  • Social (pragmatic) communication disorder (SCD) is a new diagnosis included under communication disorders in the neurodevelopmental disorders section of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-5. SCD is defined as a primary deficit in the social use of nonverbal and verbal communication. SCD has very much in common with pragmatic language impairment, which is characterized by difficulties in understanding and using language in context and following the social rules of language, despite relative strengths in word knowledge and grammar. SCD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) are similar in that they both involve deficits in social communication skills, however individuals with SCD do not demonstrate restricted interests, repetitive behaviors, insistence on sameness, or sensory abnormalities. It is essential to rule out a diagnosis of ASD by verifying the lack of these additional symptoms, current or past. The criteria for SCD are qualitatively different from those of ASD and are not equivalent to those of mild ASD. It is clinically important that SCD should be differentiated from high-functioning ASD (such as Asperger syndrome) and nonverbal learning disabilities. The ultimate goals are the refinement of the conceptualization, development and validation of assessment tools and interventions, and obtaining a comprehensive understanding of the shared and unique etiologic factors for SCD in relation to those of other neurodevelopmental disorders.

There are people who do not enjoy the rich benefits of this information and communication society, and the so-called 'digital divide' acts as an obstacle that prevents the information and communication from enjoying a rich life. Currently, there are four major information underprivileged classes in Korea, the disabled, the elderly, low-income class and farmers and fishermen, respectively. The purpose of this study is to identify the current status of the digital divide for the low-income class and to analyze the causes of the digital divide. To this end, in this study, we analyze statistics on digital divide at the national level and analyzed the digital divide of low-income class from three perspectives: information access, information capability, and information use. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the lack of information capability was the biggest cause of the digital divide, and in particular, information management ability was the most insufficient among information capabilities.

  • This study investigates and analyzes various marketing models that can overcome the economic challenges and resource scarcity faced by solo entrepreneurs. Previous research primarily focused on the integrated marketing communication (IMC) model, resulting in a lack of comprehensive discussion. In this study, we emphasized the IT content marketing communication model, considering a holistic analysis and the changing roles over time. As a result, we were able to propose a new strategic approach by integrating the ICM community model into a convergent value chain, improving the IMC model and promoting brand growth and online presence enhancement. This has laid the foundation for effectively increasing brand awareness and provided specific guidelines to support the sustained growth of solo entrepreneurship.

  • The education system is the communication field should be based on the characteristics of communication science and the function of manpower. However, the current education system at the level of college is insufficient and irrational to meet the requirements of the telecommunication field in our country. The main reasons are as follows: 1. Misunderstanding the characteristics of communication science. 2. Indiscretion of the categories of communication manpower due to lack of coordination between academic circles and communication industrial field. Telecommunication function could be performed only by combining the engineering and the suitable operational control. The communication engineering is similar to the electronic engineering, but the former should follow the miscellaneous international protocol and the domestic regulations, being only a means for the telecommunication function. In order to improve the education system of communiation, we aim to identify the principle of communication science, orthodoxy of the education, the categories of communication industrial field and manpower. The present system has been formed on the basis of ignoring the attributes of manpower and historical background of communication science. Therefore, this paper proposes to set up new departmental organizations for educating communication manpower as the following: In addition, this paper proposes a new curriculum model of the above twodept, and we believe that it well turn out more scientific, effective and reasonable education for the communication science. 1. An immediately practicable proposal model instead of the existin Dept.. which is composed of the first two Dept. of the above five Dept. • Objectives: Children with disabilities may exhibit a multitude of symptoms, and treatment requires a multidisciplinary approach for a satisfactory outcome. Lack of awareness among physicians, lack of referral, and lack of inter-sectoral coordination have hindered paediatric practice in Tamil Nadu, a state in India with a striking childhood disability rate that warrants a timely interdisciplinary approach. However, the perspectives of paediatricians on paediatric physiotherapy are unknown. The aim of the study was to investigate the perspectives of practicing paediatric physicians in Chennai on the role of physiotherapy in paediatrics. Methods: For an in-depth exploration, qualitative semi-structured interviews were conducted in person with 10 paediatricians. Audio from the sessions was recorded and transcribed, and data saturation was achieved through iterative analysis. Results: A grounded theory analysis of the results yielded 5 domains under which the perspectives and expectations of the physicians were described, along with the barriers experienced by patients' parents as explained by their paediatrician. The responses highlighted deficits in awareness, structural support, accessibility and direct communication between physicians and physiotherapists. Conclusions: Paediatric physicians have different opinions, and some ignorance persists concerning paediatric physiotherapy. This study warrants a proper structure of the paediatric rehabilitation unit and regular interdisciplinary meetings and focus group discussions to increase access for parents and improve patient outcomes.

  • With the competitive pressure and the development of information and communication technology, many organizations have introduced various kinds of enterprise-wide systems like enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems as strategic tools for the purpose of improving organizational performance. Despite their promised strategic benefits, however, their implementation has suffered from a high failure rate and difficulty in realizing the anticipated benefits. Previous studies have indicated that one of the most critical failure reasons is the lack of knowledge sharing and utilization across organizations. As a consequence, many information systems (IS) researchers have paid attention to examining the effect of absorptive capacity closely associated with knowledge sharing and transferring on IS usage performance. ERP systems implementation involves changes not only in systems but also in processes and other social dimensions, which can be related to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) requiring appropriate communications and interactions among organizational members. A lack of communications and interactions due to a lack of OCB might lead to weak absorptive capacity and thus negatively influence knowledge sharing across organizations, because OCB facilitates a successful collaboration among functional units and positively impacts individual's attitude toward radical organizational change. With this motivation, this study has two research objectives. First, it introduces and tests a theoretical model accounting for the relationships among performance of ERP system usage, absorptive capacity, and OCB. Second, it examines a mediating role of absorptive capacity between OCB and performance of EPR system usage. Theoretical and practical implications of the study ware discussed, along with its limitations.

Methods: The data collection period was from November 2, 2022 to November 6, 2022. This study had 316 subjects, and the collected data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach's α coefficient using IBM SPSS statistics 27.0. Results: The reliability was .924. The exploratory factor analysis yielded the following information: the first factor was lack of violence policy, the second factor was conflict between the organization and the paramedics, the third factor was lack of psychological support, and the fourth factor was lack of education and communication. The explanation power of 4 factors was 54.31%. Conclusion: This study is significant as it performs exploratory factor analysis as a preliminary step in the development of a burden measurement tool.
