The importance of the call center as a contact point for the enterprise is growing. However, call centers have difficulty with their operating agents due to the agents' lack of knowledge and owing to frequent agent turnover due to downturns in the business, which causes deterioration in the quality of customer service. Therefore, through an N-bank call center case study, we developed a system to reduce the burden of keeping up business knowledge and to improve customer service quality. It is a "real-time agent advisor" system that provides agents with answers to customer questions in real time by combining AI technology for speech recognition, natural language processing, and questions & answers for existing call center information systems, such as a private branch exchange (PBX) and computer telephony integration (CTI). As a result of the case study, we confirmed that the speech recognition system for real-time call analysis and the corpus construction method improves the natural speech processing performance of the query response system. Especially with name entity recognition (NER), the accuracy of the corpus learning improved by 31%. Also, after applying the agent advisor system, the positive feedback rate of agents about the answers from the agent advisor was 93.1%, which proved the system is helpful to the agents.

This paper examined, using three indicators, urban area rate, urbanization rate and urban population density upon the status of urbanization since the 2000s in Southeast Asia. This study also carried out an empirical analysis on the effects of urbanization on economic growth using the Williamson's inverted U-shape hypothesis. In addition, this study calculated the thresholds by which urbanization starts to have positive effects on economic growth by using estimated coefficients, and comparatively analyzed each Southeast Asian country's status. The empirical analysis results opposite to the Williamson's hypothesis. This means that the hypothesis asserting that urbanization has positive effects on economic growth in a country with low economic development phase and income level, but that urbanization can have negative effects on economic growth, if a country's income level is beyond a certain level(threshold), is not supported in this study. In summary, the economies of agglomeration represented as localization economy and urbanization economy is realized to some degree in terms of urbanization in Southeast Asia. Also, urbanization in Southeast Asia has positive effects on economic growth through knowledge spillover, the active exchange of ideas and productivity improvement. In examining the meaning of Southeast Asia's urbanization, policy consideration needs to be conducted, and efforts should be made to maximize the positive effects of the economies of agglomeration and knowledge spillover on economic growth.

Recently, the form of education has changed from one-way to two-way and mutual exchange rather than the existing one-way order form, and accordingly, it is necessary to consider creating a suitable learning environment for each type of education. The basic form of education consists of the delivery of knowledge, that is, the delivery of knowledge by teachers to education consumers through voice delivery, so the sound environment is considered an essential factor in creating a pleasant learning environment. The indoor sound environment is very closely related to the mental stress of the inmate, so the quality level of education will also change greatly depending on whether or not the appropriate sound environment is created. However, the importance of the sound environment in educational facilities such as classrooms has not been highlighted due to the lack of research and related laws on the sound environment. Therefore, in this study, auditory tests were conducted using the auralization based on the physical acoustic performance data presented in the preceding study. Through this, we wanted to verify the validity of this research by analyzing the subjective acoustic performance satisfaction of the occupants due to the improvement of the physical acoustic performance. Based on these research results, it is estimated that the improvement of the sound environment of educational facilities through remodeling in the future will be possible to verify whether the sound environment suitable for educational facilities is created only after the analysis stage on the improvement of subjective sound performance as well as physical sound performance.

In this study, we predicted the bitcoin prices of Bithum and Coinbase, a leading exchange in Korea and USA, using ARIMA and Recurrent Neural Networks(RNNs). And we used news articles from each country to suggest a separated RNN model. The suggested model identifies the datasets based on the changing trend of prices in the training data, and then applies time series prediction technique(RNNs) to create multiple models. Then we used daily news data to create a term-based dictionary for each trend change point. We explored trend change points in the test data using the daily news keyword data of testset and term-based dictionary, and apply a matching model to produce prediction results. With this approach we obtained higher accuracy than the model which predicted price by applying just time series prediction technique. This study presents that the limitations of the time series prediction techniques could be overcome by exploring trend change points using news data and various time series prediction techniques with text mining techniques could be applied to improve the performance of the model in the further research.

Analyzing the psychological and pedagogical literature, we found the researchers' interest in the problem posed. The concept of "culture of professional communication» is considered, which is interpreted as the level of realization of creative abilities, exchange of messages, organization of mutual understanding, mutual knowledge in the process of professionally directed interaction between subjects, in which interpersonal relationships arise, manifest and form. The concept of "professional culture of communication of a teacher" is interpreted. The motives that are socially significant in the professional communication of the teacher are highlighted. The necessity of forming a culture of professional communication among students, in particular by means of information technologies in the present, is clarified. The interactive component of professional communication is considered. The types of interactions between people in everyday life (ritual and entertainment interaction, joint purposeful activity, no interaction, game and interpersonal interaction) are identified. Traditional and specific forms and methods of teaching are written out. All interactive technologies carried out by means of information technologies are conventionally divided into four groups, depending on the form of educational activity appropriate for their use (pair (work of the subject with the teacher or peers one on one by means of Information Technologies); frontal (the teacher simultaneously teaches a group of subjects by means of Information Technologies); group or cooperative (all subjects teach each other by means of Information Technologies); individual (independent work of the subject using Information Technologies)). In the higher education institution, future specialists should learn knowledge, acquire skills on the basic rules of the culture of professional communication and methods of interaction and their effective use, which is possible with the use of Information Technologies. Recommendations for optimal professional communication have been developed that help you express your thoughts easily and beautifully, and conduct a dialogue in a relaxed and harmonious way.

This study aimed to establish a systematic and comprehensive operational plan for the library to be constructed in the Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town. To achieve this, a survey on the demand for library operations was conducted among actual users of the Gwacheon City Public Library, and plans for the library collection development, user services, and methods to revitalize use were formulated based on the survey results. The findings are as follows. First, the library's construction/space analysis results suggest the need for a multifunctional cultural space accessible to everyone, serving as both a relaxation area and venue for a free information exchange and communication, allowing for a certain level of noise to facilitate an open atmosphere for users. Second, the analysis of the preferred types and forms of library materials revealed that printed materials ranked first, followed by web resources in the second place, and e-books/e-journals in the third. Additionally, there was a high preference for subjects such as literature and history. Third, a high preference was observed for cultural and arts programs, indicating the need for the future Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town Library to strengthen and implement programs focusing on cultural and artistic themes.

Chatbots are becoming increasingly popular as interactive communication tools that provide not only convenience but also a friendly and humanized experience. Due to the interactive nature of chatbots, they can exchange information with users to perform various tasks, and users sometimes intentionally provide inaccurate information. Considering social presence of conversational agents, perceived risk of providing personal information, and trust in algorithms as key influencing factors, this study explores the effects of those factors on the intention to provide inaccurate information in the context of online dating services and examine whether these effects vary across types of conversational agents. We conducted an analysis of structural equation model using data collected from Amazon Mechanical Turk (MTurk). The analysis results showed significant relationships between factors related to the intention to provide inaccurate information and empirically confirmed that those relationships vary by types of conversational agents. Out findings have academic implications for the behavior of providing inaccurate information in online environments and practical implications for designing chatbots to reduce such intentions. We also discuss the ethical implications of the consequences of inaccurate information online.

Recently, the Internet enhanced by development of IT makes the processing and exchanging of information, As the Internet is sending and receiving digitized documents over the Internet e-mail system. The security of document information is being threated when exchanging digitized documents over an open network such as the Internet. The degree of threat is even higher when sensitive documents are involved Therefore, in this paper, the secure e-mail system on a client is designed and implemented in order to make secure exchanging of digitized documents. By using the public key infrastructure in which encrypted mail transmission, proof of delivery and integrity of the message are garanted, unauthorized manipulation, illegal acquisition and mutual authentication problem can be prevented in order to secure the document information which is crucial and sensible when exchanging the digitized document over the Internet. Futhenmore, by using the SET protocol based on public key cryptography, the secure mail system is designed and implemented in order for the users not having any professional knowledge to deal with the system easily and friendly in GUI environment.

It is not an exaggeration to say that modern chemicals take a leading place in our life, and people live with the chemicals, having a huge impact on their daily life. The chemical industry in South Korea, ranked seventh in the world, is one of the key industries that are forming greater part of Korean economy. The actual state of the chemical industries, however, is that over 14 tons of hazardous chemicals are being discharged annually and threaten people's lives with a lack of knowledge of its potential danger. In this way, not only beneficial to us, some of these substances, All chemicals, but also present a threat fundamentally our living environment to hazards to human health and the environment, accidents such chemicals, unlike accidents general understanding the scale of damage and propagation velocity has a complex very difficult risk profile, that can occur during deployment of an accident type is also very diverse. Is the actual situation of public concern against harmful chemicals management's is amplified by the chemical accident in the wake such accidents, government and corporate and reactive system and management system prior to the chemical accident the need for communication to exchange ideas with each other between residents, providing information is important. Therefore, the government departments and corporations, which manage variety of chemicals, ought to contribute toward a development of national security by rigid control over the Hazardous chemicals.

The purpose of this study is to identify the current status and research trends of the efficiency assessment of scientific research and development in Chinese universities over the last 10 years through social network analysis(SNA). The data used in the analysis were extracted from 589 papers from CNKI academic archives in China and analyzed among them 190 papers directly related to the evaluation of scientific research and development efficiency. The analysis showed that the present state of science and technology research efficiency assessment in Chinese universities, identifying research trends, major factors on scientific research and development and major factors promoting exchanges of scientific research. This study can provide positive meaning to facilitate the development of scientific research and development in universities, enhance scientific research management and promote knowledge exchange. This study has limitations in comprehensively analyzing scientific research trends in the actual Chinese research environment. Subsequent studies need to compare trends in China and other countries.
