  • Today, Korean Disaster Control System has better change the existed it for substantial prevention and the emergency control system. And it requires the new National Wide Disaster Control System through building up the cooperation system with related posts which are scattered over the National Administration and one-way management for disaster affairs by them. Therefore 119 that might have a lot of technical knowhow should be a center of disaster affairs which will be able to take all rescue, relief(first aid), fire fighting, and preventive affairs. Then it could be a service organization of citizen. Consequently, it will strengthen National Disaster Control ability and it could be a National Wide Disaster Organization which is ready for prevention, preparation, confrontation of all kinds of disasters with absolute reliance by the citizen.

  • The purpose of This study is focused on the directions to improve the performance evaluation of cooks working in the primary school by searching for present job satisfaction and job description. Most of the employees' are women-cook and there were no man-cook in school feeding. This fact indicates that the foods which serving by school are not properly developed for the direction of taste and menu variations in the future. Most of married housewives were dissatisfied with long working hours, short break-time, dirty toilet, and other working conditions. And they were also complained of limited job performance in spite of their capacity and knowhow. In order to solve above-mentioned problems, School feeding is, needless to say, very important meal-program for the children and nations, therefore, The authorities concerned give much attention to solve their needs gradually. A real custom that help employees will conducted for the satisfaction of students, If so, really good quality of food service to younger students will be realized.

  • This paper analyzes repairing methods in terms of symptoms of hard disk through maker's knowhow and skill from experience. However, though an user tries this method, if the user is not skilled person, it can be failed. A defect Hard disk should be diagnosed and treated carefully. And also it should be executed after enough practice. This analyzation was tried by examination with the naked eye, sound, and the frequency of symptoms. And the result can be precious data for restoration of critical evidence.

  • In this study, we propose a way of infill unit-modular construction for school facilities and identify the main effect factors when planning a remodeling of the school facilities by using infill unit-modular construction. This study is limited to have document for domestic infill modular construction such as technical data, knowhow due to fewer cases and research. we expect to study on an practical alternative for infill modular housing specifically.

  • In 1970s, Computer Graphics of still and geometry changed computer Animation of image, and Computer Animation has diversely been used in movie, TV, fashion, sports, education, basic science, medical science, etc. by the development of LSI technology and the large size of computer in 1980s. Since Computer Animation was first used by movie of Futureworld in 1973, we easily experienced the essence of Computer Animation made of the Little Mermaid. Beauty and the Beast, the Lion King, Aladdin, etc. in Disney Animation and Terminator. Jurassic Park, the Mask, etc. in movie. And in other countries that have got the diversely special effect and knowhow in technology are effectively using the Computer Animation now. What situation we Korea are in now, if we compare the Computer Animation with that of other country using the progressive movie\ulcorner Although we first producted the movie title of Ticket, 10years ago, we have rarely been used it in movie, yet. Therefore, we know that it is very important for us to examine the historical and technical side for the purpose of overcoming the technological gap.

  • This study is aimed at standardizing the process of spatial database construction and developing a software tool for process management. Knowhow of five GIS firms and provisions of NGI(National Geography Institute) were analyzed. In this study, the process of spatial database construction was standardize. The system from this study has the capability to manage the process of construction database using GIS and to deal with the metadata of unit map, generated from the process, systematically and continuously The process was also shown by using either Gantt chart or PERT chart after developing an interface for "MS Project". A software "Visual Basic for Application" was used for this study.

  • This study is aimed at developing the system to manage the process and metadata of spatial data construction. The process of spatial data construction is standardized by analyzing knowhow of major firms and the provisions of MOCT(Ministry of the Construction and Transportation), and by appling the development methodology of information system. The system from this study has the capability to manage efficiently the process and metadata of spatial data construction. The process is shown by using index map. Also, it is shown by using Gantt chart and PERT chat after developing the interface for MS Project. The metadata is generated from the process, and managed systematically.

  • 신합섬이라고 불리우고 있는 섬유들의 화학적 분석결과는 모두 PET 고분자라고 알려져 있으나, 섬유로서의 그 물성은 종래의 regular PET 섬유와는 너무나도 다르다는 것은 누구나가 다 잘 알고 있다. Polyester가 옷감용소재로 등장했던 시기의 특징은 Wrinkle free, Work save, Wash and wear의 3W성이었다. 옷감용소재 직물이 지금처럼 풍부하지 못했던 당시로서는 질기고 긴 수명의 성능을 원했고, 또한 3W 성은 전기세탁기의 보급에 따라 polyester용 의류시대를 개척한 요건이 되기도 했다. 신합섬은 천연섬유에 없는 특성을 창츨하여, 지금까지의 연구대상이었던 천연섬유의 모방이 아닌, 물성이나 기능의 추구에 의한 새로운 멋과 입음새를 창조하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다고 할 수 있으며, 일본의 경우는, 직물 태(handle)의 정밀한 제어가 가능한, 이론적 해석법이 개발되어 응용되고 있는 단계로 보이나. 이러한 직물 태의 제어기술은 새로운 제품의 창출과 관계되는 기업의 knowhow인 관계로 공개되지 않고 있다.

  • Smart factory has been regarded as a big opportunity for manufacturing industries. However, little literature has been studied for the current status of Korean smart factory. Our paper tries to find gaps between research and real world by summarizing the recent literature and cases in Korean context. As the present level of smart factory introductions in Korean small manufacturing firms is lower than what a variety of literature says, our study points out that more efforts, investments and government support are required to catch up with the knowhow and technologies of developed countries although real-time control, enhanced productivity have been obtained. In future research, we will continue the smart factory study with the accumulated real data.

  • A computer-aided process design system for axisymmetric deep drawing products has been developed. An approach to the system is based on the knowledge based system. Knowledges for the system are formulated from the plasticity theory handbooks experimental results and empirical knowhow of the field experts. the system is composed of four main modules such as geometrical design test & rectification and user modification. The input to the system is final sheet-metal object geometry and the output from the system is process sequence with intermedi-ate objects geometries and process parameters, such as drawing load blank holding force clearance cup-drawing coefficient.
