도시경관에 대한 주민의식 변화 연구 - 전라남도 영암군을 대상으로 - (A Study on Changes in Residents' Consciousness on Urban Landscape - Focused on Yeongam-gun in Jeollanam-do -)

  • In this study, we investigated and analyzed changes about the landscape consciousness of Yeongam-gun residents, in chronological order. As a result, the landscape consciousness of 10 years ago and the present has not changed significantly. Also, the residents' consciousness of the Yeongam-gun landscape image has not changed from 10 years ago, and we recognize that it is necessary to preserve and form the natural landscape. As for the problem of urban landscape, the needs of residents for the development of urban infrastructure facilities and the development of tourist spots are higher than 10 years ago, and the problem of each landscape element is found as the formation and management of a road environment. It was found that the degree of satisfaction with the Yeongam landscape is generally below average, compared to 10 years ago. Residents' willingness to participate in landscape projects has changed as the number of respondents who do not want to participate has increased compared to 10 years ago, and the project method must be promoted by residents / administration / experts as one. The awareness is judged as administrative agencies need to change from the role of regulation-oriented in the past to the role of resident support and cooperation.

  • Land development policy in Korea, characterized by its supply-oriented policy, has driven rapid economic development. However, it has a negative impact on the natural environment across the country. Especially, as the introduction of quashi-farmland system with the deregulation of agricultural land development in the late 1990s, numerous unfavorable landscape features such as road, motels and apartment have emerged in the rural area. As those interfered irreversible rural landscapes have been expanded, the demand for well preserved rural landscapes have been increased. The objectives of this study, thus, is to suggest the mitigations between the land development and conservation of natural landscape. As such, this study examines the recognition of current rural landscape management status through 118 students with two groups of landscape architecture majored (50 people) and non-landscape majored (68). Both group express the negative impression of current rural landscape management system in general and they pointed out the major landscape problems are caused from inappropriate land use. However, in detail those two groups respond differently, for example, the first group selected the damaged landscape is the second cause of the landscape problem, while the other group selected the poorly maintained settlements. Based on the analysis of the survey, this study suggests 3 recommendations in order to improve the sustainable rural landscape as establishing the proper rural land use planning system, building local governments' capacity to actively participate in the rural landscape management, and preparing the landscape management plans considering area distinctive characteristics.

An Interpretation of Archetypal Form of Byungyoung Castle in Ulsan City

  • The purpose of this study ins to verify the characteristic location of Byungyoung Castle, physical type, inside spatial organization, and the scheme of Byungyoung Castle. The study utilizes historic literature, ancient maps related to Byungyoung Castle, topographical and cadastral maps which were published under the rule of Japanese Imperialism Castle, topographical and cadastral maps which were published under the rule of Japanese Imperialism and the topographical maps which were made recently by National Geographic Institute with various scales. The methodology of the study is to interpret the contents from the historic literature on the site map. The result of the study is as follows; Byungyoung Castle does duty as a defensive base for the entire country and has a specific character of location that has the dual function of a mountain fortress for national defense and of a village fortress for the town. Byungyoung Castle has four gates on four sides and has a oval shape very close to a circular form. The road construction inside the castle is composed basically of a cross shape. Byungyoung is located in the northwest area of this major road system. The private houses that lie along the north-south road are build up at the core area of the lower level and the town market built up around the south gate becomes the heart of life for the people. Schematically, it has the same pattern as regular village fortress, in that the houses for the guests and the houses for the public office are arranged to the east and the west. It is considered that there is certain functional parallel between Byungyoug Castle and Ulsan castle because there are no facilities for sacrificial rites no institutional budding.

로드킬 발생 영향요인 분석 - 설악산 국립공원 44번 국도를 대상으로 - (Analysis of Influential Factors of Roadkill Occurrence - A Case Study of Seorak National Park -)

  • 본 연구는 설악산 국립공원 내 44번 국도를 대상으로 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하여 로드킬이 발생한 지역의 공간적 특성을 분석하고, 분석 결과의 적합도 및 예측도를 평가하여 로드킬 발생 근본 원인을 파악하고자 하였다. 2008년부터 2013년까지 구축된 81개의 로드킬 데이터를 종속변수로 설정하고, 선행연구 및 현장조사를 통해 도출한 경사, 향, 식생, 백두대간 등의 자연환경 요인과 펜스 옹벽 등의 인공시설물, 경작지, 주거지역 등의 토지이용 변수를 독립 변수로 설정하고, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하여 회귀식을 추정하였다. 식생 영급, 하천으로부터의 거리, 펜스 옹벽 등의 설치구간, 주거지역 건물 등의 시설로부터의 거리가 로드킬에 영향을 미치는 변수로 선택되었다. 회귀모형에 포함된 모든 변수들은 유의수준(p<0.01)을 충족하였다. 회귀모형에서 로드킬 발생에 가장 큰 영향력을 보인 변수는 펜스 옹벽 등의 설치구간(회귀계수: -1.0135)으로 나타났으며, 가장 낮은 영향력을 보인 변수는 식생 영급(회귀계수: 0.0001)으로 나타났다. 즉, 펜스 옹벽 등의 설치 구간에서는 로드킬이 일어날 확률이 낮으며, 주거지역 건물 등의 시설로부터의 거리가 가까울수록, 하천으로부터의 거리가 가까울수록, 식생 영급이 커질수록 로드킬 발생이 높아질 수 있다. 추정된 로지스틱 회귀모형 결과로부터 로드킬이 일어날 것이라고 옳게 예측한 확률은 74.1%, 로드킬이 일어나지 않을 것이라고 옳게 예측한 확률은 70.4%로 나타났다. 전체적으로는 옳게 분류한 확률은 72.2%로 비교적 높은 비율을 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 로드킬 저감을 위한 계획 및 정책 수립, 방지시설 설치 계획 등의 공간의사 결정에 객관적 근거로 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

공간구문론과 ERAM모델을 활용한 대학 캠퍼스 내 '소로' 특성 분석 (Analyzing the Characteristics of Side Roads on Campus Using Space Syntax and ERAM Model)

  • Side roads on campus areone of the important factors affecting campus landscape and quality. So far, side roads have appeared irregularly and have been main causes for disrupting the campus landscape. The purpose of this study was to investigate side roads in three university campuses using Space Syntax and ERAM model and to find some typical characteristics of the campus in three universities: Kyungpook National University, Yeungnam University, and Keimyung University. Kyungpook National University and Yeungnam University had 68 and 64 places respectively showing a high frequency of side roads, while Keimyung University had only 13 side roads, a much lower frequency. Side roads, surveyed on site, appeared to be concentrated in some regions, and side roads were analyzed to have different frequencies and location depending on their specific function and characteristics, though roads have similar sizes and areas.

비오톱유형에 의한 농촌생태마을의 경관생태학적 특성분석 -환경부지정 생태마을 중 전남 일부 지역을 대상으로- (Analyzing Landscape Ecological Characteristics of Biotope Types in Rural Eco-Villages - Focusing on Eco-Villages of Chonnam Region Designated by Ministry of Environment -)

  • The research aim is to classify biotope types of rural eco-villages designed by ministry of environment and analyze landscape ecological characteristics of them. This information would provide information on eco-villages' potential and specific needs to improve landscape ecological structure of eco-villages. Two eco-villages, designated by ministry of environment, in Yoocheon-ri and Sanduk-ri were selected and the landscape ecological metrics used in this study were Area, Shannon diversity index, Shape index, Distance index. The results are as follows. 1) There were five biotope types in large-scale classification, 13 biotope types m Sanduk-ri and 9 biotope types in Yoocheon-ri in middle-scale classification, 31 biotope types in Sanduk-ri and 24 biotope types in Yoocheon-ri in small-scale classification. 2) In the case of area, artificial biotope types, such as artificial forest, agricultural irrigation canal, wet paddy, dry paddy and residential area, covered more than 80% of total area. However, natural biotope types, such as natural forest, river, reservoir, covered just more than 10% of total area. In details, an orchard (26.69%) was the dominant biotope type, followed by artificial forest (19.10%) in Sanduk-ri and the first most abundant biotope type was artificial forest (49.71%), followed by wet paddy (15.95%) in Yoocheon-ri. 3) The result of Shannon diversity index indicated that Sanduk-ri (2.158) had more heterogeneity landscape, rather than Yoocheon-ri (2.051). 4) In the case of shape index, road (13.09) had more complex and irregular shape than either agricultural irrigation canal (3.35) or artificial forest (2.46) in Sanduk-ri. Road (6.52) was also the most irregular biotope shape, followed by river (5.70) and agricultural irrigation canal (4.78) in Yoocheon-ri. 5) Mean Nearest-neighbour Distance (MND) was smallest in wet paddy and dry paddy biotope types in the two study area, suggesting that these biotope types were concentrated within these study areas. From the result, this research suggested information to protect and improve biotopes of eco-villages in the landscape ecological terms. To achieve this improvement plan, there should be strong support by ministry of environment and local governments.

민통선.비무장지대(DMZ)일대의 식생에 관한 연구 - 동해 북부선 지역을 중심으로 - (Study of Vegetation of Civilian Control Line.DMZ Area - Focusing on the Donghae Bukbu Line -)

  • In this study, wetlands and forest vegetation surrounding rail, road of DMZ area and Civilian Control Line were studied as follows: Plant communities hierarchical system of forest vegetation classified according to the results of phytosociological methods of Braun-Blanquet (1964) as; Quercus mongolica community, Quercus mongolica-Quercus variabilis community and Quercus acutissima -Quercus mongolica community. Wetland vegetation major communities; Scirpus wichurae community, Scirpus fluviatilis community, Juncus effusus var. decipiens community, Typha orientalis community, Typha angustata community, Juncus alatus community, Miscanthus sacchariflorus community, Phragmites communis-Miscanthus sacchariflorus community, Hragmites communis community, Phragmites communis-Alnus japonica community, Alnus japonica community, Phragmites japonica community, Salix koreensis community, Prunus padus community, Alnus japonica community, Zizania latifolia community and Amorpha fruticosa community were surveyed. Coastal sand dune vegetation in a DMZ area and the Civilian Control Line was mainly characterized by; Carex pumila, Elymus mollis, Carex kobomugi, Rosa rugosa, Calystegia soldanella, Lathyrus japonica and Aster hispidus, species that are of typically sand dune vegetation.

오대산국립공원의 야생동물 로드킬 특성 (A Study on the Characteristics of Road-kills in the Odaesan National Park)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 오대산국립공원 내 도로를 대상으로 2003년에서 2007년까지 로드킬 현황을 조사하고 종별 발생특성, 월별 발생분포, 토지이용 현황별 로드킬 특성을 분석하여, 로드킬 저감을 위한 기초자료를 제시하는 것이었다. 로드킬은 총 427건이 발생하였으며, 대부분 소형포유류인 것으로 나타났다. 포유류와 파충류에서는 다람쥐와 누룩뱀, 조류는 노랑턱멧새의 발생빈도가 높았다. 포유류와 파충류는 여름철과 가을철, 조류는 봄부터 여름사이의 발생빈도가 높게 나타났으며, 로드킬은 야생통물의 활통시기 및 번식시기 그리고 차량 이통량 증가와 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 야생동물 로드킬 빈도는 도로변 토지이용형태에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 도로 양측이 밭인 경우에 가장 높았다.

  • 우리나라에서 도로(道路)의 녹화(綠化) 및 조경(造景)에 관(関)한 새로운 기술(技術)의 개발(開発) 및 발전(発展)을 위한 주요한 기초과제중(基礎課題中)의 하나는 현재(現在)까지 시행(施行)되고 있는 이 분야(分野)의 기술현황(技術現況)을 조사분석(調査分析)하여 현재(現在)의 기술수준(技術水準)을 평가(評価)하고, 이러한 자료(資料)와 선진국(先進国)의 기술(技術)을 종합(綜合)하여 우리나라의 실정(実情)에 적용(適用)할 수 있는 도로녹화조경기술기준(道路綠化造景技術基準)을 설정(設定)함에 있다고 본다. 도록녹화조경기술(道路綠化造景技術)은 도로(道路)의 녹화(綠化) 및 경관(景観)의 조성(造成)과 도로환경(道路環境)의 수복보전(修復保全)을 통하여 도로기능(道路機能)을 향상(向上)하기위하여 도로용지내(道路用地內)에 식물(植物) (녹색환경(綠色環境))을 도입(導入)하는 녹화(綠化) 및 조경기술(造景技術)로서 최근(最近)에 와서는 도로(道路)의 녹화조경면(綠化造景面)에서 뿐만 아니라 국민(国民)의 생활환경보전면(生活環境保全面)에서도 그 중요성(重要性)이 강조(强調)되고 있다. 1. 도로녹화조경(道路綠化造景)의 기본기술(基本技術)은 도로건설예정지내(道路建設豫定地內)에 있는 기존 유용자연식생(有用自然植生)을 최대한(最大限) 보존활용(保存活用)함은 물론 도로건설시(道路建設時) 또는 건설후(建設後)에 각종(各種) 조경식물(造景植物)을 식재육성(植栽育成)하는 것이므로, 이러한 도로식재(道路植栽)는 조속히 도로환경(道路環境)을 녹화(綠化)하고 보다 아름다운 도로경관(道路景観)을 조성(造成)하여 쾌적(快適)한 도로(道路)가 되도록 계획(計劃) 설계(設計) 시공(施工) 관리(管理)해야 될 것이다. 2. 도로녹화조경(道路綠化造景)의 기본대상(基本対象)은 도로녹화(道路綠化), 보도식재(步道植栽) 및 식수대(植樹帶) 환경시설대(環境施設帶) 및 꽃동산, 가로수등(街路樹等)의 식재(植栽) 및 조성(造成)과 도로(道路)비탈면의 안정녹화조경(安定綠化造景)이며 그밖에 중앙분리대(中央分離帶) 및 교통도(交通島), "인터체인지" 및 휴게시설등(休憩施設等)도 필수요소(必須要素)가 된다. 3. 도로녹화조경기술개발(道路綠化造景技術開発)의 기본방향(基本方向)은 도로교통(道路交通)의 안전(安全)과 쾌적성(快適性)을 높이고 연도(沿道)의 자연환경(自然環境)의 보전(保全) 및 생활환경(生活環境)의 녹화개선(綠化改善)에 기여하여 종합적(綜合的)인 도로기능(道路機能)을 발휘(発揮)할 수 있도록 설정(設定)해야 될 것이다. 4. 도로녹화조경(道路綠化造景)의 기본기능(基本機能)은 개개(個個) 수목(樹木)의 식재(植栽)로서 복수녹(複数綠)의 효용(効用)을 구성(構成)함에 있으며, 이러한 기본기능(基本機能)은 경관조성기능(景観造成機能)(경관조절기능(景観調整機能) 및 경관연출기능(景観演出機能)), 환경보전기능(環境保全機能)((재해방지기능(災害防止機能) 및 환경조화기능(環境調和機能)), 그리고 교통안전기능(交通安全機能) (유도기능(誘導機能), 사고방지기능(事故防止機能) 및 휴게조성기능(休憩助成機能)으로 대별(大別)하여 분석평가(分析評価)하는 제도(制度)가 수립(樹立)되어야 할 것이다. 5. 도로(道路)비탈면의 녹화조경시(綠化造景時)에는 특(特)히 교통안전성(交通安全性)의 확보(確保), 생활환경(生活環境)의 보전(保全), 경관(景観)의 조화(調和)와 창조(創造), 조경식물(造景植物)의 선택(選択) 및 생육기반(生育基盤)의 안정시(安定等)에 관(関)한 세부적인 조사(調査)가 선행(先行)되어야 한다. 6. 도로식재시공(道路植栽施工)에 있어서는 기본공정관리계획(基本工程管理計劃), 즉 품질관리(品質管理), 공정관리(工程管理), 안전관리(安全管理)에 관(関)한 사항(事項)은 물론 적기적수(適期適樹) 및 적지적수(適地適樹)가 되도록 해야 된다. 7. 녹화수(綠化樹)의 식재(植栽)(특(特)히 가로수(街路樹))에 있어서는 지주설치(支柱設置)의 재료(材料) 및 형식(型式), 시공(施工) 및 관리기술(管理技術)에 관(関)한 시험연구(試驗硏究)가 시급히 요망(要望)된다. 8. 도로녹화조경관리기술(道路綠化造景管理技術)의 기본방향(基本方向)은 풍부한 푸른경관(景観)과 쾌적(快適)한 도로환경(道路環境)을 지속적으로 확보(確保) 유지(維持) 향상(向上)할수 있도록 설정(設定)해야 될것이며, 이를 위해서는 수목(樹木)의 전정(剪定) 및 정자(整姿), 병충해(病虫害)의 방제(防除), 식재지(植栽地) 및 식재수(植栽樹)의 유지관리(維持管理)등에 대해서 정규적인 점검을 실시하여 필요(必要)한 조치를 제때에 취할수 있도록 하는 점검관리제(占検管理制)를 채택(採択)해야 될 것이다.

대도시 경관인지 및 이미지 특성에 관한 연구 -대구시를 중심으로- (A Study on the Characteristics of Landscape cognition and Image in Deagu City)

  • The purpose of this study is to focus on the townscape of Daegu based on the urban characteristics of the landscape cognition and images captured by citizens. The analysis was performed by the data obtained from questionnaires and interviews. This study methods were deals the cognition characteristics, landmark landscape, visual preference landscape, image and satisfaction. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The orders of cognition landscapes were estimated Apple> Weather> Texture> Mt.Palgong> Daegu Tower> Pretty Girl> Mt. Apsan> Dalsung Park> Conservative> Dongsung Road, etc. That is constructed Nonphysical elements(62.0%) and Physical elements(38.0%) 2. The orders of representative landscape(Landmark) in city were estimated Mt.Palgong> Daegu Tower> Gat Rock> Mt.Apsan> Dalsung Park, etc. As a whole middle and old people(over 30gen) preferenced as a history landscape or natural landscape, but youth people(10-20gen) preferenced as visible and interesting artifical places. 3. While the positive attitudes for the image of city were traditional(3.30), intimacy(3.58), and rest(2.90), the negative attitudes were unnewly(2.34), closing(2.37) and narrow(2.40). Also total satisfaction for that was estimated 5.51. 4. Psychological factors, related to the satisfaction of the image of city were composed of four factors, individuality character, pleasure character, amenity character, formation character. And the presumption formula of satisfaction was: Satisfaction = 5.477 + 0.752(Individuality) + 0.470(Pleasure) + 0.413(Amenity) + 0.241(Formation).
