  • To analyze wedding feast dishes of royal prince (1651, 1696) of Choson Dynasty, studied Gare Dogam Euigwae. Historic book 'Gare Dogam Euigwae' discribed wedding feast dishes of king‘s Choson Dynasty. The results obtained from this study are as follows. Dishes were arranged in four kinds of table, the first one called the main table, the second the right side table, the third the left side table, the fourth the confronting side table. Dishes of main table were oil and honey pastry, and fruits (pine nuts, orange, dried persimmon, torreya nuts, dried chestnut, jujube). Dishes of the second table and the third table were oil and honey pastry, and small cake made of honey and rice with patterns pressed in it. Dishes of the fourth table were cooked vegetable (wild ginseng, platy-codon, radish, white gourd melon, ginger), dried slices of meat seasoned with spices (abalone, octopus, shark, pheasant), cooked meat (wild goose, fowl, egg, pheasant, abalone), and fried fish (roe deer, fish, duck, pigeon, sparrow). The main table (同牢大宴床) and the second table (右挾床) stand as a symbol for integrity. The third table (左挾床) symbolize longerity. The fourth table (面挾床) symbolize bearing many young and connubial felicity.

CPN을 이용한 Honeypot 모델 설계 (Honeypot Model Analysis using CPN)

  • 본 논문은 CPN(Colored Petri Nets)을 이용한 Honypot 모델의 설계 및 구현에 관한 것이다. 제안된 Honeypot 모델은 해커의 침입을 능동적으로 유도하고 침입을 탐지 및 행동패턴의 파악을 위해 보안커널 모듈과 유도된 해커의 활동을 위한 가상 모듈로 구성되어 있으며, CPN을 이용한 모델과 기존의 Denning 모델 및 Shieh 모델과 비교 분석하였다. 본 논문에서 제안된 CPN을 이용한 Honeypot 모델은 침입패턴의 특성에 대한 분류가 가능하고, 침입패턴의 모델링과 패턴매칭 과정의 모델링이 가능하며. 다중 호스트를 통한 DDoS 공격의 탐지가 가능하고, 마지막으로 침입패턴의 분석을 위한 학습모델의 기반 제공이 가능하다.

HPLC에 의한 꿀 중의 당조성 분석과 화학계량학적 고찰 (Chemometric Aspects and Determination of Sugar Composition of Honey by HPLC)

  • HPLC를 이용하여 생산지와 밀원꽃이 알려진 5종의 꿀 중 당성분을 분석한 다음 화학계량학적 고찰을 수행하였다. 꿀의 주된 당성분은 fructose, glucose였으며, 1종의 꿀에서는 sucrose가 소량 검출되었다. 산지별, 밀원꽃별로 당 함량을 비교하였다. Fructose/glucose 함량비는 0.99~1.55 범위로서 문헌값과 잘 일치하였다. Principal components analysis(PCA) plot은 산지별, 밀원꽃별로 확연히 구분되었다. 주성분점수가 커질수록 당 함량이 증가되었고 fructose/glucose 함량비는 감소되었다. 화학계량학적 접근방법은 꿀시료의 당조성 패턴을 비교하고 품질평가 및 부정화 적발에 유용하였다.

Polyacrylic Acid Sodium Salt를 혼합한 세 종류 상토에 고토석회의 시비 수준이 포트멈 'Lima Honey'의 생육 및 무기원소 흡수에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Application Rate of Dolomite in Three Media Containing Polyacrylic Acid Sodium Salt on Growth and Nutrient Contents of Potted Chrysanthemum 'Lima Honey')

  • This research was conducted to determine the plant growth and nutrient contents of potted chrysanthemum 'Lima Honey' as influenced by application rate of dolomite in three root media, peatmoss+vermiculite (1:1, v/v), peatmoss+composted rice hall (1:1, v/v), and peatmoss+composted pine bark (1:1, v/v). All root media contained polyacrylic acid sodium salt (PASS) at a rate of $4.5g L^{-1}$. In crop growth at 40 and 80 days after transplanting, elevated application rates of dolomite up to $6.0g L^{-1}$ in three root media increased fresh and dry weights per plant. But the treatment of $9.0g L^{-1}$ had less fresh and dry weights than those of $6.0g L^{-1}$. Tissue phosphorus content decreased and those of Ca and Mg increased by the elevated application rates of dolomite. Elevated application rates of dolomite in three root media resulted in the increase of pH, EC, and the concentrations of K, Ca, and Mg at 43 days after transplanting. Those at 80 days after transplanting were also increased, but the differences among treatments were less significant as compared to those at 43 days after transplanting. From the results of dry weight in potted chrysanthemum 'Lima Honey', the proper application rate of dolomite to three root media containing PASS at a rate of $4.5g L^{-1}$ were $6.0g L^{-1}$.

바이바롤(${Bayvarol}^{(R)}$)의 꿀벌응애(Varroa jacobsoni)에 대한 효능 및 꿀벌에 대한 안전성에 관한 연구 (Studies on Efficacy of $Bayvarol^{(R)}$ against Mite(Varroa jacobsoni) and Safety of Bayvarol^{\circledR}$ in Honey Bees)

  • In order to determine the efficacy of $Bayvarol^{(R)}$ strips(Bayer AG) against the mite Varroa jacobsoni and the safety of $Bayvarol^{(R)}$ strips in honey bees, a series of trials was carried out under field condition in autumn and spring. The results obtained were as follows; 1. The average varroacidal rate of $Bayvarol^{(R)}$ strips was 92.7% in autumn and 93.7% in spring. However the average varroacidal rats of treated control group was 73.8 % in autumn and 75.1 % in spring, and that of untreated control group was 12.1 % in autumn and 16.1 % in spring. 3. The average number of dead bees in $Bayvarol^{(R)}$ group was 13.0 in recommended dosage(RD), 12.3 in 2 times of RD and 14.0 in 4 times of 70 in autumn, and 19.7 in RD,17.0 in 2 times of RD and 19.0 in 4 times of RD in spring. However the average number of dead bees in treated control groups was 38.3 in RD, 62.7 in 2 times of RD and 60.3 in 4 times of RD in autumn and 18.0 in RD, 43.3 in 2 times of RD and 102 in 4 times of RD in spring and that of untreated control of group was 12.7 in autumn and 19.3 in spring. 3. The varroacidal effects and the number of dead bees of all groups were higher in spring than in autumn. 4. It was revealed that $Bayvarol^{(R)}$ were highly saft and effective varroacides for honey bees.

A Study on Sensory Properties of Backsulgi using Dry Non-Glutinous Rice Flour

  • The study explores the sensory properties of Backsulgi prepared with dry non-glutinous rice flour sweetened with various sweeteners(sugar, honey, oligosaccharide, trehalos, erythritol and accesulfame K). Sensory attributes of Backsulgi were evaluated by quantitative descriptive analysis(QDA), PCA and PLSR. The QDA results revealed that the sample sweetened with trehalose showed highest value in dryness, and samples with accesulfame K, honey and erythriol had relatively high levels in moisture and springiness. Principle component analysis (PCA) results showed 78.89 % of the total variation with PC1 (54.92%) and PC2 (23.98%), respectively. The samples with accesulfame K(AF) and honey, which showed high values in moisture level, springiness and sweet taste, showed similar attributes which led to a positive direction of PC1. The correlation between the sensory attributes and consumer acceptance showed that the most important factors for high consumer acceptance were moistness, springiness, sweet taste and sweet flavor. Overall, the samples with accesulfame K(AF) had the closest position in the PLSR results with highest overall consumer satisfaction.

허니암호의 메시지 복구보안 기능을 위한 암호패딩 문제점 분석 (The Analysis of Cipher Padding Problem for Message Recovery Security Function of Honey Encryption)

  • 허니암호(HE:Honey Encryption)는 기존의 패스워드 기반 암호(PBE:Password Based Encryption)의 무차별 대입 공격(Brute Force Attack)에 대한 취약점을 극복하기 위한 기술이다. 잘못된 키를 입력해도 그럴듯한 평문을 출력함으로써 공격자가 엔트로피가 작은 비밀키를 대상으로 무차별 대입공격을 시도하더라도 충분히 견딜 수 있는 메시지 복구 보안성을 제공한다. 하지만 HE에 암호화 패딩(Padding)이 필요한 암호(Cipher)를 적용하면 기존의 PBE방식보다 큰 문제점이 나타나게 된다. 본 논문에서는 대표적인 블록암호(AES-128) 및 스트림암호(A5/1)를 적용하여 복호문 빈도분석 실험을 통해 패딩의 문제점을 확인하고, HE의 안전한 운용 방안을 제시하였다.

제올라이트 흡착농축 및 촉매연소를 이용한 인쇄공정에서 발생되는 저농도 대풍량 VOCs 가스 제거 (A Treatment of Low-leveled High-volume VOCs Emitted from Printing Process Using Concentrator with Zeolite Adsorptive Honey Rotor and Catalytic Combustion System)

  • This is a study on the volatile organic compounds(VOCs) concentrator with zeolite adsorptive honey rotor and catalytic combustion system for abating VOCs emitted from printing industry. VOCs emitted from the printing industry is mainly caused by organic solvent of printing ink. The content of organic solvents in printing ink varies from 40% to 75% and its content in the gravure ink is higher than that in any other ink. The average concentrations of each VOCs are 139 ppm for toluene, 152.1 ppm for MEK, 256.9 ppm for methanol and 42.9 ppm for isopropyl alcohol. We used zeolite honeycomb for absorbent of VOCs concentrator and palladium for catalyst combustion system. This system abated over 96% of emitted total VOCs, 98% of toluene, 100% of MEK, 92% of methanol and, 100% of isopropyl alcohol. It is concluded that the low-leveled high-volume VOCs emitted from printing process were removed almost by concentrator with zeolite adsorptive honey rotor and catalytic combustion system.

Saccaromyces sake, Saccharomyces bayanus와 누룩으로 제조된 전통벌꿀주의 발효 및 관능특성 (Fermentation and Sensory Characteristics of Korean Traditional Honey Wine from the Saccaromyces sake, Saccharomyces bayanus and Nuruk)

  • 효모 Sacch sake, Sacch. bayanus 그리고 누룩을 이용하여 벌꿀주를 제조하고 그 발효특성 및 관능적 기호도를 조사하였다. 벌꿀 희석액의 알코올발효에는 Sacch sake와 누룩의 혼합첨가 그리고 Sacch. bayanus와 누룩의 혼합첨가에 의한 벌꿀 발효주가 효모 단독균주를 이용하는 것보다 발효력이 우수하게 나타났으며, 알코올 생성량도 높게 나타났다. 효모와 누룩 혼합첨가구의 경우 발효중 환원당은 급속히 감소하고 알코올 함량은 증가하여 발효 6일에 가용성 고형분은 $7.5\~8.1\;^{\circ}Brix$이었다. 발효 6일에 알코올 생성은 효모와 누룩 혼합첨가를 사용한 경우가 $12.5\~13.1\%$로 단독 효모균주를 사용한 것의 $5.2\~7.2\%$ 보다 높게 나타났으며, 발효도 단독 효모균주 첨가에 비하여 양호하여 단독효모보다는 누룩과 효모를 혼합하여 첨가한 것이 $1.8\~2.4$배 더 빠르게 진행되었다. 벌꿀주의 관능적 기호도는 효모단독보다는 효모-누룩 혼합첨가구에서 상대적으로 높은 점수를 얻었다.
