본 연구에서는 이병성(李丙星, 1909-1960)의 '창사급정재철'(呈才及唱詞綴)에 수록된 11종의 정재를 기준으로 성경린(成慶麟, 1911-2008) 무보(舞譜)의 음악 관련 기록들을 비교 검토하였다. 이 기록들은 비록 이병성과 성경린 개인의 것이지만, 일제강점기 이왕직아악부 아악생 무동의 학습 자료로서 혹은 교재로서 무동 양성에 크게 일조했을 것이라고 생각된다. 두 무보에 수록된 <처용무(處容舞)>, <향령무(響鈴舞)>, <무고(舞鼓)>, <보상무(寶相舞)>, <춘앵전(春鶯?)>, <가인전목단(佳人剪牧丹)>, <수연장(壽延長)>, <만수무(萬壽舞)>, <봉래의(鳳來儀)>, <장생보연지무(長生寶宴之舞)>, <무산향(舞山香)> 등 11종의 정재는 당악정재와 향악정재로 구분된다. 당악정재인 <수연장>, <봉래의>, <장생보연지무>의 죽간자 등장에 '장춘불로지곡(長春不老之曲)'이라는 아명(雅名)의 '보허자령(步虛子令)'이 사용되었다. 중무(中舞)와 무용수를 인도하는 음악은 '풍경지곡(豊慶之曲)'이 사용되었다. 향악정재에는 춤이 전개될 때의 음악으로 '함녕지곡(咸寧之曲)', 끝날 때는 '풍운경회지곡(風雲慶會之曲)'이 사용되었다. 이왕직아악부 정재 반주음악은 '삼현영산회상(靈山會上)'의 속곡(屬曲)인 상령산 중령산 세령산 가락덜이 삼현환입 염불환입 타령 등에 다양한 아명을 붙여 사용한 특징이 발견되었다. 특히 "정재무도홀기"에 제시된 '향당교주(鄕唐交奏)'는 '삼현영상회상'의 여러 속곡임을 알 수 있었다. 정재 반주음악의 빈곤에 대한 다각적인 연구의 필요성이 제기된다. 이상의 두 노트는 <학연화대합설무>의 보유자인 이흥구(李興九, 1940년생)의 개인소장 자료이다. 이병성과 성경린의 노트를 비교 분석하여 그 내용을 상세히 소개하는데 의의를 두었다. 일제강점기 정재음악에 대한 이해에 일조할 수 있기를 기대한다.

This study investigated and analyzed Sadanggut for General Namyi, Agisee Gutdang in Haengdang-dong, Dodanggut in Bonghwa Mountainto examine the type and characteristics of official hats for shaman's costumes based on Seoul village gutas a spiritualistic shaman revealing the divinity of music for gutthrough singing, dancing, divine material and official hats. Commonly worn official hats were Goggal(conical hats), Jeonlip(soldier's felt hats), and Heuklip(black hats) for Seoul village gut as the object of thisstudy. Each official hat had a close relationship with subjects for divinity and musical meaning for gut. Julip(Red hats), Jokduri(bride's headpiece), helmets, Iksubgwan(King's official hat), and Daesu(Queen's a big wig with various hairpins) were also worn. Official hats worn for Seoul village gutwere understood to symbolize divinity and raise authority and dignity to the public through aggressive appearance, exaggeration and splendor. Concretely, official hats at Seoul village gut first had roles to materialize the divinity of each music of gut. Second, recognized as a part of performance or traditional culture in present day, aggressive official hats were favored to supply splendid attraction and maximize scenes of divined heroic epic poem in gut. Third, for Seoul village gut, colors and silhouettes of modern traditional costumes were reflected pursuing partial change and focused on exaggeration and splendor to express the mirth and festival of gutwhile maintaining traditional costumes.

K-pop stars are an important influence in the era of digital culture based on emotions. The purpose of this study is to visually express the identity and worldview of their music in the virtual and real world, and to promote Korea's current and past culture. The study also intends to appeal to the emotions of the global fans by designing original textile in their music video 'IDOL' on Tiny TAN - a symbol of world pop star BTS. For design development, traditional Korean images shown in the 'IDOL' video were collected, patterns for each member were selected, and a motif was designed on Adobe Illustrator. We selected the dragon as the motif for V, cloud for Suga, chrysanthemums for Jin, mask for Jung Kook, hanok pavilion for RM, fan for Jimin, and Sam Taegeuk for J-Hope. The selected motifs were designed as per the four textile design arrangement methods: square pattern, 1/2 half drop pattern, turn-around pattern, and panel pattern. The design was presented by mapping Kwaeja to Tiny TAN character. The developed textile design can be used not only for character costumes in virtual space, but also for various products such as clothes, accessories, bedding, cosmetics, stationery, and food. By using it to produce goods inspired by K-pop stars, it can be used as basic data for the development of high value-added competitive products in the global market and create synergy effects of K-Design, which would lead a new trend in the design world.

The results from the consideration of this are as follows. 1. Various kindes of entertainments were beganed by common peoples of old china. 2. Ok-jin Gong's hunchback dance is considered to be a strange dance in Korea. However, there have been no reports of the effects of music and dance therapy as a pain treatment. The aim of this article is to argue that watching and listening to the hunchback dance of Ok-jin Gong may have significant effects as a form of pain treatment. The creator of this style of dance suspected that dance in general can be an outlet for our inner emotions. Her dance in this case has received critical and complimentary reviews as well. However she has been cited as the main culprit behind the destruction of traditional dance forms in the Korean dance world. Nonetheless, her bewitching stage presence attracted much attention. She satirized the feelings of the under privileged' through music and dance. We tend to feel somehow relative poverty and small in the presence of a rich and successful man. On the other hand, the artist felt that it is the public who would be relatively comforted and satisfied in the presence of the weak and handicapped. A free spirit that makes us forget pain is the very essence of her dancing. Her dance and music sound as if she sublimated her sadness and ugliness, changing it to happiness and beauty. She puts herself in a low position and spreads a sense of freedom and relief to the world. Hence, the author felt that innumerable people have been comforted in these ways by her dance.

주파수 분포벡터를 이용한 분류방법을 국악기 분류 및 인식에 적용하였으며 분류에 사용되는 주파수 분포 벡터 중에서 리듬성분을 수치화한 평균피크값을 제안하였다. 대부분의 주파수 처리함수들은 주파수값의 평균, 통계적특성에 기반을 두고 있으며 국악기자동분류를 위해 신호의 평균, 분산, 영교차율, 균형주파수, 평균 피크값을 이용하여 실험하였다. 국악의 장르 구분을 위한 선행 연구로서 음악신호를 함수처리하고 k-최근접이웃 분류알고리즘을 적용하여 분류하였다. 기존의 주파수 분포벡터를 이용하여 발표되었던 서양음악의 분류 성공률 87%보다 향상된 94.44%의 성공률을 나타냈다.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Korean traditional dance movement training on balance, gait and leg strength in elderly women who are forced to remain at home. Fifteen elderly women of an experimental group between the ages 65 and 75 years who have normal vision and passed the hearing and Romberg test, participated in the 12 weeks' dance movement training. Fourteen subjects of a control group were selected. Korean traditional dance movement training was developed on the basis of Korean traditional dance and music by the authors. It took approximately 50 minutes to perform the dance movement program. The subjects of the experimental group practiced dance training for 3 times a week during 12 weeks. During the 50 minutes workout, the subjects practiced 15 minutes of a warm-up dance, 25 minutes of a conditioning dance, and 10 minutes of a cool-down dance. The intensity for the conditioning phase was between 60% and 65% of age-adjusted maximum heart rates. The balance, gait and leg strength were measured prior to and after the experimental treatment. Total balance scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Scores of sternal nudge, one leg standing balance and reaching up among 13 items have significantly increased after the dance movement training. Total scores of gait of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group following the korean traditional dance movement training. Scores of experimental group in step height, path deviation and turning while walking among 9 items have increased significantly following 12 weeks of dance movement training. The leg strength of experimental group was significantly higher than those of the control group following the Korean traditional dance movement training. The balance, gait and leg strength have significantly correlated in the experimental group following the Korean traditional dance movement training. The results suggest that Korean traditional dance movement training can improve balance, gait and leg strength in home bound elderly women.

미국인인 J.L.Boots(1894-1983)는 한국에 선교사로 파견되어 1940년에 서양인으로는 처음으로 한국의 음악과 악기를 세계에 영어로 소개하였다. 당시 급속하게 밀려오는 서양 음악의 소용돌이 속에 한국 전통음악의 중요성과 전승의 필요성을 알리고자 부츠는 이 논문이 서술했으며, 아직까지도 이 논문이 한국음악계에 소개된 적이 없어, 필자는 영어로 된 자료를 번역하고, 분석하여 외부자인 서양인의 시각에서 쓰여진 한국의 음악과 악기에 대하여 살펴보았다. 이 논문은 서양인인 부츠의 한국음악에 대한 관점과 현 한국음악계의 시각을 비교하여 관찰한 논문이다.

There is difference between European Cuisine and Korean Cuisine in various ways. In order to advance Korean Food into European Market, we should understand well European food-culture and food-custom. There are several process for push into the European Market. First, we inform European like that Korea traditional food (repast tool, the interior of Korean restaurant, traditional music, food-sequence, service method etc.). Second, we can introduce them ' Korean Fusion Food ' and that Korean Cuisine is ' Health foods '. For globalization of Korean Cuisine, we must understand exactly European market situation and know well the field law and tax system for business. Next, we establish the prior plan to supply with Korean food material till faraway region.

사물놀이/풍물굿은 해외 한인들에게는 민족정체성의 상징이다. 한인사회의 각종 행사에서 사물놀이/풍물굿은 한국문화의 대표적 디아스포라 음악으로 자리매김한다. 한편으로 해외에서 사물놀이/풍물굿은 한국인뿐만 외국인도 즐기는 글로벌음악으로 성장했다. 해외에서 결성된 각종 음악공동체를 통해 사물놀이/풍물굿은 '전통과 변형', '정통성과 혼종성'의 담론을 통해 문화변용과 문화적응의 문화이주 현상을 극명하게 보여준다. 이 글에서는 캐나다 토론토에서 활동하는 풍물패 '비춰주네'의 문화적·음악적 정체성을 통해 풍물굿의 문화이주 현상을 밝혔다. 이 글에서 논의하는 캐나다 토론토의 풍물패 '비춰주네'는 외국인 상쇠에 의해 조직된 단체이다. 외국인들에게 풍물굿은 월드뮤직의 한 갈래로서 쉽게 배울 수 있는 음악이다. 그렇기에 월드뮤직에 관심 있는 외국인들에게 풍물굿은 접근이 어렵지 않다. 현재 이 단체는 외국인과 한인이 함께 어우러지는 개방적 '음악공동체'를 지향한다. 그러면서도 풍물굿의 전통성과 정통성을 유지하려는 노력을 경주한다. 각종 교재와 인터넷 시청각자료를 활용하여 가락의 정통성을 유지하면서 변형과 혼종성이라는 문화변용이 작용하지 않는다. 오히려 한인뿐만 아니라 외국인이 함께 참가하면서 한국음악의 세계화를 촉진시킨다. 풍물패 '비춰주네'의 공연 사례를 통해 캐나다에서의 풍물굿의 문화적응을 살펴보았다. 진보적 주류사회에서 주최하는 공연과 보수적 한인사회에서 주최하는 공연의 대비를 통해 풍물굿에 대한 인식을 살펴보았다. 진보적 외국인 감상층은 풍물굿의 민중적 본성을 이해한다. 보수적 한인 감상층은 풍물굿의 전통적 본질을 받아들이지만, '소란'한 음악적 · 음향적 요인은 받아들이기가 쉽지 않다. 결국 풍물굿의 긍정적/부정적 수용은 외국인/한인이라는 민족적 요인보다는 진보적/보수적이라는 사상적 성향이 중요하게 작동한다.
