본 논문은 5 MJ의 저장용량을 가지는 초전도 에너지 저장장치용(Superconducting Magnetic Energy Storage System, SMES) 마그넷의 설계에 관한 연구 결과이다. 마그넷의 설계에 사용된 초전도 선재는 2세대 고온초전도 선재인 YBCO CC이고, 초전도 선재의 냉각방식은 냉동기를 이용한 전도냉각으로 마그넷의 운전온도는 14 K 이다. SMES용 마그넷은 테이프형태를 가지고 있는 초전도 선재의 형태를 고려하여 팬케이크 코일로 권선된 모듈코일을 이용하여 토로이드 형태의 마그넷 구조로 설계되었다. 설계를 통해 마그넷의 저장에너지와 초전도 선재의 사용량, 자속밀도 분포 등을 확인하였다.

This paper presents the study on analysis of single phase induction motor characteristics by equivalent circuit. For high efficiency of single phase induction motor, the motor parameters used for equivalent circuit analysis is important. The accuracy of equivalent circuit analysis of motor depends on the circuit parameters like saturation factor. Therefore this paper proposed the analysis method considering saturation factor. The saturation factor was calculated by iteration routine and numerical method. this proposed method was verified by FEM analysis results and dynamo test results of the prototype model.

The effects of garlic extracts, lactic acid bacteria, copper and selenium as cholesterol lowering material on productivity and content of egg cholesterol in layer were investigated. The layers were divided into seven treatment groups and fed commercial diet or experimental diets containing probiotics, garlic powder, selenium and copper for 6 weeks. There was no significant difference in egg production between groups. The content of egg yolk cholesterol by combination feeding of probiotics, garlic powder, selenium and copper were significantly reduced by 13.5-29.8% as compared to that of control. The levels of mRNA expression of HMG-CoA reductase were significantly decreased by dietary treatments.

This paper presents the coupled analysis method to calculate the temperature rise in a gas insulated busbar (GIB). Harmonic eddy current analysis is carried out and the power losses are calculated in the conductor and enclosure tank. Two methods are presented to analyze the temperature distribution in the conductor and tank. One is to solve the thermal conduction problem with the equivalent natural convection coefficient and is applied to a single phase GIB. The other is to employ the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tool which directly solves the thermal-fluid equations and is applied to a three-phase GIB. The accuracy of both methods is verified by the comparison of the measured and calculated temperature in a single phase and three-phase GIB.

This study was to investigate generation of the specific neuronal cell in vitro from the neural progenitors derived from human embryonic stem (hES, MB03) cells. For the neural progenitor cell formation, we produced embryoid bodies (EB: for 5 days, without mitogen) from hES cells and then neurospheres (for 7-10 days, 20 ng/㎖ of bFGF added N2 medium) from EB. And then for the differentiation into neuronal cells, neural progenitor cells were cultured in N2 medium (without bFGF) supplemented with brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF, 5 ng/㎖) or platelet derived growth factor-bb (pDGF-bb, 20ng/㎖) for 2 weeks. 기업 간 추격에 관한 연구는 중요한 연구 관심사항이 되어오고 있는데, 기존의 연구들은 주로 동일한 기술궤적 상에서의 기술변화에 있어 후발기업에 의한 선도기업을 추격하는데 논의의 초점이 맞춰져 있었다. 하지만 급진적 혁신에 따른 기술패러다임 변화가 발생할 경우 기존기업들은 새로운 패러다임 하에서 후발주자로서 선도기업을 추격해야 하는 상황에 직면하게 되는데, 모바일 통신 시장에서의 애플에 의한 스마트폰의 등장과 기존 피처폰 기업들의 추격이 대표적인 예이다. 본 연구에서는 특허정보 분석방법론에 기반하여 패러다임 변화에 따른 기업간 추격에 대해 기술 학습 측면에 초점을 맞춰 추격의 성과와의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 패러다임 변화에 대응하여 기존기업의 기술학습의 속도와 누적규모가 추격의 성과에 중요한 요인이 된다는 것을 밝힘으로써 기업의 기술전략에 대한 중요한 시사점을 제공해준다.

Hangover is associated with ethanol metabolism in body after the ingestion of an alcoholic beverage. Especially. The metabolism in liver is forcused by many researcher because, alcohol (approximately 90％) is metabolized by the liver. Ethanol metabolism in liver involves both liver alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH) which actalyzes the oxidation of ethanol to acetaldehyde, and liver aldehyde dehydrogenase(ALDH) which metabilized rapidly acetaldehyde, product of ethanol oxidation, to acetate. Weld residual stresses can be a major concern in structural integrity assessments such as a nuclear power plant. In this paper, detailed weld residual stress analyses were presented for a typical multi-pass weld of pipe-butt weld and plate T-butt weld. The calculated residual stress distributions were compared with those of the measured data and recommended profiles in R6 and BS7910. Defect assessment which is based on the stress intensity factor(SIF) calculations was carried out for a plate T-butt weld with cracks considering the weld residual stress distributions.
