  • In software engineering, requirement analysis is an important task throughout the process and takes up a high proportion. However, factors that fail to analyze requirements include communication failure, different understanding of the meaning of requirements, and failure to perform requirements normally. To solve this problem, we derived actors and behaviors using morpheme analysis and BERT algorithms in the Korean requirement document and constructed them as ontologies. A chatbot system with ontology data is constructed to derive a final system event list through Q&A with users. The chatbot system generates the derived system event list as a requirement diagram and a requirement specification and provides it to the user. Through the above system, diagrams and specifications with a level of coverage complied with Korean requirement documents were created.

  • It has been widely accepted that Korean -i/ka, known as the nominative marker, can give rise to exhaustivity effect. However, it has been rarely discussed and still remains unclear how and why the particle can convey exhaustivity. The purpose of this paper is to shed light on this issue, based on Kim's (2014) analysis of the function of -i/ka. The main claim is that the exhaustivity expressed by -i/ka is a pragmatic effect derived from the interaction of the function of -i/ka, namely, unique specification, and the existence of alternatives to the denotation of an -i/ka-marked phrase in discourse context. Thus, the nature of the exhaustive implicature induced by -i/ka is not conventional but conversational.

  • A TCS(Train Control System) is the core facility to ensure the safety and efficiency of train operations, it is difficult to have interoperability between the TCS suppliers. To ensure the interoperability between TCSs, there is a need for definition, validation and standardization on the system configuration, the functions of subsystems, the interface between subsystems an the system protocol. In this paper, we analyzed the completeness of the KRTCS(Korean Radio based Train Control System) specification, derived supplements what you need to apply the KRTCS specification to new urban lines.

  • In the Public Notice No. 2019-15 of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the safety net and regulations on them have been deleted. The performance criterion of the debris net, which also functions as a horizontal safety net in the regulations on the criteria of occupational safety and health, is unclear. When installing a debris net that also functions as a horizontal safety net, a net that meets the performance criteria of KS F 8082 must be installed in accordance with KOSHA C-31-2017. The Korean Standard Specification for Construction Works, which specifies debris net and horizontal safety net, should be revised as soon as possible.

  • In order to develop a high speed train, various conditions have been considered. Internal noise level of cabins is an important one. In this study, The specification of the interior noise level for KHST(Korean High Speed Train) has been adopted the same level of KTX-spec. In this paper, the interior noise levels of KHST are measured and analysed through the speed and other conditions. According to the speed, the level of internal noise(driver's room(PC2), motorized trailer(TM1) and trailer car(TT2)) is compared. The results of measuring data show that the interior noise levels of KHST are good. And noise levels of this paper are useful in the decision of noise specification.

  • The standardization urban transit project has been started by government and the Korean standard electrical railcar has been designed. The bodyshell of standard railcar is made of aluminium alloy. In the present paper, the design of its bodyshell is evaluated in the viewpoint of strength analysis. The loading condition is based on the 'Test Methods of Static Load for Body Structure of Electrical Multiple Unit', standard specification. The bodyshell of Korean standard EMU consist of longitudinal extrusion members which are double-skin structure type. The result in this paper is enough to satisfy strength requirement which is provided by standard specification. The comparison between actual experiment and analysis result will be presented in the next paper.

  • Recently, OSC (off-site construction) construction has been revitalized as a response to the decline in building quality and productivity due to lack of skilled manpower at construction sites, and PC (precast concrete) construction, a representative OSC construction, is insufficiently applied to public housing. This is the situation. In addition, in the case of general contents appearing in standard specifications, the construction standards for quality assurance remain in the 1990s and do not correspond to the current construction environment. In order to improve the quality of PC member joints, we compared and analyzed Korean and Japanese specifications to establish appropriate standards for PC construction quality control, focusing on the quality of grout used in joints.
