Development of an Intergrated Data-Acquisition System for Stand-Alone Photovoltaic System (태양광발전용 컴퓨터기반의 데이터 취득 시스템의 개발)

  • 태양광발전 시스템을 설치하여 동작상태의 데이터를 하고, 시스템을 분석하기 위한 목적의 데이터 취득 장치가 널리 이용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 기반의 데이터취득시스템(Computer-Based Data Acquisition System)의 개발에 대해 서술하고 있다. 제안된 시스템은 시스템이 설치될 곳의 환경요소(일사량, 온도 등) 및 전기적 출력 요소를 측정하기 위한 센서들로 구성하였으며, 측정된 데이터를 컨디셔닝 (Conditioning)과 변환 과정을 거친 후 데이터 취득카드를 통해 컴퓨터에 인터페이스(Interrace)시켰다. 태양광 발전 시스템의 동작상태를 실시간으로 모니터링하고, 취득된 데이터를 저장 및 분석하기 위한 목적으로 본 논문에서는 랩뷰-소프트웨어(Labview-Software)를 적용시킨 모니터링 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 모니터링 시스템은 그래픽화된 데이터-프로세싱 알고리즘을 사용하여, 상대적으로 짧은 기간 내에 시스템을 구현할 수 있고 시스템의 측정요소가 설치초기에 예상한 것보다 많아지거나 시스템이 용량이 증대되는 경우에도 그 적용성이 용이한 장점이 있다. 제안된 본데이터 취득 시스템을 독립형 태양광 설비에 적용하여 동작상태를 실시간으로 관찰하였고 동작특성을 분석 및 평가하였다.

고진공펌프의 상태진단 시스템

  • 본 논문은 현재 제품화 단계로 진행 중인 터보 분자펌프(turbo-molecular pump, TMP)와 극저온 펌프(cryopump)의 고장 방지 및 예지 보수를 위한 상태 진단 시스템에 대하여 소개를 한다. 본 상태 진단 시스템은 고진공 펌프들의 다중 상태변수 즉 흡/배기부의 진공 압력, 부위별 온도, 소비 전류(혹은 전력), 그리고 부위별 진동 신호들을 실시간으로 측정하는 상태변수 수집장치, 수집된 시계열 상태변수들이 저장된 database, 그리고 저장된 상태변수를 이용한 고진공펌프의 상태진단 프로그램으로 구성되어 있다. 금번 연구에서 구축한 상태변수 체계의 특징 중 하나는 진동신호를 상태변수로 측정하여 이를 상태진단에 활용하는 점이 기존의 접근방법과 상이한 점이다. 실시간 신호 수집장치는 NI사 PXI 시스템 기반의 16채널 24-bit 동시 전압신호 측정 모듈, 8부위의 온도 측정장치(Lakeshore 218S, RS-232C 통신), 그리고 펌프의 소비전류/전력 측정장치(Hioki 3169, RS-232C), 그리고 고진공 펌프의 흡입 및 배기구의 진공도 측정장치로 구성하였다. 신호 수집용 프로그램은 NI사 Labview를 이용하여 작성하였다. 본 장치는 Nano-Fab 센터의 협조 하에 turbo-molecular 펌프와 cryopump측정 단에 각각 1대를 설치 완료하였으며 현재까지 운용 중이다. PC에 저장된 시계열 상태변수 database는 기 개발된 적응형 인자모델을 이용한 매개변수로 변환되며, 상태진단은 변환된 매개변수를 이용하여 수행할 예정이다.

  • The vehicle driving simulator expects vehicle motion with real-time simulation arise from driver's steering, accelerating, stopping and simulates motion of vehicl with visula, audio and washout algorithm. And it gives a vivid feeling to driver in reality. Vehicle driving simulator with vehicle integration control system is used for analysis of analysis of vehicle controllaility, steering capacity and safety in various pseudo environment alike. basides, it analyzeds vehicle safety factor dirver's reaction and promotes traffic safety without driver's own risks. The main proceduress of development of the vehicle driving simulator are classified by 3 parts. first the motion base system which can be generated by the motion queues, should be developed. Secondly, real-time vehicle software which can afford the vehicle dynamics, might be constructed. The third procedure is the integration of vehicle driing simulator which can be interconnected between visual systems with motion base. In this study, we are to study of the motion base for a vehicle driving simulator design and that of its real time control and using an extra gyro sensor and accelerometers to find a position and an orientatiion of the moving platform except for calculating forward kinematics. To drive the motion base, we use National Instruments corp's Labview software. Furthemore, we use analysis module for the vehicle motionand the washout algorithm module to consummate driving simulator, which can be driven by human in reality, so we are doing experimentally process about various vehicle motion conditon.

Novel Gain Control Scheme for VLC systems (VLC 시스템의 새로운 이득 제어)

  • In this paper, a transceiver of VLC (Visible Light Communication) using LED white lighting has been implemented. We analyzed differences between conventional wireless communication and VLC with high-speed data transmission in a variety of environments, and confirmed symbols which passed through a channel using QAM. In order to get a high data rate, we found some variables that should be considered essentially though experiments. In addition, we set a bandwidth and found an optimal gain according to the distance between transmitter and receiver. We analyzed proposed system model through Labview and finally showed a system performance. The performance showed a 2Mbps QAM data rate in real visible light indoor channels.

  • Uroflowmetry is a non-invasive and easily performed method to diagnose the benign prostate hypertrophy(BPH) which is frequently found in the aged men. There are some manufactures to provide a diagnosis tool for the benign prostate hypertrophy. Conventional products, however, render only the result of parameters related with prostate hypertrophy, not additional information such as the uroflowmetry variation and related personal information. In this paper, we developed an effective system for feature extraction of prostate hypertrophy as well as online program for wireless networked database management which can be used under ubiquitous environments and Labview based Window program.

Design of Force Control System for a Hydraulic Road Simulator using QFT (QFT 를 이용한 유압 로드 시뮬레이터에 관한 힘 제어계 설계)

  • This paper presents the road simulator control technology for reproducing the road input signal to implement the real road data. The simulator consists of the hydraulic pump, servo valve, hydraulic actuator and its control equipment. The QFT is utilized to control the simulator effectively. The control system illustrates a tracking performance of the closed-loop controller with low order transfer function G(s) and pre-filter F(s) for a parametric uncertain model. A force controller is designed to communicate the control signal between simulator and digital controller. The efficacy of the QFT force controller is verified through the numerical simulation, in which combined dynamics and actuation of the hydraulic servo system are tested. The simulation results show that the proposed control technique works well under uncertain hydraulic plant system. The conventional software (Labview) is used to make up for the real controller in the real-time basis, and the experimental works show that the proposed algorithm works well for a single road simulator.

  • This research is contents about output characteristic of optic current sensor that use faraday effect. optic current sensor used in an experiment is consisted of three parts.(1) Source of light used laser diode of 1310[nm].(2) Sensor section manufactured circularly according to gas insulated switchgear. And $9/125[{\mu}m]$ standard single mode optical fiber for communication was installed winding 20 [turn] on sensor section core surroundings of diameter 31 [cm].(3) Electrical signal of PD(Photo detector) is collected using NI company's 16bit DAQ board via terminal block. Collected data analyzed by different three signal processing methods. NI company's $Labview^{TM}$ was used to signal processing software. As a result, In signal processing of optic current sensor, we could know that noise greatly more influences the error generation than fluctuation of light intensity. also, 1 class CT(current transformer) manufacture that have error rate less than 1[%] was available by removing these

  • A guard lamp system has been installed at the PV positive center, located at Gwangju in Korea. Digital environment that is represented to internet is displacing business way of industry and business achievement way with the fast speed being giving great change on life whole, improve existence business process utilizing internet and Web connection technology, information superhighway to tradition industrialist manufacture and e-transformation's propulsion that wish to maximize productivity and administration efficiency is spread vigorously. In this paper, we wish to accomplish generation equipment's heighten stability and believability through remote monitoring and control of guard lamp system. This paper describes the design of the monitoring system for the sensing data and indirect controlling of the guard lamp system. Most of the conventional monitoring systems depend on the special hardware and software. The essential design of monitoring system is to provide the convenience for the user and the portability for the system. In order for the system to fulfill its requirements, it was designed using Labview GUI facility based on the Windows 2000 environment of IBM PC compatible and Add-oncard based on the TCP/IP protocol. Advantage of the monitoring system are a personnel expenses curtailment effect, of the place restriction and unmanned system of the generationplants, etc..
