.
