  • Initial attitude error is one of the large error sources in the navigation errors of SDINS. And it is important to decide the initial attitude of SDINS. The method, like a self-alignment or a transfer alignment method, is required to a precise INS. If we do not have a precise INS, we should get large attitude error. After performing the initial alignment, a vehicle has the initial attitude error. Therefore, it results in navigation error due to the initial attitude error. But, if we use position information during flight, we could estimate and compensate a vehicle attitude error. So, we can maintain a precise attitude in spite of existing the initial attitude error.   • There is a limitation for a ship which is sailing on sea to gather weather and seastate informations. To make up for this weakness , land organizations can gather wider variety of information and evaluate the seakeeping performance on ship. and supply this information to the ship. In this study, calculated the response amplitude of ship motions with the weather information provided in real time, the norminal speed loss with obtaining increased of resistance caused by wave and stochastic process of the seakeeping performance elements. And the results have been achieved to develop a system whichcan evaluate the synthetic seakeeping performance. Using this system , the results have been studied to determine the feasibility of using this simulation inactual operation onboard ship.

  • As the marine traffic thickens all over the world, the rate of marine casualities is on the increase, Also in Korea the number of the killed and the injured resulting from marine casualities such as ship's collision, increase continuously and the rate of marine casualities in 1992 came to the highest level in the world. The reason of rapid increasing the rte of marine casualities is the mistake of ship's steering in most case. By the way, because the administration of marine traffic is regarded as the belongs of land traffic, the scope of application in laws related to the safety of marine traffic is duplicated or unreasonable. In the view, in case of ship's collision, it is important to know the scope of application in Korean marine traffic laws and to point out the problems companies with them. Therefore, I suggest the improvement of marine traffic laws related to the safety of traffic administration.

  • 육상 건축물에서의 인적피난 해석과 달리 선박과 같은 해상구조물에서의 인적피난 해석을 위해서는 선박의 6자유운동에 대한 고려가 반영되어야만 한다. 또한 시뮬레이션 툴 역시 해상용은 육상용과 구분되어야 함에도 불구하고 국내의 일부에서는 육상용 시뮬레이션 툴로 선박의 피난성을 평가하는 사례가 적지 않다. 본 연구에서는 선박용 시뮬레이션으로 특화된 시뮬레이션 툴을 이용하여 ${\cdots}$(중략)${\cdots}$. 시나리오별 피난성을 비교해 보면 초기반응시간과 피난개시 시간이 큰 영향을 미치고 있음을 ${\cdots}$(중략)${\cdots}$.

  • The relationship between Tang and Silla was closer than other countries and districts of North-east Asia. At Tang Dynasty, Dispatching the formal envoy between them had 160times by record in the hitory chronicle(which has 104 times before the middle 8th. Ad century , then 56times). The traffic between Tand and Silla based on seaway, because the relationships of GaoLi, Silla and Baiji fell foul of each other at 625 AD, GalLi had blocked the land way from Silla to Tand. The marine trade , development in political association bwtween Tand and Silla, was occupied by personal marine trade gradually which accompanied with the Tang empire.

  • Presently, cycle-slip detection is done between adjacent two points in many cycle-slip methods. Inherently, it is simple wavelet analysis. A new idea is put forward that the number of difference point can adjust by a parameter factor; we study this method to smooth raw data and detect cycle-slip with wavelet analysis. Taking CHAMP satellite data for example, we get some significant conclusions. It is showed that it is valid to detect cycle-slip in GPS phase measurement based on this wavelet function, and it is helpful to improve the precision of GPS data pre-processing and positioning.

  • The bus as a feeder trip should supply equality service to the whole community. But in spite of the change of latent demand to the bus by the variety of regional structural change, the existing bus route can not supply effective feeder service. For cope with the latent demand to the bus, this study establish a concept that frame of the bus operation and management. This study tackled to evidence this fact by analyzing the bus transport problems in terms of the urban growth, and following issues were discussed: 1) the strategy for improvement of bus operation, 2) the land use control which is appropriate for the public transport network, 3) the economical range to justify the bus operation, 4) the allowance for the private transport mode. On the second part of this study, the difference on the bus operation was compared to determine the range within which the bus operation can be justified. This would provide the direction to improve the management for bus operation and fundamental information to develop the bus operation system.

  • This paper describes about the realization of a remote RF sensor system and its applications. RF Sensor System was designed and realized on DSP over the range of high frequency such as about 200[KHz]. It should be "wireless", "implantable" and "batteryless". Futhermore, the system should be consist of passive components such as R, Land C. The measurement was given using the inductive coupling principle between primary source part and secondary sensor part. This newly developed parameter estimation system can be easily applied to the Ambient Intelligent System including the ubiquitous computing and the sensitive environmental changes.

연안 여객 수송 서비스의 실태와 경영 개선 방향 (A Study on the Reality of Coastal Passenger Ship Transportation Service and Some Proposals for Improving Its Management)

  • The routes of coastal passenger ships are important in the light of both economic and social view point. Islands around the Korean peninsular can be actually dominated by linking them with land by the ships. The service quality of the route is not high enough to satisfy habitants in the islands. The income of the service-users is increasing so that they expect better service in terms of ship's speed and cabin. The reality is not, however, good to motivate ship-owners to replace aged ships with new and large ones. The situation is caused by low passenger-fare and inefficient management. Therefore the fare should be raised and the fare system should be innovated. And the number of passenger ship companies should be reduced from 42 to 20 by merger and acquisition.
