Social collaboration and knowledge sharing among experts are the key characteristics of information system development projects. But the difficulty and complexity of communication may be the cause of the project failures. This study analyzes the influence of on-line social networking as communication system in information system development projects. A model has been developed to relate system, knowledge and social factors of on-line social networking to the performance of project members. Transactive Memory System (TMS), describing knowledge sharing process in human relationship, is used as a mediator. The analysis concludes that knowledge and social characteristics have positive effect on the members' performance, implying that the use of mobile devices and PCs as a social communication tool can be an effective way to enhance the possibility of project success.

Risk identification for bridge projects is a knowledge-based and labor-intensive task involving several procedures and stakeholders. Presently, risk information of bridge projects is unstructured and stored in different sources and formats, hindering knowledge sharing, reuse, and automation of the risk identification process. Consequently, there is a need to develop structured and formalized risk information for bridge projects to aid effective risk identification and automation of the risk management processes to ensure project success. This study proposes a semantic risk breakdown structure (SRBS) to support risk identification for bridge projects. SRBS is a searchable hierarchical risk breakdown structure (RBS) developed with python programming language based on a semantic modeling approach. The proposed SRBS for risk identification of bridge projects consists of a 4-level tree structure with 11 categories of risks and 116 potential risks associated with bridge projects. The contributions of this paper are threefold. Firstly, this study fills the gap in knowledge by presenting a formalized risk breakdown structure that could enhance the risk identification of bridge projects. Secondly, the proposed SRBS can assist in the creation of a risk database to support the automation of the risk identification process for bridge projects to reduce manual efforts. Lastly, the proposed SRBS can be used as a risk ontology that could aid the development of an artificial intelligence-based integrated risk management system for construction projects.

Maintaining the permanence of a company in the current rapidly changing business environment is not an easy task. Rather, the lifespan of a company can be said to be gradually decreasing. As such, the author of this paper, which describes the current market environment, is the sales organization of a large company. While leading the company, I thought about how to overcome the rapidly changing market and create an organization that continues to grow. As a result, I succeeded in creating an organization that continued to grow over the past two years, and the main activity of this result was the use of sales computer. It was clear that it was an information sharing activity. This can be said to be a result of proving that a series of activities to create and share information is important for the sales organization of ICT companies to actively respond to the rapidly changing market environment. Therefore, this study attempted to examine the relationship between knowledge management and business performance in the sales field of ICT companies, which has not been covered so far. Knowledge management is a four-stage activity from a process perspective, divided into knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer, and knowledge utilization. did. As a result of the study, first, knowledge management activities, such as knowledge creation and knowledge storage, were found to have a significant impact on financial performance. Second, knowledge management activities such as knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer, and knowledge utilization were all found to have an impact on non-financial performance. In the end, this study confirmed that efforts to turn tacit knowledge into knowledge in order to respond to the ever-changing ICT market are ultimately an important factor in growing a company.

The college and university is a knowledge-centered organization, and 'knowledge' is the important strategic resource. Although this organization composed entirely of the knowledge worker that is able to use the knowledge in the most efficient and effective method, our university is not enough to manage the knowledge as strategic advantage. So, we need to implement knowledge management system under knowledge community centered in students, faculty and staff. The well-designed knowledge community can produce a new value and profit that can develope the university organization. We used to the portal technology defined as a personalized, single point of access through a web browser to various information located inside and outside of an university Knowledge portal supporting the activities of knowledge community will improve the knowledge transfer in student's learning activity, the knowledge creation in faulty's research activity, the knowledge sharing amount the various communities, and the accumulation of a process knowledge in operation and management. Eventually, a redesigned knowledge portal-based system will create a new value of university.

Organization's innovation capability is strongly tied to its intellectual capital or knowledge utilization. Employees play a key role in generation of intellectual capital and utilization of knowledge in a firm. Thus, the importance of human resource management (HRM) system for enhancing competency of employees and facilitating knowledge sharing between employees is getting its significance. In this paper, we highlighted the effect of HRM implementation to explain the reason of performance differences among firms, adopting the same ideal HRM system. The successful implementation of HRM system as well as the contents of HRM system was critical to enhance firm performance through HRM system. To investigate the effect of HRM implementation on firm performance, we proposed the three components of HRM implementation (i.e.; TMT philosophy, HR department capability and communication) in perspective of sense making and sense giving theory. Then, we analyzed the moderating effect of HRM implementation on the high commitment HRM - firm performance relationship. Empirical results showed that each component of HRM implementation positively strengthened the relationship between high commitment HRM and firm performance. In addition, the composite index of HRM implementation calculated by average value of three components revealed more significant moderating effect between the two. Furthermore, We discussed the academical and practical implications, and suggested future research directions.

Knowledge ecosystem means a dynamic knowledge circulation, including knowledge creation, exchange and sharing and utilization. It is also the field of knowledge practice, which creates interactions in knowledge exchange between people and groups. The key premises of knowledge ecosystem, based on the nature of general ecosystems, can be characterized as follows: first, it primarily focuses on social networks between people and organizations participating in the process of knowledge circulation; secondly, knowledge ecosystem thrives on diversity of knowledge; and thirdly, it is significant for selection of valuable knowledge and adoption of appropriate knowledge. This review attempts to make a systematic examination of a wide range of existing studies on knowledge ecosystem. In so doing, it is expected to provide a basis for further inquiry into more critical and complicated issues. Although the scarcity of existing research-at least those in Korea-may limit the implications of findings, this review offers a set of suggestions for future research.

Knowledge is recognized as the most important asset among enterprises. Therefore, the necessity of knowledge management is ever on the increase nowadays. While many people have endeavored to develop knowledge storage, sharing and usage, knowledge creation is not sufficiently investigated for practical application, because knowledge creation is largely related to creativity and difficult to establish a systematic methodology. In order to overcome such problems, the creative knowledge creation model is proposed by using the whole brain theory and creative thinking tools. First of all, the creative knowledge creation model is based on the Nonaka's knowledge creation model integrated with the whole brain theory. The whole brain theory is then used as a standard to organize a whole brain team that is composed of members who have diverse thinking patterns. For creative thinking tools, the mandal-art and the contradiction matrix of TRIZ are used for a knowledge conversion. Each process of the creative knowledge creation model is sequentially suggested and several terms are defined. In order to verify the effectiveness of the creative knowledge creation model, the proposed model is applied to the development of a dishwasher with a new concept. According to the order of the proposed method, the model is applied twice in the cycle of spiral evolution. Three kinds of dish-washing methods have been developed using the proposed model. The results of the application are then analyzed and presented.

Collective intelligence has been focused because it plays an important role for creating knowledge. In order to solve a problem with collective intelligence, collaborative works sharing information are required. In this study, we have investigated what informations are shared while 4 science gifted students are asked for scientific explanation to the problem which is cognitive conflict. They have shared presupposition and problem in stage of problem finding, aims and means of problem solving in stage of setting up hypotheses, and constraints for evaluation and results of evaluation in stage of hypotheses evaluation. Our research tells that group can create knowledge through sharing information and make a change of their concepts. Our foundation of these spontaneous conceptual change gives an implication for gifted education.

The educational environment of the era of age of uncertainty and human and disaster, where nothing is predictable, so it is bringing about many changes. The purpose of this study is to suggest the implications of Integrative arts therapy in the educational field of unpredictable times as a way to move the minds of people living in various educational changes. As for the research method, the characteristics of the integrative arts therapy shown in the previous studies were examined through the literature method, and then through the cases in the modern education environment practiced we propose three things. First, in the field of university education, students should have an integrative arts therapy approach in terms of teaching methods, and also, second, in order to recover from failure and frustration, continuous gratitude sharing training to discover and acknowledge positivity in the situation by changing perspectives should improve students' self-esteem and self-efficacy. Third, professors should play the role of facilitators and also coaches in knowledge transfer. Therefore the coaching process should be integrated into the process of sustainable education when the integrative arts therapy is approached from the pedagogical curriculum.
