Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the technology trend on developing helmets based on the analysis of Korean, US, European and PCT patents. Background: The usage of the personal protective equipment such as the safety helmet would be essential for preventing injuries and reducing the severity of injuries depending on the type of activity and the exposed environment. Method: Database of WIPSON was used for searching the patents. The objects were the Korean, US, European and PCT patents registered or opened from January 2011 to December 2014. The keyword to investigate was helmet, and International Patent Classification (IPC) was used for investigating the technology trend of the patents. Results: The cases of US patents annually increased, but the cases of European patents decreased. US patents belonged to all sections but Korean and European patents and PCT patents did not. The largest number of IPC, to which four areas' patents belonged, was 'Headwear' and the second largest one was 'Hygiene'. In the subgroup level, the most common largest subgroups were 'Parts, details or accessories of helmets' and 'Masks, shields, or hoods for welders'. Korean patents had the lowest ratio of single_IPC at 11%, but the ratios of single_IPC for US and European patents were 52%, respectively. 'Human necessities', 'Mechanical engineering', 'Physics', and 'Electricity' were used as a single_IPC, but lower levels of 'Performing operations', 'Chemistry', 'Textiles' and 'Fixed constructions' were used as multi_IPC. Most main applicants had patents which belonged to 'Human necessities'. Conclusion: The cases of US patents annually increased unlike others. The common technologies for creating the helmet were Parts of helmets under Headwear and Shields for welders under Hygiene. Many Korean patents tended to be categorized as multi_IPC, different from others. Application: To know the technological characteristic of patents would be helpful to initial stage developers.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the semantic relations of terms in STNet, a structured terminology dictionary based on author keywords of humanities, social sciences, and art and sport in the Korea Citation Index (KCI) and to describe the procedure for optimizing the relation types and specifying the name of relationships. The results indicate that four logical criteria, such as creating new names for relationships or limitation of typing the relationship by the appearance frequency of same type, consideration of direction of relationship, reflection to accept the existing name of relationships, are required for the optimization of the typing and naming the relationships. We applied these criteria to the relationships in the class "real person" of STNet and the result shows that 1,135 out of 1,743 uncertain relationships such as RT, RT_X or RT_Y are specified and clarified. This rate of optimization with ca. 65% represents the usefulness of the criteria applicable to the cases of database construction and retrieval.

Emotion intelligence computing is able to processing of human emotion through it's studying and adaptation. Also, Be able more efficient to interaction of human and computer. In this paper, Be design of check system that matched music and image by user emotion keyword(irritability, gloom, calmness, joy). Suggested system is definition by 4 stage situations. Then, Using music & image and emotion ontology to retrieval normalized music & image. Also, A sampling of image peculiarity information and similarity measurement is able to get wanted result. At the same time, Matched on one space through pared correspondence analysis and factor analysis for classify image emotion recognition information. Experimentation findings, Suggest system was show 82.4% matching rate about 4 stage emotion condition.
On the threshold of year 2000, the elderly account for more than 7% of the whole population in Korea, which means that the nation is greeting welcoming an aging society. Accordingly, it is expected that silver businesses and services targeted at the silver generation will prosper with "silver advertising design" becoming active. Under such circumstances, this study was aimed at reviewing the recent silver marketing advertisements in terms of their cultural and moral implications, and thereby, redefining and reestablishing the status of silver consumers to help them find their identity, aware of marketing activities and therewith, establish their "consumer sovereignty". This study consists in large of 5 chapters. The introduction parr describes background, purpose, method and scope of the study. The first chapter reviews the silver marketing theories. The second chapter classifies the silver marketing advertisement positioning of four style - upper classes style, effloresce progress style, self- sufficiency style, dependent style - and reviews the expression strategy of each positioning. The third chapter examines the domestic conditions of silver marketing advertisements for each positioning type classified. The fourth chapter designs the ′creative′of silver marketing advertisements and suggests the methods thereof. The analysis of ′creative′was tested in terms of graphic gestaltung, and how the sliver marketing advertisement positioning should be discerned depending on silver generation consumer′s characteristics was discussed. The fifth chapter puts forwards the suggestions for the ′creative′ strategies to enhance the effects of the silver marketing advertisements, based on the preceding discussions. In addition, the Perspective into the keyword of 21 st century or "silver design" is discussed, together with the limitations of this study. It is hoped that this stuffy will be conducive to our efforts to face the upcoming′age\ulcorner society′more effectively. To this end, this study discusses the "silver advertising design" in light of ′societal concepts′and ′customer-oriented value′, and thus, explores some creative presentation strategies whereby individual companies interests and social or public interests can be compromised through ′creative activities′ and ′equal-value consumerism′ for an ultimately effective management strategies for silver businesses and services.
Background: Ischemic heart disease is the most common type of heart disease and an important cause of death in Korea. Among marketed anti-anginal medications, molsidomine, nicorandil, and trimetazidine are approved in Korea with unique mechanism of actions. As these drugs are not approved by the US Food and Drug Administration, the access to the up-to-dated and comprehensive safety-related information has been less than optimal from drug information resources used by Korean pharmacists. Methods: A systematic review was conducted using Embase and Korean manuscripts to compile safety updates for these medications. Out of 418 articles from keyword searches, 52 studies were reviewed in full to compare adverse effects (AEs) with the approved package inserts (PI). Results: Molsidomine related adverse effects were mostly mild or moderate, but anxiety, palpitation, epigastric pain, and sexual potency reduction were additional AEs found from the review not listed in PI. Although PI has included ulceration in oral cavity and gastrointestinal tracts including anus by nicorandil, the Korea FDA recently recommended adding corneal, genital, and skin ulcers to the approved PI. Trimetazidine induced Parkinsonism, worsening of the symptoms for patients diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, gastrointestinal burning, and muscle cramps were additionally identified AEs not listed in PI for trimetazidine. Conclusion: Continuous evaluations of the safety profile of these agents are needed to balance the risks and benefits to provide evidence-based safety counseling to the patients. In addition, more focused efforts on spontaneous reporting are warranted by healthcare professionals to safeguard patients against AEs.
To help users who are experiencing difficulties finding the right learning course corresponding to their level of proficiency, we developed a recommendation model for personalized learning course for Intelligence Tutoring System(ITS). The Personalized Learning Course Recommendation model for ITS analyzes the learner profile and extracts the keyword by calculating the weight of each word. The similarity of vector between extracted words is measured through the cosine similarity method. Finally, the three courses of top similarity are recommended for learners. To analyze the effects of the recommendation model, we applied the recommendation model to the Women's ability development center. And mean, standard deviation, skewness, and kurtosis values of question items were calculated through the satisfaction survey. The results of the experiment showed high satisfaction levels in accuracy, novelty, self-reference and usefulness, which proved the effectiveness of the recommendation model. This study is meaningful in the sense that it suggested a learner-centered recommendation system based on machine learning, which has not been researched enough both in domestic, foreign domains.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the trends in studies published in Journal of Korean Critical Care Nursing (JKCCN) from 2008 to 2013. Methods: A total of 65 studies published between 2008 to 2013 were reviewed using criteria developed by researchers. Results: Approximately 36% of studies were conducted with patients. Intensive care unit (ICU) was the most popular site as the study setting. Among 59 research papers, 42.4% were approved by institutional review board (IRB). Quantitative studies were 78.6%, while qualitative studies were 4.6%. The research designs for the quantitative studies were survey (52.3%), quasi-experimental (16.9%), and so on. There was no randomized controlled trial. The most frequently used methods to provide nursing intervention was education. In addition, "nurse" and "ICU" were most commonly used keyword. Conclusion: Considering the low rate of IRB approval, more stringent application of research ethics is necessary to improve the quality of JKCCN. In addition, more randomized controlled trials should be encouraged to support evidence-based practice in critical care.
Purpose: In the 4th industrial revolution, services that incorporate various smart technologies in the tourism sector have begun to gain popularity. Accordingly, academic discussions on smart tourism have also started to become active in various fields. Despite recent research, the definition of smart tourism is still ambiguous, and it is not easy to differentiate its scope or characteristics from traditional tourism concepts. Thus, this study aims to analyze the perception of smart tourism exposed online to identify the current point of smart tourism in Korea and present the research direction for conceptualizing smart tourism suitable for the domestic situation. Research design, data, and methodology: This study analyzes the perception of smart tourism exposed online based on 20,198 news data from portal sites over the past six years. Data on words used with smart tourism were collected from the leading portal sites Naver, Daum, and Google. Text mining techniques were applied to identify the social awareness status of smart tourism. Network analysis was used to visualize the results between words related to smart tourism, and CONCOR analysis was conducted to derive clusters formed by words having similarity. Results: As a result of keyword analysis, the frequency of words related to the development and construction of smart tourism areas was high. The analysis of the centrality of the connection between words showed that the frequency of keywords was similar, and that the words "smartphones" and "China" had relatively high connection centrality. The results of network analysis and CONCOR indicated that words were formed into eight groups including related technologies, promotion, globalization, service introduction, innovation, regional society, activation, and utilization guide. The overall results of data analysis showed that the development of smart tourism cities was a noticeable issue. Conclusions: This study is meaningful in that it clearly reflects the differences in the perception of smart tourism between online and research trends despite various efforts to develop smart tourism in Korea. In addition, this study highlights the need to understand smart tourism concepts and enhance academic discussions. It is expected that such academic discussions will contribute to improving the competitiveness of smart tourism research in Korea.
Recently, diverse information which are location, call history, SMS history, photographs, and video can be collected constantly from mobile devices such as cellular phone, smart phone, and PDA. There are many researchers who study services for searching and abstraction of personal daily life with contextual information in mobile environment. In this paper, we introduce MyLifeBrowser which is developed in our previous work. Also, we explain LPS and correction of GPS coordinates as extensions of previous work and show LPS performance test and evaluate the performance of expanded keywords. MyLifeBrowser which provides searching personal information in mobile device and support of detecting related information according to a fragmentary keyword and common knowledge in ConceptNet. It supports the functionality of searching related locations using Bayesian network that is designed by the authors. In our experiment, we visualize real data through MyLifeBrowser and show the feasibility of LPS server and expanded keywords using both Bayesian network and ConceptNet.
Leading up to the 2019 presidential election in Indonesia, campaigns have emerged through social media, particularly Twitter, using various hashtags, such as #2019GantiPresiden (2019 Change President) and #TetapJokowi (Always Jokowi). This paper tries to understand the presidential candidates' power map in forming opinions and influencing voter behavior by analyzing Twitter from August 6, 2018 to September 15, 2018, just before the beginning of the official campaign period, by searching for the keyword "pemilihan presiden RI Tahun 2019" (RI presidential election in 2019). According to our NodeXL's analysis, there were 1,650 active Twitter users talking about the 2019 presidential election. The 1,650 Twitter users have formed a communication network of 46,750 relationships formed from messages in the form of tweets, comments, and retweets. Our analysis found that those mentioning "pilihan presiden 2019" form large communication networks around four clusters: one for each of the two candidates (Jokowi and Prabowo) and two for opinion leaders who are undecided about the election (Gus Mus and Mas Piyu). GusMus is a religious leader, as an official of the PBNU Rais Syuriah (an Islamic organization) and has a large following both on and off Twitter. "MasPiyu" is an unidentified Twitter user; he only has a large following on Twitter, but does not have support offline.
