Prepare need in each branch for a large scale event. especially prepare for transportation problem is very important. most research for until at now parking prepare according city management however, parking prepare for large event is a necessity which it will parking characteristic. accordingly this research is conducted study for parking prepare subject of large event. this study result, vehicle demand for parking by stadium have many but vehicle demand for parking off stadium have few. accordingly large parking supply is ineffective. shuttle bus service in principal position of city is effective. study result showed that it included 85% parking at 6~7hour before large event start time. accordingly disposition time of parking manager is desirable 6~7hour before large event start time.

A large-scale bursting event has been analyzed in a turbulent channel flow using a data obtained from a direct numerical simulation (DNS). Large-scale, plume-like structures have been frequently observed in many experimental results, but the origin of those structures is far from being fully understood. It is believed that those large scale events occur occasionally but contribute significantly to the generation of Reynolds shear stress in the outer layer. This paper attempts to give detailed examples of those large-scale motions observed in a turbulent channel flow at relatively low Reynolds number.

본 연구는 대형 이벤트가 발생하였을 때 신속하고 정확한 교통정책을 수립할 수 있도록 대형 이벤트 대응형 통합교통분석 시스템을 개발하는 데 목적이 있다. 교통분석 시스템 사례조사를 기초로 통합교통분석 시스템의 요건을 정의하고 개발방향을 수립하였다. 데이터 웨어하우스 (data warehouse) 구축을 위해 신속하고 정확한 교통정책 수립이 요구되는 대형 이벤트를 선정하고 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 대형 이벤트 데이터와 교통 데이터를 통합하여 데이터 웨어하우스와 주제별 데이터 마트 (data mart)를 구축하였다. 이용자가 적시에 의사결정을 할 수 있도록 비즈니스 인텔리전스(business intelligence) 시스템 화면을 설계하고 개발하였다.

Formidable growth of Internet technologies has revealed challenging issues about its scale and performance evaluation. Modeling and simulation play a central role in the evaluation of the behavior and performance of the large-scale network systems. Large numbers of nodes affect simulation performance, simulation execution time and scalability in a weighty manner. Most of the existing simulators have numerous problems such as size, lack of system theoretic approach and complexity of modeled network. In this work, a scalable discrete-event modeling approach is described for studying networks' scalability and performance traits. Key fundamental attributes of Internet and its protocols are incorporated into a set of simulation models developed using the Discrete Event System Specification (DEVS) approach. Large-scale network models are simulated and evaluated to show the benefits of the developed network models and approaches.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to confirm whether stocks belonging to the distribution industry in Korea have reversals, following large daily stock price changes accompanied by large trading volumes. Research design, data, and methodology: We examined whether there were reversals after the event date when large-scale stock price changes appeared for the entire sample of distribution-related companies listed on the Korea Composite Stock Price Index from January 2004 to July 2022. In addition, we reviewed whether the reversals differed depending on abnormal trading volume on the event date. Using multiple regression analysis, we tested whether high trading volume had a significant effect on the cumulative rate of return after the event date. Results: Reversals were confirmed after the stock price shock in the Korean distribution industry and the return after the event date varied depending on the size of the trading volume on the event day. In addition, even after considering both company-specific and event-specific factors, the trading volume on the event day was found to have significant explanatory power on the cumulative rate of return after the event date. Conclusions: Reversals identified in this paper can be used as a useful tool for establishing a trading strategy.

넓은 지역에서의 종합감시시스템 구축은 인력을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있으며 자동화된 감시망을 구축하여 비감시 지역을 줄일 수 있는 특징이 있다. 본 논문에서는 넓은 지역에서 적용할 수 있는 지능형 종합감시시스템에서 입력되는 비디오의 특징을 위치와 용도별로 분석하여 적합한 비디오 감시 알고리즘을 선택할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 7가지 대표적인 상황으로서 침입, 물건 버림/없어짐, 배회, 혼잡도 측정 등이다.

It is a complex project to construct the standard system of sports events. Sports events standard system covers from the implementation plan to the evaluation work after the smooth implementation of sports events, involving many links. Large-scale sports events have extremely high media value. However, the successful organization and operation of large-scale sports events face many problems to be overcome, especially in terms of event safety. Although the organizers and organizers of large-scale events have invested many resources for the safe holding of sports events, violence similar to "football hooligans" in Europe is endless. At present, compared with Western countries, the standardization of sports events in China is low, and there is a problem of a late start and huge difference with Western developed countries. Knowing the construction of the standardization system's situation in China, we have summarized the data related to 15 sports events held in Chengdu is the last 5 years. By analyzing the problems in the process of holding these 15 events and the reflections of participants on the experience of sports events, the problems in the development of the standard system of sports events are discussed in depth. The final conclusion is that the system structure of China's sports events is not so good and athletes have a poor experience. China's sports event system still has many problems. Finally, we built a sports event standardization model using Internet of Things, and after a practical test we found that it has a good effect. Finally, we combined the current situation of sports event standardization system in China and put forward the following suggestions: laws and regulations related to the standard system of sports events must be formulated at the national level. The implementation level must strengthen the degree of integration of sports events and technology. To improve the quality of human resources in the management of sports events. The article puts forward targeted solutions, which play a great role in promoting the perfection and completeness of China's standard system for sports events. At the same time, it also promotes economic development and improves China's international status.

최근 지방자치단체에서 개최하는 각종 문화행사와 K-POP의 열풍으로 각종 공연행사가 수시로 개최되고 있는바 그로 인한 안전사고의 우려가 대두되고 있다. 지난 2005년 10월 3일, 상주 시민운동장에서 발생한 'MBC 가요콘서트 행사'와 2006년 3월 26일, 서울 롯데월드에서 발생한 '무료개방 행사'에서 대규모 안전사고가 발생하였다. 이 연구는 각종 공연장에서 발생한 안전사고의 공통적인 원인을 파악하고 그 사례를 수집하였으며, 각 행사장별 사고원인을 분석하여 이에 대한 문제점을 도출, 안전업무를 담당하는 민간경비업체의 개선방안을 모색하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구과정을 통한 '대규모 공연장의 안전관리 개선방안'은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 행사의 안전을 담당하는 민간경비업체의 영세성 보완을 위한 제도적 장치를 마련해야 한다. 둘째, 공연장 경비인력에 대한 교육훈련을 강화해야 한다. 셋째, 사전준비단계에서 안전조치를 위한 준비를 보다 철저히 해야 한다. 넷째, 질서유지대책을 강화해야 한다. 다섯째, 유관기관과 협조체계를 강화해야 한다. 여섯째, 철저한 우발상황대비책을 수립해야 한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of the VKOSPI index on short-term stock returns after a large-scale stock price shock of individual stocks of firms in the distribution industry in Korea. Research design, data, and methodology: This study investigates the effect of the change of the VKOSPI index or investor mood on abnormal returns after the event date from January 2004 to July 2022. The significance of the abnormal return, which is obtained by subtracting the rate of return estimated by the market model from the rate of actual return on each trading day after the event date, is determined based on T-test and multifactor regression analysis. Results: In Korea's distribution industry, the simultaneous occurrence of a bad investor mood and a large stock price decline, leads to stock price reversals. Conversely, the simultaneous occurrence of a good investor mood and a large-scale stock price rise leads to stock price drifts. We found that the VKOSPI index has strong explanatory power for these reversals and drifts even after considering both company-specific and event-specific factors. Conclusions: In Korea's distribution industry-related stock market, investors show an asymmetrical behavioral characteristic of overreacting to negative moods and underreacting to positive moods.

본 논문에서는 대규모 종합감시시스템 환경에서 비디오의 특징을 분석하여 비디오가 촬영되는 환경에 적합한 지능형 영상분석 알고리즘 선택 기준을 제안하였다. 대규모 종합감시시스템 환경의 예로 도시철도 감시시스템을 사용하였다. 본 시스템에 설치된 카메라에 입력되는 비디오의 특징을 위치와 용도 및 상황별로 분석하였다. 분석을 기반으로 하여 적합한 비디오 감시 알고리즘을 선택하는 기준을 제시하였으며 상황 처리 시나리오를 제시하였다.
