The purpose of this study which was conducted by framing of standardized advanced emergency care instructor qualification course outline and training competent instructor Course development based on following educational principle and it would be expected more improved aspect. Advanced Emergency care Instructor Qualification Course Development (1) based on advanced emergency care instructor job analysis and paramedic job description. (2) Learning of emergency care instructor qualification course is continuous. It is important to begin at the learner's level of knowledge and to relate new learning to information the learner needs. (3) Learning of emergency care instructor qualification course is purposeful and must make sense to the learner. Progress in learning must make sense to the learner. Progress in learning must be constantly appraised through feedback. The purpose of learning BLS information and skills must be kept in sharp focus. (4) Learning involves as many senses as possible. The more stimulating a learner activity is to the senses, the longer the information will be retained. Conservative figures indicate that 75% of what is heard is for-gotten after 2 days. It has been said that learners remember (5) Learning activities must be appropriate for the emergency situation through the PBL educational method. In BLS lecture skill learning, the greatest proportion of class time should be spent in manikin practice, using performance sheets as a learning tool or guide. (6) Learning must be stimulating. Instructors can motivate learners by helping them achieve higher levels of proficiency and encouraging other levels of course completion, such as instructor and instructor trainer. (7) Learning is affected by the physical and social environment. The physical environment should be conducive to both the kind of learning taking place and the activities used for learning. Advanced emergency care instructor qualification course organized educational psychology, educational methodology I,II,III, educational material making skill, lecture & conversational skill, BLS theory & pratice lecture skill, minic lecture designed PBL module. test of minic lecture & pratice lecture skill. Advanced emergency care instructor qualification course continued to active instructor training and motivated to active EMS system.

This study aims at understanding the current situation of quality assurance on technical qualification that can take the initiative in developing human resources in a technical field and exploring a scheme for improvement. To achieve this goal. the method of quality assurance was examined, the current situation, problems and needs on technical qualification, and foreign cases on the method of quality assurance were analyzed. Based on this. the study proposed the methods of quality assurance on technical qualification and operating system and a follow-up program on technical qualification items. The collection and analysis of the relevant materials, a survey targeting qualification holders and personnel managers in industries as respondents, expert consultations, face-to-face interviews of experts and qualification holders in the technical industry to reflect their opinions were applied for the methodology of the study.

At the point of changing from the capacity qualification of temporary equipments for building to safety certification system, the meaning of qualification and the present state of main products are evaluated for Capacity qualification system and compare with related system in developed country. These suggest classification of temporary equipments for building construction in safety certification. Now, present state of the capacity qualification system is estimated; according to the reforming system from restating law in 2003, there are a lot of changing of application in every 3 years because of that. The ability of Making business is improved by checking again but, there are limitation to constantly keep the safety as the system to approve form about sent imitation products. Changing from the capacity qualification system to safely certification system make to include the structure of the qualification system and make a plan standard. It make least panic in the building market and set up some standards for capacity by changing building circumstance. The classification of temporary equipment for building construction in safety certification from the module of quotation form classify each duty quotation item, self-regulation safely verification item and option quotation item, these will more improve the system form and quality of temporary equipment for building than before.

The purpose of this paper is to develop the qualification system of instructional designer in e-Learning field in order to provide e-learning experts for industry. The shortage of human resources is a serious problem in the e-learning industry. The following set of objectives were formulated to fulfill the study purpose. First, analyze the present situations and suggestions of the e-learning expert. Second, to analyze current states of private qualification administration/qualification administration authorization in e-learning field. Third, analyze the needs of universities and companies in e-learning qualification administration. Finally, based on the above three objectives, the study developed the practical qualification system, job analysis, methods and questions for an examination of e-learning instructional designer.

This study examined current system of qualification for dance teacher and curriculums along with their actual state, and sought to suggest methods to improve system of qualification for teacher among secondary school dance teachers by type and curriculums. Firstly, through literature analysis, the study examined systems and methods related with acquiring certificate for the current secondary school teacher (2nd grade) and for culture & art teacher for physical education (2nd grade) at the time when preliminary teachers qualified as secondary school dance teacher turned out. And then, using instrumental case study, it analyzed main issues and discourses by examining the cases in which they acquired qualification for secondary school teacher and qualification for dance teacher. Building on this, the study suggested how to improve systems in regard to qualification for dance teachers among regular teachers of secondary school, acquisition path, method and curriculum.

The purpose of this study is to prepare a plan to activate vocational training through a company-customized qualification system that meets the needs of the industry and responds promptly to changes in the external environment and trends. The BRIDGE 3.0 model was presented as Establishment of qualification system based on education and training result certification, a customized qualification operation system based on local companies by setting the qualification system as a strategy centered on companies that are consumers. To this end, the current status and limitations of vocational competency development projects, the current status and limitations of the domestic qualification system, government policies related to vocational competency development, FGI of corporate personnel managers, surveys of personnel managers of SME, expert advice.

This study is to identified the motivation level which university librarians in Korea perceived as motivating them, and to examine relationship between those motivation level and the demographic characteristics of university librarians. The results of this study are summarized as follows : (1) The factors that the motivation level is higher than the average (3.000) are shown to be human relation (3.399), working itself (3.198), and supervision (3.050), but the other factors : recognition (2.995), communication (2.985), salary (2.892), job evaluation (2.622), job environment (2.619), and promotion (2.126) are shown to be lower than the average. (2) In the results of X$^{2}$ test about the differences of the motivation level among 6 demographic attributes of the population, the attributes shown a significant difference are as follows : Salary : rank ; working terms ; sex ; national university or private one ; qualification. Promotion : rank ; sex ; national university or private one ; qualification. Recognition : rank. Human relation : no significant differences among 6 attributes. Work itself : rank ; sex. Communication : rank ; working terms ; sex ; education background ; qualification. Job evaluation : sex ; education background ; qualification. Job environment : sex ; national university or private one. Supervision : rank ; working terms ; sex ; education background ; qualification.

Since the introduction of advanced composite materials for use in aircraft, the material qualification has been a costly burden to the small airframe manufacturer. For each manufacturer, extensive qualification testing has often been performed to develop the base material properties and allowables at operating environmental conditions, regardless of whether this material system had been previously certificated by other manufacturers. In recent years, NASA, industry, and the FAA have worked together to develop a cost-effective method of qualifying composite material systems by the sharing of a central material qualification database. In this paper, the new methodology of composite material qualification is presented and material allowable of 350°F carbon fiber/epoxy composite material produced domestically is determined with this methodology.

Avionics is a compound word of aviation and electronics that began to be used in the late 1930s. In the components or sub-systems installed to the aircraft, avionics is something that works by electronic technology. In the past, the aircraft mate, the flight engineer, and the radar operators performed the work on board the aircraft but the modern aircraft have replaced these tasks with avionics. the aircraft mechanics who maintain and manage such complex aircraft must have expertise and technics with the development of avionics to maintain aircraft airworthiness. This paper is about the introduction of domestic avionics qualification system and the development of avionics maintenance technology. For this, the SWOT analysis is performed by identifying the internal and external environment. And recommend the strategy and direction of domestic avionics qualification and education system.

A safety-related equipment for the nuclear power plant should be needed an equipment qualification. In this paper, the approach, methods, philosophies, and procedures for qualifying the large squirrel-cage induction electric pump motors for use in ULCHIN 5, 6 Nuclear Power Plants were presented. The method of qualification is a combination of experimental test and analytic method, which is composed of radiation exposure test, seismic simulation test, thermal aging analysis for non-metallic materials, and seismic analysis. The results showed that the motor performed its safety function with no failure mechanism under postulated service conditions.
