  • Rrecently, companies have made great efforts to satisfy various needs and heightened expectations of customers, and the importance of customer center as customer contact department for customer relationship management is increasing. In the knowledge ecosystem, corporate customer centers are emerging as a new alternative to acquiring corporate competitiveness by increasing sales and increasing market share by improving marketing support activities and customer relationship management at customer contact points. As a result, the interest in the customer center has increased rapidly because it provides the opportunity to contact with the customer. In addition, in the era of the fourth industrial revolution, the customer center, which is a collection of information and communication technologies, has a big databased voice recognition technology to elaborate customer service, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to marketing through continuous interaction with customers. Of course, we have the opportunity to transform into the frontline business intelligence front for customer knowledge. This study is a comparative case study on how the customer center of K Life Insurance that takes the lead in the customer center industry has successfully renewed and established their key information systems to improve customer services and reinforce marketing support competencies. Based on the above, this study will present factors affecting successful implementation and settlement of the customer service information systems of customer centers by independently analyzing two individual cases.

고령층 정보화 교육 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Information Education for the Elderly)

  • The ability to use and utilize information technology devices in the knowledge-based society shows many differences in terms of quality of life. However, in the case of the elderly, the elderly suffer difficulties in acquiring information technology due to their aging characteristics, so they can not easily adapt to rapidly changing societies. Therefore, it is becoming more and more important to educate the elderly who are trying to adapt to the new environment of knowledge-based society. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the previous researches of the researchers related to the elderly informatization education and the report of the actual situation of the digital divide of the government, and identified the problems and suggested ways to activate the effective education for the aged. The following suggestions are made to activate information education. First, there is a need for systematic promotion and professional counseling on the need for information education for the elderly learners. Second, the development of various curriculum that can be used in real life. Third, development of customized learning materials. etc. Fourth, Obtain a professional lecturer for the elderly. It is limited to lecturers who have completed teaching and learning methods that reflect the characteristics of the elderly. Fifth, the introduction of qualification certification system that can measure the level of informatization of the elderly learners. Sixth, building e-learning system for elderly people. Seventh, to establish a new organization dedicated solely to information education for the elderly. When these parts are realized, it will help elderly people to improve their quality of life through alleviation of solitude and alienation.

  • 카메라폰의 비중이 증가함에 따라 카메라 모듈, 회전힌지 모듈, CCP 등 전용부품 시장이 확대되어 높은 성장을 유지했다. 동시에 카메라폰의 다기능화 및 고화소화로 인하여 카메라폰 대당 출하가격에서 전용부품이 차지하는 비중이 점차 높아지고 있으므로 휴대폰 카메라 모듈 기술에 대한 현황 및 시장 상황을 파악하여 카메라 모듈 기술의 사업화 전략에 활용하고자 한다.

바이오인포매틱스 제품의 상용화 : 외부통합의 중요성 (Commercialization of Bioinformatics: Importance of External Integration)

  • To promote successful bioinformatics commercialization in terms of CoPS, we try to explore a commercialization process based on the characteristics of the product. Our study shows that external integration with sector-specific infrastructure is a critical factor to obtaining a knowledge base for CoPS commercialization, and that sector-specific local infrastructure is useful resource for early commercialization stages(imagining, incubating, and demonstrating stages). This paper analyzes Ensoltek's commercialization process on the basis of analysis of bioinformatics industry and Daeduck Science Park. This leads us to suggest the following policy implication for supporting commercialization activities in bioinformatics industry ; long-term investment policy towards infrastructure and software R&D, promotion policy for collaboration, and introduction of commercialisation based industry-university-public research institute cooperation.

  • 최근 다른지역에 비해 상대적으로 정보화에 뒤진 ASEAN 국가들은 통신시장 자유화를 추진하면서 국가정보화실현에 심혈을 기울이고 있다. 역내의 IT협력을 위해 e-ASEAN계획을 추진하고, ASEAN+3 체제에서 IT협력을 도모하고 있다. 이런 상황은 우리나라가 IT강국으로서 ASEAN과의 IT협력을 강화하면서 전략적으로 ASEAN에 진출할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 ASEAN국가의 IT정책과 IT인프라 현환을 심층적으로 분석하였고, 분석결과를 토대로 IT시장의 성장잠재성이 매우 큰 ASEAN국가에 성공적으로 진출할 수 있는 전략을 국가 차원과 기업 차원에서 제시하였다.

  • 패션산업은 새로운 이미지를 창출하는 지식산업의 하나이다. 특히 패션제품을 생산하는 디자인 제품기업은 이제 새로운 지식기업으로 전환을 해야 한다. 새로운 이미지의 디자인은 디자이너의 창의력으로부터 시작된다. 각개 디자이너로부터의 새로운 이미지와 디자인의 창출보다는 자율 독립권을 갖는 디자인 팀의 지식 및 정보공유를 통한 동시공학을 활용한 디자인 및 제품개발이 보다 더 신속한 제품 디자인 및 개발이며 고객 지향적이다. 또한 공급자와 지식 및 정보공유를 기초로 한 Just-in-Time II의 개념에 의한 생산 및 공급자 관계 유지는 생산 속도의 빠름은 물론 제품의 품질 향상과 원가 절감에 기여 할 것이다.

Potential of an Interactive Metaverse Platform for Safety Education in Construction

  • The construction industry is considered the most hazardous industry globally. Therefore, safety education is crucial for raising the safety awareness of construction workers working at construction sites and creating a safe working environment. However, the current safety education method and tools cannot provide trainees with realistic and practical experiences that might help better safety awareness in practice. A metaverse, a real-time network of 3D virtual worlds focused on social connection, was created for more interactive communication, collaboration, and coordination between users. Several previous studies have noted that the metaverse has excellent potential for improved safety education performance, but its required functions and practical applications have not been thoroughly researched. In order to fill the research gap, this paper reviewed the potential benefits of a metaverse based on the current research and suggested its application for safety education purposes. This paper scrutinized the metaverse's key functions, particularly its information and knowledge sharing function and reality capture function. Then, the authors created a metaverse prototype based on the two key functions described above. The main contribution of this paper is reviewing the potential benefits of a metaverse for safety education. A realistic and feasible metaverse platform should be developed in future studies, and its impact on safety education should be quantitatively verified.

주문식교육을 위한 IT관련학과의 교육과정 개발 (A Curriculum Development for IT Related Departments with Emphasis on Industry)

  • 최근 대학 교육이 현장과 괴리되어 기업에서는 인력부족 현상이 나타나고, 대학 졸업생의 취업율은 해마다 감소하고 있다. 이를 해소하기 위해 대학에서는 이론 중심의 강의를 지양하고 현장 실무 능력을 강화하기 위한 교육과정의 혁신적인 변화가 절실히 요구된다. 따라서 교육과정 개선을 위하여 부산ㆍ경남 소재 42개 업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 IT관련학과를 중심으로 기업에서 요구하는 전문직업인력 유형을 조사한 결과, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) 분야에 대한 수요가 가장 많았다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기업의 요구를 충족시키는 전문 직업 인력 양성을 위한 새로운 교육과정 개선방안을 제안하였다.

국가간 데이터직무 인력 규모 비교 연구 (Research on Comparing the Size of the Data Workforce Across Countries)

  • In modern society, as data plays a crucial role at the levels of businesses, industries, and nations, the utilization of data becomes increasingly important. Consequently, governments are prioritizing the development and implementation of plans to cultivate data workforce, viewing the data industry as a cornerstone of national strategy. To enhance domestic capabilities and nurture workforce in the data industry, it is deemed necessary to conduct an objective comparative analysis with major foreign countries. Therefore, this study aims to analyze cases of domestic and international data industries and explore methods for quantitatively comparing data industry workforce across nations. Initially, the study distinguishes between "data industry workforce" and "data job-related workforce," particularly focusing on professionals handling data-related tasks. Subsequently, it compares the workforce sizes of data job-related workforce across nations, utilizing standardized occupational classification codes based on the International Standard Classification of Occupations(ISCO). However, it should be noted that countries employing their own unique occupational classification systems often require matching job titles with similar meanings for accurate comparison. Through this study, it is anticipated that policymakers will be able to establish future directions for cultivating data workforce based on comparable status.

  • Purpose - This paper will go deep into the analysis of Korean Cultural industry development, and the result of the analysis shows that the cultural value of cultural product, competitive product lines and mature Market Mechanism are core competences of Korean Cultural industry. Research design, data, and methodology - This is a case study in the era of knowledge based economy, Cultural industry has become a new increasing point of economic development. Cultural industry, commonly regarded as an industry with high-ended value, is occupying more important role in economic development and social welfare promotion process. Results - Moreover the increasingly important role of cultural industry will hopefully help to promote industrial upgrading process and finally become a driving force for economic growth and technological innovation. During the process of cultural development, improving core competence of Cultural industry is a key consideration to help the development of Cultural industry in a positive way. Conclusions - From the study above, we find that in order to ensure sustainable development of Cultural industry, emphasis should be put on finding and improving core competence. Core competence of Korean Cultural industry is important and inspiring to the development of Chinese Cultural industry and regional integration in the East Asian area.
