Coordination has been identified as a concern in the cross-cutting issues of food security and nutrition (FSN) in Cambodia. Food Security and Nutrition Information System (FSNIS) in Cambodia is the only "entry portal" to support policy formulation and decision-making with regard to FSN. While this knowledge and information management system has earned a respectful reputation, Council for Agricultural and Rural Development (CARD) faces many challenges in the implementation of the system. This paper will present how FSNIS has been developed and impacts on policy or strategy related to FSN. In addition, sustainability of the system is a key challenge for FSNIS; yet it is interesting to see how it works. Along with a success story, FSNIS is recognized by its stakeholders as the most successful knowledge and information management system in the field of FSN in Cambodia.

In managing organizational tacit knowledge, recent researches have shown that it is more applicable in many ways to provide expert search mechanisms in KMS to pinpoint experts in the organizations with searched expertise. In this paper, we propose an intelligent expert search framework to provide search capabilities for experts in similar or related fields according to the user's information needs. In enabling intelligent expert searches, Fuzzy Abstraction Hierarchy (FAH) framework has been adopted, through which finding experts with similar or related expertise is possible according to the subject field hierarchy defined in the system. To improve FAH, a text categorization approach called Vector Space Model is utilized. To test applicability and practicality of the proposed framework, the prototype system, "Knowledge Portal for Researchers in Science and Technology" sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) of Korea, was developed.

The purpose of this study was to make a comparative analysis of dental question and answer in portal sites. To achieve this, 4,212 questions were used for final analysis after connecting to Naver, Daum and Nate, which take first, second and third place in rank information of all sites at Rankey.com, to search dental information by keyword from January to late March. The results are as follows. Naver was the highest as a portal of Internet search engines. Questions on the use of dental clinics, the quality of dental services and the offer of dental services by types of dental clinics were very important. Dental clinics had to give dental patients customized services and information to please them through dental services and dental information services on the Internet, and questions and answers on this were increasing very explosively. Consequently, Dental clinics will have to give Internet users and health- and disease-related data searchers distinctive professional services by inquiring into factors affecting portal search and factors affecting health- and disease-related search, respectively.

건설산업의 특성상 엔지니어링 등 소프트웨어 부문은 지식이 곧 기업의 경쟁력을 좌우하기 때문에 철저한 보안 강화로 지식의 소재조차 불분명한 상황이며, 건설현장의 지식은 프로젝트의 종료와 함께 사장되어 가는 현실에 직면해 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 지식경영을 추진하고 있는 기존 업체의 지식관리 학습모델을 고찰하여 이를 근간으로 새로운 모델을 개발하고 건설업체에 적용하는 시나리오를 설정하는 것이다 이를 토대로 사장되어 가는 건설현장 지식을 유통시켜, 건설산업의 전반적인 수준 향상을 도모하고자 한다. 이에 지식관리와 관련한 선행 연구를 분석하여, EIP, EDMS, 지식 및 실패사례관리, CoP, e-Learning으로 구성되는 건설분야의 지식관리 학습모델을 개발하였다.

본 연구는 오늘날 기업들의 주요 전략적 수단으로써 고려되고 있는 온라인 외부정보원천들의 이용에 대한 소비자의 외부정보탐색행동을 이해하는데 목적이 있다 즉, 온라인을 이용하는 소비자의 정보탐색 지식 수준과 쇼핑추구가치 유형에 따라 소비자 집단들을 분류하고, 이들 집단들이 정보원천들을 이용하는 차이와 각 집단에 영향을 미질 수 있는 정보탐색의 결정 요인들이 무엇인가를 파악하였다. 연구 결과 온라인 정보원천 이용에 대한 정보탐색 지식수준별 차이를 조사한 결과에서는 탐색지식수준이 높은 소비자들일수록 다른 정보원천들에 비해 틈새포털, 비교, 경매사이트를 주로 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고, 쇼핑추구가치별 정보원천의 이용 차이를 살펴본 결과 실용지향적 쇼핑추구가치 집단의 경우 포털경매, 틈새포털사이트 순이었으나, 쾌락지향적 쇼핑추구가치집단의 경우 포털, 경매, 쇼핑몰사이트 순으로 정보원천을 이용하고 있었다. 더 나아가 본 연구에서 구분한 온라인 정보탐색 유형들에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 살펴본 결과 소비자 특성 변수들과 웹사이트적 특성 변수들이 외부정보탐색 유형에 다양하게 영향을 미치고 있다는 것이 확인되었으며, 영향력 면에서는 각 집단의 특성에 따라서 소비자 특성 변수와 웹사이트 특성 변수들의 상대적 영향력이 달랐다. 끝으로 본 연구는 이와 같은 결과들을 바탕으로 온라인을 이용하는 소비자들에 대한 전략적 마케팅 시사점들을 제안하였다.

오늘날 에너지를 확보와 관련하여 많은 세계 각국 및 기업에서 다양한 사업과 다양한 실험이 이루어지고 있다. 최근 이와 관련하여 미래의 청정 에너지로 부각되고 있는 핵융합에너지가 관심을 받고 있으며, 국내에서도 많은 연구와 성과가 나타나고 있다. 하지만, 이들 연구성과들을 제대로 관리하여 다른 연구에 재투자할 수 있는 지식관리가 부족한 형편이다. 단순한 지식관리보다는 조직의 비즈니스, 정보, 응용 시스템 및 기반구조에 맞도록 적용하여 적시적소에 이용 가능한 시스템을 구성할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 핵융합에너지 관련 지식 데이터를 적절하게 관리할 수 있는 개념수준의 포털기반 핵융합 에너지 지식관리시스템의 설계를 제안한다.

관절경 수술에 있어서 적절한 삽입구를 만드는 것은 수술에 있어서 가장 중요한 시작이며, 이후 수술의 진행 과정을 쉽고 원활하게 할 수 있느냐를 결정짓는 중요한 단계이다. 수술을 하고자 하는 견관절 내를 정확히 검사를 하고, 다음 삽입구를 만드는 데에도 영향을 미치며, 관절 내에서 기구를 조작하는 데에도 영향을 미친다. 정상 구조물 및 병리 해부학적인 지식과 삽입구(portal)에 대한 이해가 관절경 수술을 용이하게 하는데 필수적이다.

정보기술과 인터넷의 발전은 정보의 대량생산과 함께 정보검색의 대중화를 가져왔으며, 검색포털사이트의 성장은 정보이용자들에게 정보를 획득할 수 있는 유일한 정보원으로서의 도서관에 대한 인식의 변화를 가져 왔다. 이용자들은 검색포털사이트를 보다 편리하고 다양한 정보를 획득할 수 있는 효과적인 정보원으로 각인하고 선호하게 되었다. 이러한 사회환경의 변화 속에서 도서관과 사서는 이용자의 정보요구에 보다 적극적이고 현실성 있는 정보서비스를 제공함으로써 그 사회적 역할과 위상을 정립하고 진일보할 수 있는 도전과 기회로 삼아야 할 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 도서관, 특히 공공도서관의 적극적인 정보서비스 방안으로서 정보검색대행서비스를 제안하고, 이러한 서비스의 가능성과 기대효과를 정보이용자에 대한 직접 설문을 통하여 조사하였다. 특히 대부분의 이용자들이 친숙하고 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 전화와 PDA등을 활용한 정보서비스에 대한 가능성 및 방법론에 대하여 제안하고자 한다.

Ecological and ecosystem database is becoming very necessary to understand origins and relationship between human and nature and also to minimize disturbance caused by human activities. An ecological information portal can play important roles as a computing system to collect knowledge, distributed research findings and separated data from researchers. In this study, we designed and developed ecological information portal service (EcoBank 1.0) for collecting and providing ecological information for diverse classes of stakeholders. To reach the goal, we had reviewed related and comparable ecological database portals to design conceptual structure of EcoBank system including database management framework. Then, we developed some functions of ecosystem analysis for each stake-holders (researchers, general public and policy makers). As a result of this study, we successfully designed of EcoBank system covering the functions of Digital Object Identifier(DOI) publishing and data quality management process. Also, we (1) applied ecological indices for calculating biodiversity by administrative boundary for policy makers, (2) provided statistical information of econature map for general public and distribution characteristics of species for researchers. To make a successful establishment of EcoBank, we have to collect and build up related database and offer various and reliable ecological data consistently. We expect that the successful construction of EcoBank will help not only to accomplish sustainable development goals but also to raise the welfare of ecosystem in Korea.

본 연구는 금년 초에 착수한 과학기술종합지식 경영시스템(R&D KMS) 개발 사업을 소개한 것이다. 본 사업은 과학기술부 지원 하에 국내 다수의 과학기술연구소와 개발사업체등이 공동으로 과학기술 연구개발 종사자와 유관기관들 간에 과학기술 지식공유 및 R&D 관리효율성을 위하여 추진된 것이다. 개발된 R&D KMS는 과학기술 지식포털, 지식저장검색시스템, 연구관이시스템 및 R&D그룹웨어 등의 4까지 부문으로 구성된다. 3개년 동안 개발된 이 시스템은 연구개발종사자, 소속기관의 연구개발관리부서는 물론 정부의 과제관리기관의 연구개발활동 및 과제관리를 효율적으로 추진하는 기반이 될 것이다.
