  • Bogie(The Launch vehicle transporter) is the special land transportation vehicle for the LV (Launch vehicle) which is used for not only the transportation-means of LV from LVAB(Launch Vehicle Assembly Building) to LP(Launch Pad) but also one of principal tools for launch operation sequence. Due to the multi-role of Bogie, The technical requirements of bogie are very complicated. Especially launch operation has performed with not only bogie but also many ground support equipments. So, it is impossible to establish technical requirements of bogie without whole understanding of launch operation. This paper was made for arranging whole launch operation sequence and technical requirements of bogie based on the this sequence.

  • This paper is about the results in Qualification Management activity performed between the Autonomous Test(AT) season(August. 2008) of Launch Complex and the 2nd flight test season(June. 10, 2010) of KSLV-I. All cryogenic fluids(LOX, $LN_2$) and compressed gases(Air, $GN_2$, GHe) were qualified by qualification management activity during AT(Autonmous Test), QT(Qualification Test) season for LP(Launch Pad) and LVAB(Launch Vehicle Assembly Building) and FT(Flight Test) season of KLSV-I. As the results, total 428 times of check analysis and 111 times of full analysis were performed.

  • The various ground support equipments are necessary for KSLV-II ground operation at the assembly building located in Naro Space Center. Among the various ground support equipments, the launch vehicle connection unit and high pressure flexible hose are important elements, because they are used for connection between the ground compressed gas supply system and the launch vehicle. In this paper, the development progress of the launch vehicle connection unit and high pressure flexible hose are introduced.
