Recently, with the growing use of e-learning, instructors develop new online courses using a variety of contents and then store the results on their computers. These contents should be updated with new information as time goes on, and a new content also can be produced by reusing these ones. However, a lot of time will be needed for instructors to search, edit, and manage various contents stored from place to place on their computers. Currently, the development of the e-learning content management tool. which performs efficiently these functions on the PC environment, leaves much to be desired. Therefore, in this paper, we proposed an e-learning content creation and management system which can manage efficiently a variety of contents stored from different locations on an instructor's computer and can develop easily new online courses. The proposed system can be used widely to develop contents for instructors based on the PC environment. For performance evaluation, this paper compared the proposed system with the previous system according to the retrieval time of content keyword, and the experiment showed that our system is much better than the previous one.

In this paper we developed e-Leaning system based on open source software. We selected the Moodle that after compared the open source learning management systems. Moodle is LAMP(Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) based course management system (CMS), a software package designed to help educators create quality online courses. One of the main advantages of Moodle over other systems is a strong grounding in social constructionist pedagogy. Also we integrated Moodle and legacy systems such as streaming service, webhard service, and short message service. The system operated during one semester at college using blended learning model. We had obtained showed that the students had almost all scored quite highly as preferred learning environment through COLLES(Constructivist On-Line Learning Environment Survey) and ATTLS(Attitudes to Thinking and Learning Survey). Therefore this research showed that open source based e-Loaming system is stable and possible.

The modern culture has changing its type, characteristic and genre by the times. And the modern culture has providing good resources to reader that he/she can see the times. Recently, the modern culture has changed the providing method for reader. That is, the attempt is to provide the various and many literary works to reader as the digital devices or the types of content. In this paper, we propose e-learning system based on a modern literary work's ontology. And we provide this system to reader for supporting easy and diverse process to reader. The modern literary work's contents in this system is processed by SCORM, and we construct LMS and LCMS. In order to evaluate this system, we construct the test group by 80 people, and we show the efficiency of this system process with modern literary work by the test.

We introduce an AFES(Adaptive Fuzzy Evaluation System) that applies an evaluation system used to existing LCMS(Learning Contents Management System) to a fuzzy reasoning rule. The AFES confers a course level on the learner through a fuzzy diagnostic evaluation before the learner enters a learning course. After the learner completes a learning course through the tailored learning path that is suitable for the learner's level, the AFES confers a final grade on the learner by means of fuzzy final evaluation. The biggest characteristic of the AFES is a grade rule of the final grade. Although different learners get the same number of correct answers to the same number of Questions, AFES flexibly confers the different final grade on the learner by means of the number of 125's fuzzy reasoning rules.
