Shipping related services is attracting attention as a UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) application with the recent economy has been generally accepted drones. UAV of the existing military-driven logistics delivery, aerial photography, wireless Internet connection, broadcasting, disaster research, digital maps, transportation, advertising, meteorological, border surveillance, agricultural use, such as hobbies range of uses from up military are diverse and growing. The advantage of delivery drones seems to be an important feature of delivery of the goods, including labor-saving, long-distance transportation in cold weather. UAV is demanded by competitive performance development for commercialization. Privacy issues that may arise during the drone operation, ensuring marketability issues, control system, regulations, operational standards and specifications, etc. should be addressed. Development direction of Korea UAV based in current technology, regulation, and growth potential presented by deriving from the idea of 'GIF 2016 Gang-won Hackathon.

Rapid urban growth is characterized in most developing countries. Overurbanization, in this paper, which means rural-urban migration continues to exceed rates of urban job creation, thus leading to a less than optimal allocation of labor between the rural and urban sectors. In consequence of over-urbanization third world cities are suffering unemployment, underemployment and misemployment. Rural-urban migration, a few years ago, was viewed favorably with regards to the economic development, but recent developing countries are experiencing the opposite. Rural-urban expected income differential can act to exacerbate the urban unemployment situation even though urban employment might expand as a direct result of governement policy. Agricultural investment, especially land saving technology - irrigation, drainage, etc. - and rural industrialization seems to be the best policy to reduce overurbanization.

Recently batch type cold rolling processes have been replaced by continuous annealing type processes for cold rolled sheets of mild steel and high strength steel in order to obtain higher productivity, labor saving. In the continuous annealing line, it is very important to maintain the target steel strip temperature at the exit side of each furnace. The automation system of continuous annealing line is based on a hierachical composition. This paper shows how to preset the set value of furnace temperature control for the heating section in a continuous annealing line. Saying in other words, this paper presents the development of an adaptive control approach to control the exit strip temperature in the continuous annealing line. There are three parts in this approach; one is a process modelling and another is recursive parameter estimation and the other is a design of temperature controller.

The development and improvement of the originally designed direct rice sowing machine were carried out for the specific purpose of saving labor and increasing the efficiency of field operations in rice cultivation in the northern part of Japan. the prototype super wide spreader has a unique mechanism which propels rice seeds by compressed air and spreads them from the pivoting nozzle while the machine is in motion. The effective field capacity of sowing operation is about 6 ha/h. This spreader can also handle granular chemicals such as fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides and insecticides.

본 연구는 다목적댐 기본계획 입안에 있어서 노력과 시간을 가장 많이 소비하는 $\ulcorner$사업으로부터의 산출량 산정$\lrcorner$의 합리화를 연구대상으로 삼았다. 봉 논문에서 제안한 전산 program에 의하여 충주댐 최적계획 입안의 합리화를 이룩할 수 있었다. 본 방버은 충주댐과 유사한 타사업의 산출량산정에도 적용 가능하다.

For advanced construction safety, it is able to valanced control that are 'Enforcement', 'Engineering', 'Education'. It is central to an existing builders, that system problem about safety management is converted to a substantial and sensible system. Also, participates who are a governments, builders, designers, architects, supervisors with reference to construction project are developed labor saving technique for total system that is included planing, drawing, building, maintaining. And, it is to develop a program what is able to participate in an industry, a school, and an institute with governments that is for training professional for construction safety technique.

This paper analyzes how levels of logistics standardization are related to logistics costs. The study surveyed ratios of standard pallet use in order to measure levels of firms' standardization in logistics management. Research focused on how firms' logistics costs were related to their levels of logistics standardization and ratios of standard pallet use. After measuring use of standard pallets and logistics costs, optimal levels of logistics standardization were estimated based on survey data. Logistics costs and standardization were more related to labor than to freight volume or export. Results indicated that firms could reduce logistics costs by raising levels of logistics standardization; optimal levels of standard pallet use out of Korean firms' total manufacturing cargo volume were estimated at 44.26% for multi-standard pallets and 57.99% for a single standard pallet (a unit load system). The study demonstrated that adopting a single standard pallet results in better cost saving logistics systems than use of multi-standard pallet types. These results may explain why firms pursue standardization in logistics systems.

In order to cope with improvement of labor cost and cargo volume, Korean ports, especially Busan port, are in need of many new facilities. Of course, current facilities should be fully used, and at the same time it needs to make every effort to maximize its productivity as well as cost saving. To this end, this study has decided to focus on automatic yard operation suitable to the domestic container terminal environments, making a survey of many advanced container terminals, trying to find out their common factors, and finally suggesting several alternatives based on the combination of these factors. Also, this study has suggested the present value of initial investment and operating cost by alternative, and at the same time presented the relationship between cargo handling volume and cost/revenue of the optimal alternative, so that it may be of help in decision making.

This study was performed to figure out an optimum water environment and to obtain the fundamental data related with saving labor and water consumption for the chinese cabbage being grown in greenhouse . The productivity of cabbage cultivated in boty pots and floor were compared to each other in the aspects of height and weight depending on the soil saturation levels. Obtained results are as follows. ; In case of pot cultivation , the height as well as weight of cabbage in 80% soil saturation level(P80) were measured to be larger than those in the other 2 soil saturation leves (P100 and P60). The weight of floor cultivated cabbages were relatively larger than that of pot cultivated ones. In accordance with saturation ration, the general trend of water consumption rate was maximum in P80 and was decreased in the order of P80 , P100 and P60. And the average indoor temperature as well as the plant growth rate were found to be closely related with water consumption rate.

The weight saving that results from the substitution of aluminum alloy for steel may be used to provide reduced energy consumption and labor cost due to simplified manufacturing process and improved vehicle performance. Because of these advantages, foreign advanced rolling stock manufacturing companies have been using aluminum alloy for bodyshell manufacturing. In this research, the comparison between FE analysis and actual load test results is performed for aluminum extrusion bodyshell, which is manufactured by Rotem Company. And the results show that the aluminum carbody structure satisfies the strength and stiffness requirements. Commercial FE analysis code and specially designed test equipment are utilized for the structural analysis and the static load test of bodyshell respectively.
