이 연구는 수상에 건설되는 해양건축물의 재산권 공시제도의 문제점을 파악하고 개선안을 제시하기 위한 연구이다. 먼저 해양건축물을 둘러싼 현황을 파악하고 미래를 전망하며 다음으로 해양건축물의 개념과 관련된 법제도를 검토한다. 해양건축물의 재산권 공시제도와 관련하여 현황과 문제점을 파악하며 각종 물건의 공시제도를 검토한다. 마지막으로 해양건축물의 재산권 공시제도 정비방안을 제시한다. 연구 결론으로서 해양건축물 공시제도는 고정식과 부유식 구조물로 나누어 적합한 공시제도를 제안한다. 고정식 구조물은 현행 건축법을 보완 수정하여 부동산등기제도를 활용하며 부유식 구조물은 새로운 법을 제정하여 등록원부와 같은 공적장부를 통한 등록제도를 도입하는 것이 필요하다. 해양건축물이 활성화되고 이를 기반으로 해양산업이 발달하기 위해서는 해양건축물에 관한 소유권 취득과 담보물권 설정 등 재산권 행사를 용이하게 하기 위해 해양건축물의 재산권 공시제도가 속히 마련되어야 한다.

The Law of effective building and operation for the information systems took effect at Dec. 2005. Every government and public agency have to build own enterprise architecture(EA), sometimes it's called the Information Technology Architecture(ITA), by this law. The Ministry of National Defense(MND) built the enterprise architecture(EA) during 2006. 12$\sim$2007. 11 by this law too. We knew the specific characters of the public sector thru the EA project. The public sector is less active than commercial sector and most members of the public sector are just looking on the project as a spectator. So the most of key for the success of EA is how to catch the Sponsorship and Participation of members. In this paper we propose the effective building methodology for the Enterprise Architecture of public agency applying the MND-EA. The other governments and public agencies can build own the EA easily by the proposed methodology.

The building below standard scales to be built only by constructive report to authorities. Construction law 8 illustrates that supervision should be deployed in all the construction sites at the building which is found to have more than 3 floors and also to have more than loom of total squares in especially outside area of city plan zone. Such a small construction is have a important and the most basic meaning. Many problems were found to occur in all the constructive places which were out of the limit of this law. The construction sites were found to be controlled by public official's visiting without supervisors and designers of architecture. Technique of construction in architecture was found to be not different from that of 1980. The security of employees in construction on sites has a serious problem. Because of choosing ail the materials of the building without a reasonable point. All the building were found to have a law material about inside and outside aspects. The purpose of this study are to examine existing law about a small project and than to analyze the situation of constructive control through questionnaires and interviews with all the supervisors. Based on the data base of engineers who had a great experience in construction sites, The purpose of this study is also to suggest and advise the method of controlling all the items in architecture through on and off line.

Recently Construction industry is try to minimize effects on the Environment. So, Korea government is provided the Environmental law, but environmental managers who works in construction phase are not easy to understand the Environmental law because the laws are scattered in the several legislations and hardly to find the clauses for the environmental law. Therefore this study intends to deduct the improvement directions of Environmental laws. The basis data is selected through survey targeting environmental managers and analyzed by AHP.

Green building information used by the AEC industry is diverse and extensive), causing difficulties for personnel regarding the collection and utilization of information in the form of inaccurate searches about related laws, inefficient management of searched information and overlapping works. Therefore, this research aims to propose a law search system utilizing metadata for more accurate and efficient searches of green building information. The proposed system is expected to contribute to improve productivity of construction projects by reinforcing the accuracy and efficiency of searches for the collection and utilization of green building information.
