정밀여과법 하수재이용 공정에서 오존의 전처리 효과에 관한 연구 (Effect of Ozonation in Microfiltration Membrane for Wastewater Reuse)

  • The Ozone oxidation process was applied to increase the efficiency of reuse process when treating the secondary effluent by the membrane system. This paper focus on decreasing efficiency of membrane fouling, because of membrane fouling reduction by ozone and evaluation of application of the ozone oxidation. The feed water was secondary effluent from BNR process. The result shows that the ozone pretreatment can reduce membrane fouling effectively. Also, the improvement of treated water quality was obvious. The reduction of the membrane fouling led decrease of following pollutant and increase of lnner adsorptive ability of hydrophilic organic matter and decrease of molecular weight. MF membrane process alone can meet the domestic reuse water standards. And ozone pretreatment process also can increase the removal rates of turbidity, COD, nitrogen, and color.

  • We report on white light emission from a light emitting diode(LED) prepared by blending a red emitting copolymer, m-SiPh PPV-co-MEH PPV, and a blue emitting polyvinylcarbazole (PVK). White light emission was realized when the weight ratio of the m-SiPh PPV-co-MEH PPV : PVK equals to 1 : 30, in which the commission Internationale de L'Eclairage coordinates were x=0.3266 and y=0.3438.

  • As in our $20^{th}$ century, the dramatic advance of the science and medical technologies has led the advance of living standards. Even though the elderly people are increasing, the underwear for elderly women is not so various. As getting older, women's body shape is changing. But the most of underwear in the market are designed for the twenties whose body shape and proportion is generally stable. Besides, as the color and material of underwear are designed for young women, the elderly women have a poor choice of the underwear. The results of this study are listed in the following: (a) analyzing the current status of the underwear market for elderly women (b) searching what elderly take inconvenience in underwear, and (c) wearing test for search what elderly take inconvenience in brassier.

  • High-performance GaN-based light emitting diodes (LEDs) with high efficiency and excellent reliability have been of technological importance forapplications in full color display, automotive lighting, and solid state lighting. To realize high-performance and excellent-reliability LEDs, various technologies such as surface texturing, transparent conducting oxide, surface Plasmon, highly p-conduction layer, current blocking layer, photon-enhanced layer, and nanostructures have been extensively investigated. Among them, advanced core technologies based on how to suppress surface leakage and current crowding, how to enhance current injection efficiency and output power, and how to resist electrostatic damage will be displayed and discussed using our reported and preliminary results. New approaches like integrated LEDs will be also introduced and discussed.

  • Currently, most of TIDS(Train Information Display System) is operated colored-LED type equipment in Korea. This current TIDS equipment has not graceful display and causes passengers' fatigues, high operating and maintenance costs, and et al. To address these several, we are developed new colored-LCD type TIDS equipment. According to our developed new TIDS equipment, we can achieve high resolution and graceful color stone of information display.

휴대 전자파 탐지기 (A Portable Electromagnetic Wave Detector)

  • This paper presents a miniaturized electromagnetic wave detector. The dimension is reduced down to $31{\times}18{\times}13.5mm^3$ by using common OP-AMPs for amplification and oscillation. The strength from wave radiators is indicated by a color LED; green, orange and red colors mean the low, the middle and the high level, respectively. An alarm bell rings as the wave strength becomes above high level. The detector uses 3V battery. The detector could be used for a cellular phone decoration, a necklace pendant and a key holder.

  • We have succeeded in designing a PHUND (portable head up navigation display), which has a compact system with a MD panel and full color display device using RGB LED sources. The PHUND has been developed as an alternative to conventional built-in type HUD system targeting the high volume aftermarket with an affordable price.

  • Since P-ELD(powders type electroluminescent device) phenomena were found by G.Destriau at first In 1936, lots of studying was performed in order to realize surface emission devices and flat panel display as a backlight. Due to the problem of low luminance and color and so on, it was delayed. Recently using electric field and thermal effect which can change it\`s molecular arrangement, it can be developed using photoelectric properties of P-ELD. P-ELD in this study was prepared by casting method. Basic structure is ITO/Phosphor/insulator/Al sheet, each layer was mixed by binder, which concentration 11p(poise) for phosphor, 8p(poise) fort insulator. Dielectric properties was investigated first and emission properties of P-ELD based on ZnS:Mn,Cu/ZnS:Cu,Br mixture. P-ELD prepared in this work exhibits about 100cd/㎡ 1-kHz simusoidal excitation.

  • 컴퓨터 보조의 3차원 수술지원시스템(CAS. Computer Assisted Surgery)의 3차원 위치검출을 위한 광학식 추적자(Optical Tracker)에서 수술도구에 장착되는 적외선 LED의 좌우 영상을 CCD 카메라로 획득하는 데 있어서 기존의 2개의 프레임그래버를 이용하는 방법을 개선하여 하나의 그래버로 획득하는 방법을 개발하였다 좌우의 영상은 칼라 프레임그래버의 색차신호로 부가되며 이에 관련된 하드웨어 및 검출 알고리즘을 개발하였다 결과적으로 본 연구에서 개발된 방법은 비용이 절감되며 좌우영상의 추출이 빠른 것이 장점이다
