The study was to investigate the distribution for the diagnosis of pattern identification questionnaire and agreement rate between diagnosis of pattern identification based on obesity pattern identification questionnaire and the clinical diagnosis of pattern' identification by medical specialist. The distribution for the diagnosis of pattern identification based on obesity pattern identification questionnaire was shown in order of stagnation of liver Gi, retention of undigested food, deficiency of Yang at scale of 5, 3, 2 score and the diagnosis rate of single pattern identification at scale of 5, 3, 2 score was 89.96%, 79.33%, 54.64%, respectively the agreement rate between the diagnosis of pattern identification based on obesity pattern identification questionnaire and the clinical diagnosis of pattern identification by medical specialist was 0.1013. Therefore, the complementary management in CRF questionnaires with consultation from experts and the study for score difference of pattern identification will improve the accuracy and agreement rate, which will will be helpful for pattern identification of obesity by clinical experts.
The culture interest regarding the new area causes an effect even in change of fashion and that result Mongol area where it is area other than Japan, China and India and it is having compromised beauty raised it's head. Mongol is in Noin-ula area which is a it's former self of the Hun's. There is to a textile pattern which was used not only the textile pattern which has the feature of Scythian system but also the textile pattern which has the feature of China was used. The feature of Noin-ula's the textile pattern is as follows. Noin-ula's textiles used Scythian system of animal pattern, vine pattern, palmette pattern, thunder pattern, spiral pattern, shape of diamond pattern. Scythian system of animal pattern and vine pattern proves the interchange with the countries to the west of China. Noin-ula's textile pattern is applied to the designer's work of art. The designers are John Galliano, Etro, Chloe, Emmanuel Ungaro and so on, who express the modern ethnic style design. Because the more developed the modern society is the more embossed feature of intention for the race and the fork art, I think that Ethnic style design is applied to modern sensitive and ethnic style in the future.
This study aimed to develop an evaluation reliability of Korean pattern identification for wind stroke. We studied 643 patients with stroke and made a list of registry for each of them. The present study analyzed 553 cases, in which the resident’s pattern identification agreed with the specialist’s one, and the cases included five differentiation pattern: the fire-heat pattern (114), the dampness-phlegm pattern (157), the static blood pattern (11), the Yin deficiency pattern (81), and the Qi deficiency pattern (190). This study showed that none of the Cronbach's alpha reached 0.700, which is the general reliable level. The average Cronbach's alpha of each symptoms was 0.353 for the dampness-phlegm pattern, 0.571 for the fire-heat pattern, 0.443 for the Qi deficiency pattern, 0.451 for the Yin deficiency pattern, and 0.302 for the static blood pattern. This suggests the possibility that each pattern identification could be coincided with other symptoms, and it also shows the limits of pattern identification of this study that narrows the symptoms of paralysis patients into only a single pattern. Continuous compliments and researches should be done referring to this matter. However, the internal consistency analysis of all the pattern identification showed that every Cronbach's alpha were within the range of 0.670 to 0.703, and the Cronbach's alpha of the whole symptoms was evaluated as 0.692, which makes the reliability of the pattern identification as itself almost satisfactory to the general reliable level, and therefore, significant. In the future, continuous clinical research to develope this pattern identification for wind stroke actually applicable to stroke patients needs to be made through accumulating more cases, improving the objectivity.
The purpose of this study was to develop a slacks pattern drafting method for the fatty women of 40∼55 aged Korean women who are more than 1.5 Rohrer's index on the basis of their physical characteristics. The study was composed as follows; 1. Body measurement and statistical analysis: One hundred and thirty women between the ages of 40∼55 over 1.5 Rohrer's index were measured on 21 items. Mean, standard deviation, variance, maximum, minimum, range were computed. 2. 4 types of conventional slacks pattern were collected. The most accepted conventional slacks pattern was decided through wearing test. The new pattern was based onthe most accepted conventional pattern, and developed through wearing tests. 3. Evaluation of the new pattern drafting method: The sensory evaluation was applied to evaluate the new pattern by comparing is with the most accepted conventional pattern. According to the statistical analysis of the result of the 12 items, all the items showed significant differences (α 0.01) between the two, with the new pattern having higher scores.
Objectives : This study was conducted to analysis correlation of pattern identification and body mass index (BMI) in obese adolescents. Methods : A total of 228 middle school students, 226 students were agreed and included study and two were excluded because of disagreement. It was conducted cold-heat pattern questionnaire, phlegm pattern questionnaire and after height and weight were measured. Firstly, out of 24 who did not respond to all of questionnaires. Secondary, out of 159 who are normal range on international obesity standard(BMI < $30kg/m^2$) Results : The average height and weight of 43 subjects was $159.65{\pm}9.45cm$, $70.10{\pm}8.47kg$ respectively. The average score of pattern identification was cold pattern score(CPS) was $2.70{\pm}1.61$, heat pattern score(HPS) was $3.30{\pm}1.99$, phlegm pattern score(PPS) was $3.95{\pm}5.02$. There was no significant correlation with BMI and CPS, HPS, PPS. Conclusions : In this study, there was no significant correlation of pattern identification and BMI in obese adolescents.
Self-organizing systems arise very naturally in artificial intelligence, and in physical, biological and social sciences. In this paper, we modify the classic Cucker-Smale model at both microscopic and macroscopic levels by taking the target motion pattern driving forces into consideration. Such target motion pattern driving force functions are properly defined for the line-shaped motion pattern and the ball-shaped motion pattern. For the modified Cucker-Smale model with the prescribed line-shaped motion pattern, we have analytically shown that there is a flocking pattern with an asymptotic flocking velocity. This is illustrated by numerical simulations using both symmetric and non-symmetric pairwise influence functions. For the modified Cucker-Smale model with the prescribed ball-shaped motion pattern, our simulations suggest that the solution also converges to the prescribed motion pattern.
There are many reports about correlations between meteorological elements and stroke. In Oriental medicine, it is recognized that the weather affects the human body and diseases, but there are few studies about the correlation between meteorological elements and pattern identification of stroke. 105 stroke patients classified into fire-heat pattern or dampress-phlegm pattern were registered during the study period. We took the measurement of each meteorological element (atmospheric pressure, temperature, humidity, wind speed) according to pattern identification and analyzed pattern identification into two groups according to mean of each meteorological element during the study period. Mean temperature was higher with the heat-fire pattern than with the dampness-phlegm pattern. Heat-fire pattern also had higher frequency when temperature was higher than mean temperature. There was no correlation between atmospheric pressure, relative humidity, or wind speed and pattern identification.
The purpose of this study was to develope a pattern drafting method for various somatotype which contribute largely to increase the fitness and comfort of garments. This study had 8 subjects who were college girls who had prominent somatic characteristics. The study was carried out by the following procedures. 1. The 8 subjects who had prominent somatic characteristics were cheesed by photograph- ing. The somatotypes of 8 subjects were classified into Standard somatotype, Turning over somatotype, Bending somatotype and Turning over-Bending somatotype. 2. Under the criterion of the body surface development, the comparative investigation on the pattern and the sensory evaluation were accomplished in the flat pattern method and the draping pattern method. 3. The body surface development of them were made by the draping pattern method. 4. In the result of the comparative investigation and the sensory evaluation, it was found that the flat pattern had better appearance and comfort than the draping pattern, and the draping pattern included more somatic characteristics than the flat pattern. 5. On the basis of those result, the pattern drafting method according to the somatotype was indicated and it was examinated by the clothing experiment. 6. The sensory evaluation for appearance and comfort was applied to evaluate the new basic pattern for four somatotype by comparing it with the conventional basic pattern (Rim, won ja' 5). The result of the sensory evaluation, it was found that the new basic pattern was more suitable for each somatotype than the conventional basic pattern.
The purpose of this study is to develop pattern of a Upper Garment Prototype for late elementary school aged girls. The body of late elementary school aged girls changes steadily up to the adult and is characterized by its periodic noticeable physical distinctions. This study is selected a test pattern from 3 existing patterns through a preliminary wearing test, conducted wearing tests, and sensory evaluations three times to review and improve the pattern, and presented the pattern of late elementary school aged girls. The research pattern was developed considering aesthetic and functional aspect. The average score of sensory evaluation on appearance was 4.13 for the research pattern, which was higher than 2.74 for the test pattern. The according to the results of verifying significant differences in the test items between the two patterns through the t-test, in the items such as pleats in the line of a waist, the ease of the girth of a waist, the location of shoulder line was superior to the test pattern. The average score of the sensory evaluation on functionality was 4.91 for the research pattern, which was higher than 3.90 for the test pattern. The research pattern is superior to the test pattern in static posture, dynamic posture than the test pattern.
Objectives: To develop a standardized diagnostic pattern identification equation for stroke patients, our group conducted a study to derive the predictive logistic equations. However, the sample size was relatively small. In the current study, we aimed to derive new predictive logistic equations for each diagnostic pattern using an expanded number of subjects. Methods: This study was a hospital-based multi-center trial recruited stroke patients within 30 days of symptom onset. Patients' general information, and the variables related to diagnostic pattern identification were measured. The diagnostic pattern of each patient was identified independently by two Korean Medicine Doctors. To derive a predictive model for pattern identification, binary logistic regression analysis was applied. Results: Among the 1,251 patients, 385 patients (30.8%) had the Fire Heat Pattern, 460 patients (36.8%) the Phlegm Dampness Pattern, 212 patients (16.9%) the Qi Deficiency Pattern, and 194 patients (15.5%) the Yin Deficiency Pattern. After the regression analysis, the predictive logistic equations for each pattern were determined. Conclusion: The predictive equations for Fire Heat, Phlegm Dampness, Qi Deficiency, and Yin Deficiency would be useful to determine individual stroke patients' pattern identification in the clinical setting. However, further studies using objective measurements are necessary to validate these data.
