This paper is based on the research in the field of geospatial data that Seoul Government has initially promoted with private companies. In order to introduce the knowhow which has obtained through the cooperation between Seoul government and Private companies, several useful and practical materials will be offered in this paper. As for the cooperation on geospatial data, government and private companies should form a consultative group to find the way of improvement and the legal and regulatory details should be summited to related institutions. This paper will offer a proposal about how to improve and invigorate the present system, also, it will help to look for an effective proposal about budget reductions on the geospatial data which Seoul government propelled with private companies through continuous cooperation. Useful guide about how to solve the difficulties due to the imcomplete of legislations and closed institutions provided by Seoul Government will also be mentioned in this paper.
Purposes: This study was to validate the Robotic Smart Work System that can provides better working conditions and high productivity in unstructured environments like bio-industry, based on a tele-operation system for fruit harvesting with low cost 3-D positioning system on the laboratory level. Methods: For the Robotic Smart Work System for fruit harvesting and cultivation management in agriculture, a vision based tele-operating system and 3-D position information are key elements. This study proposed Robotic Smart Farming, an agricultural version of Robotic Smart Work System, and validated a 3-D position information system with a low cost omni camera and a laser marker system in the lab environment in order to get a vision based tele-operating system and 3-D position information. Results: The tasks like harvesting of the fixed target and cultivation management were accomplished even if there was a short time delay (30 ms ~ 100 ms). Although automatic conveyor works requiring accurate timing and positioning yield high productivity, the tele-operation with user's intuition will be more efficient in unstructured environments which require target selection and judgment. Conclusions: This system increased work efficiency and stability by considering ancillary intelligence as well as user's experience and knowhow. In addition, senior and female workers will operate the system easily because it can reduce labor and minimized user fatigue.
Determining of Strategic Business Units in the organization is a major critical process for improving the organizational performance. On increasing the demands for extension in function of health center, many health centers are trying to provide the various services. But most health center determined the kind and level of service without scientific considerations. The purposes of this study are to develope the model for determination of strategic business units in health center and to test the availability of implementation for it. Our model is rooted from the McKinsey matrix analysis of Product Portfolio Analysis which used widely in marketing field. We modified the evaluation criteria of the McKinsey matrix analysis for health care field appropriately. Our evaluation criteria are categorized into two concepts; contribution of service, availability of service. At first, in terms of contribution of service, market size, market growth rate, needs and demands of regional people, existences of alternative services in that region, correspondence with health policy. The other component, availability of service are included the availability of manpower, financial availability, the level of knowhow on service, acceptance of health care manpower. In the result of analysis, we could conclude that antismoking and antialcoholics education programs, health screening program are important strategically in that aspects of contributions and availability of services. Also, vaccination program is important in that aspect of service availability and diet and exercise program, health library are meaningful in the aspect of service contribution. Therefore, we think that efforts to investigate the evaluation criteria for priority setting or determination of service area in health center are useful challenges.

Orissa is one of the major rice growing states of India. The state covers an area of 15.54 mha with 6.00mha cultivable holding is 1.46 ha. The power input is much below the national average of 0.87 hp/ha. Recently, the Government of Orissa has accorded equal status to Agriculture as given to the Industry with determination to increase the power input for agricultural production to2.54 hp/ha so as to obtain an average rice productivity of 3.0t/ha. Appropriate power units so as to be available with in the purchasing power of the small size farm owners in lieu of a pair of bullocks appear to be the right approach and is found to be in line with the highly successful Japanese and Korean model of small farm mechanization . The state needs 0.25m units of small tillers and tractors per year. The present population of tractors and power tillers in the state is about 11000nos. In India, two manufactures in collaboration with Japanese firms started manufacturing of power tiller sin 197 . The present production of power tillers in the country is about 1000 unit per year which is inadequate to meet the demands of all the stats. To meet the demands of the Orissa state, three Chinese model power tillers imported by local agencies are being supplied to the farmers during the past two years. Encouraged by the demand of power tillers in the state, three local manufacturing units located at Bhubanewar have come up with their own model of light weight power tillers(1.5 to 3.0 hp) during the past one year. These machine have been evaluated in the farms of the university and have been found to be promising . There is a target of supplying during 1996-97. The local manufacturers are in need of international collaboration for technical knowhow to manufacture these machine economically to meet the requirement of the farmers.
This study aims to describe the brief history of war reporting by Korea press and investigate the problems and reform measures of war coverage suggested by journalists who have experienced and covered the war. Although Korea press had 50 year war reporting history, it lacks knowhow about war reporting and systematic support for war coverage. Its main reason is that Korea press tend to dispatch war correspondents habitually without training them sufficiently. In addition, war journalists cover the war based on their environment and personal experiences. Dispatching journalists who have few experiences in war reporting to conflict region is another problem of war reporting by Korean press. To overcome these problems, Korea press need to manage journalists' pool who are well informed of or accustomed to Islam culture and region. Cultivating experts who are familiar with international issues or troubles are also necessary for vivid war reporting.
The goal of respiratory management in high risk infants is to maintain proper oxygenation by supporting respiration, therefore to minimize the secondary complications and to promote the maximum growth and development. While on artificial ventilator to achieve this goal, the infants require endotracheal suctioning(ETS) to remove lung secretions. However, the negative effects of ETS in neoates have been documented and include hypoxia, bradycardia, mucosal damage, increased intracranial pressure, and death result. The purpose of the study was to investigate how ETS is currently performed in NICU, which would be beneficial to develop the standardized ETS protocol and to apply it to these population. A national-wide survey on clinical protocol of ETS was performed to 149 neonatal nurses with the average of 3 years and 6 months experience in neonatal nursing, 34.2% of whom was bachelor in nursing. The results showed that about 89% of the nurses initiate En primarily based on the need of the subjects. The aseptic regulation on ETS was used in 83.9% of the subjects. There was no regulation on the length of catheter in 32.9% and on ID/OD ratio in 17.4%. Many nurses administered hyperoygenation/hyperinflation/hyperventilation based on personal knowhow, rather than scientific rationals (77.2%, 40.9%, 75.2%, retrospectively). About 41% of the nurse regulate subjectively the suction power, while 73.8% of them rotate the sub ject's head during suctioning and the half of the nurses was favorable in adapting the closed-suctioning protocol. With the findings of the study, the current clinical application of E% in neonates appears to be based on adult care practices, or personal preference, rather than scientific validation of the safety and effectiveness of the procedure. This study support the needs for developing and applying the standardized ETS protocolin conjunction with the consideration given to the physiologic characteristics of the neonates in respiratory distress.

At the initial design stage of a new vehicle, the chassis layout has the most important influence on the overall vehicle performance. Most chassis designers have achieved the target performances by trial and error method as well as individual knowhow. Accordingly, a general procedure for determining the optimum location of suspension hard points with respect to the kinematic characteristics needs to be developed. In this paper, a method to optimize the toe angle in the double wishbone type front suspension of the four-wheel-drive vehicle is presented using the design of experiment, multibody dynamic simulation, and optimum design program. The handling performances of two full vehicle models having the initial and optimized toe angle are compared through the single lane change simulation. The sensitive design variables with respect to the kinematic characteristics are selected through the experimental design sensitivity analysis using the perturbation method. An object function is defined in terms of the toe angle among those kinematic characteristics. By the design of experiment and regression analysis, the regression model function of toe angle is obtained. The design variables which make the toe angle optimized ae extracted using the optimum design program DOT. The single lane change simulation and test of the full vehicle model are carried out to survey the handling performances of vehicle with toe angle optimized. The results of the single lane change simulation show that the optimized vehicle has the more improved understeer tendency than the initial vehicle.
Recently, the use of one-person broadcast content for special makeup videos has gained momentum. This study aims to analyze the factors preferred by various age groups as the total number of clicks increase on special makeup videos. It also aims to provide beauty creators with useful data to help them create videos that generate more clicks based on the derived elements. We analyzed previous studies and divided the subjective indicators into place & accessories, editing, model (Y/N), contents and field, and characteristics of the creators. We analyzed top 5 videos from among 257 videos uploaded before July 1, 2020. The subjective indicators were analyzed through a questionnaire survey attempted by 60 respondents in their 10-30s from Jeollanam-do and Gwangju between July 20 to August 31, 2020. The questions majorly focused on intimacy, attractiveness, professionalism, informativity, and playfulness. We analyzed the collected data using SPSS 21.0, and obtained the following results: Informativity, professionalism, attractiveness, and playfulness were considered to be more influential by those aged 10 to 30 years. In particular, factors like visual elements, linguistic characteristics, experts, background music and sound effects, celebrities, product information, and knowhow were most preferred. In fact, it was easy to make videos using these elements. The above results confirmed the utility of such data for beauty-creators-to-be in creating videos that generate more clicks.
Today when an age of unlimited competition is being ushered in, we are witnessing a Domino phenomenon driving many companies into insolvency due to the control of IMF bailout program and national management crisis. Amid such an extreme vortex, our companies are struggling hared to survive the crisis. As it is, it is very difficult for domestic companies to invest their capitals in the development of new technologies as they did in the past. Particularly, as knowhow or information regarding new technologies or products are databased or computerized enough to allow for its easier sharing or transmission, the conventional competitive edges are being dismissed more and more. Under such circumstances, the industrial design may be the best strategy or means for domestic companies to surmount their management crisis. For an industrial design may help to create a higher added value with a shouter-term investment or effort than other types of research and development efforts. In order to realize such a higher added value of the industrial design with a shorter-term investment, it is required to establish an educational system which can continue to supply the quality design professionals armed with sense of creativity and practical applicability. Only when such an educational system has been established, our companies can afford to advance into the world markets with their unique designs produced by their professional designers. With such a basic conception in mind, this study was aimed at providing for the data useful to establishment of a scientific and systematic industrial design education system or the prerequisite for development of our industrial designs. To this end, the educational system of domestic and foreign college design departments were investigated and analyzed, while researcher's experience at a design department of Yuhan college (hereunder called 'Y' college) were used. Based on the results of investigation and analysis, marketing strategies for design departments are put forwards together with a new pedagogic method of bringing up professional industrial designers through reinforcement of the design department curriculum.

This study emphasize the importance of founder having knowledge on detecting entrepreneurship opportunities and analyzed how the founder detects such opportunity using what process. I used people who have found and established a company on own as a survey sample. The result is like the following. First, it's found that most founders had business motivation before the establishment and used skills and knowhow from related area of business for their business establishment that led to the comparably safe business. Second, founders were highly motivated in advance of business establishment and it is found that their chance of establishment was not from the coincidence. Third, it is also found that people had pre-education on business establishment was very on purpose and those who had not had any education had a high chance of coincidence in the establishment. Fourth, it is found that higher the desire for the business achievement, more likely that the founder's business establishment was a plan. Fifth, it is found that higher the awareness of business opportunity and vision, more likely that the founder's business establishment was on plan.
