Effects of Life Skill of Elementary Students through the Training of "Kumdo" (초등학생의 검도수련에 따른 라이프스킬의 특성)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the changes of life skills of elementary school students who practice kumdo. For this, 579 elementary school students were studied, and exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted. After that, we conceptualized the life skills of elementary school students who practice kumdo. Based on these results, one-way MANOVA was conducted to analyze the difference in life skills perceived by elementary school students according to sex and career. The results are as follows. First, the elementary school students' life skill developed through the kumdo training showed four factors: personality, social skills, problem solving skills, and health care. Second, there was no gender difference of life skill according to the kumdo training, and there were differences in social skill and health care depending on the experience of kumdo training. In addition, life skill factors influencing daily life satisfaction of elementary school students practicing kumdo were social skills, problem solving skills, and character.

A Study on the Effects of Convergence-type CRM on Relationship Quality and Customer Royalty in Kumdo Club (검도장 융복합형 고객관계가 관계품질과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was designed to shed light on the influence of CRM strategies on relationship quality and customer loyalty in Convergence-type Kumdo training clubs. The survey tool used for this research are questionnaires. The lead-time was achieved over a period of 23 days from 7 July 2014 to July 30th. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis using SPSS 20.0 program. The findings acquired based on the aforementioned research methods and data analysis are as follows: First, CRM strategies had significant influences on satisfaction. Second, CRM strategies had significant influences on some of belief. Third, CRM strategies had not significant influences on commitment. Fourth, satisfaction and belief had significant influences on attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty. Fifth, Convergence-type CRM strategies had significant influences on attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty.

A Study about The Motivational Theory-Based Types of Security Guard's Martial Art Training on Job Performance (경호원의 무도수련이 직무수행에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증분석)

  • This study aims to find out what affects on performance of private security service guards' duty regarding the security service martial arts. To achieve its goal, object of this study was set as private security service guards of private security service enterprise. Here are some conclusions that have been found. First of all, it was revealed that Hapgido, Judo, Taekwondo, kumdo and fencing are in order of the martial arts that help security service the most. Second, the relation of the ability to perform private security service guards' duty between the security service martial art of security guards and the types of them appeared that ones who had been trained were found to be more affirmative than ones who had not, and showed a significant difference. On the other hand, there was no significant difference found on the type of performance of private security service guards' duty. However, ones with a longer career seemed to be more affirmative on the side of work quality and duty, and it also showed a significant difference statistically. complishment relation between the security service martial art of security guards and the types of them appeared that ones who had been trained were found to be more affirmative than ones who had not, and showed a significant difference. Seventh, the relation of mental and the types of them appeared that ones who had been trained were found to be more affirmative than ones who had not, and showed a significant difference. On the other hand, there was no significant difference found on the type of performance of private security service guards' duty.
