Wearable smart products contributed to expand the concept of modern clothing in terms of closer communication between wearers and the surrounding environment. This study investigated the concept of wearable smart actuators and characteristics of actuating feedback. The representative product development trends over the past 10 years are examined based on the method of actuating feedback. A first keyword search from Naver and Google reused to select the final 58 products based on the second key keyword actuating feedback. The wearable smart actuator system works in a similar way to a human body system such as those of the information processing process. Actuating feedback is delivered directly to the user as the last signal of the system, which has visual, auditory and tactile feedback. It works in complex at the device to be delivered to the user. Actuator feedback is divided into three types of active and passive, depending on the user situation, the overall purpose of the product, the collected information, and the device dependency. Active actuating feedback determines and actuates the situation on behalf of the user when the user is in an emergency or a disability situation. Passive actuating feedback plays a role in environmental monitoring to help in a healthy daily life.

The previous chatting systems have generally used methods based on lexical agreement between users' input sentences and target sentences in a database. However, these methods often raise well-known lexical disagreement problems. To resolve some of lexical disagreement problems, we propose a three-step sentence searching method that is sequentially applied when the previous step is failed. The first step is to compare common keyword sequences between users' inputs and target sentences in the lexical level. The second step is to compare sentence types and semantic markers between users' input and target sentences in the semantic level. The last step is to match users's inputs against predefined lexico-syntactic patterns. In the experiments, the proposed method showed better response precision and user satisfaction rate than simple keyword matching methods.

Purpose: To analyze articles published in the Korean Journal of Women Health Nursing from 2013 to 2017 to determine the latest research trends and understand how 2013 Korea Women's Health Statistics were reflected in journal articles. Methods: A total of 130 studies were analyzed. Research design, types of research, research framework, research subjects, characteristics of quantitative research, characteristics of qualitative research, and keywords were analyzed using a structured analysis format. Results: Quantitative and qualitative research accounted for 83.8% and 13% of these 130 studies analyzed, respectively. Non-experimental and experimental research accounted for 70.7% and 13.1% of these studies, respectively. The most frequent study subjects were childbearing women (62.8%), including college students, mothers, and adults. A total of 69.1% of non-experimental research and 88.2% of experimental research used convenience sampling. Questionnaires were most frequently used for data collection. The most frequent keyword domain involved health-related concepts (41%) among nine domains and the most frequently used keyword was "women." Conclusion: This study suggest that further experimental research should be conducted in the future. Also, adolescent and the elderly women should be focused on as subjects in future studies based on results of 2013 Korean Women's Health Statistics.
Objectives: We compared research characteristics of western medicine, Chinese medicine and Korean medicine on causes, mechanisms, types, treatments and prevention of psoriasis. Methods: For western medicine, "Psoriasis" was used as keyword on Pubmed, for Chinese medicine, "銀屑病" and "中医" on CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure" and for Korean medicine, "건선" on OASIS. Keyword searches were done for papers and books published after 2010. For Chinese medicine, there were more in-depth searches done for "從血論 (血熱, 血瘀, 血燥)" and "陽虛症". Results: Western medicine puts an emphasis on the foci, and approaches it from molecular and genetic levels based on molecular biology; while it views psoriasis as a disease with multiple possible causes, it ultimately sees it as an inflammation that is immunity-mediated. Western medicine seeks to suppress cytokine in order to prevent and eliminate inflammation at each stage of treatment While they are effective short-term, psoriasis recurs shortly after. Chinese and Korean medicines categorize psoriasis as an internal comprehensive systemic diseases that encompasses the patient's physical and mental characteristics, and defines it as a disease that has many causes and mechanisms such as "血熱, 血瘀, 血燥" and "陽虛". They use herbal medicine, acupuncture, and lifestyle interventions to improve the overall health of the patient in addition to treating psoriasis. Treatments are effective, but it takes relatively longer to see results, and can recur. Conclusion: In order for more progress to happen on psoriasis treatment, each branch of medicine must exchange knowledge and information more frequently.
Multiple-choice survey types have been mainly performed to analyze students' needs for online classes. However, in order to analyze the exact needs of students, unstructured data analysis by answer for essay question is required. Big data is applied in various fields because it is possible to analyze unstructured data. This study aims to investigate and analyze what students want subjects or topics for software lecture in general education that process on non-face-to-face online teaching methods. As for the experimental method, keyword analysis and association analysis of big data were performed with unstructured data by giving a subjective questionnaire to students. By the result, we are able to know the keyword what the students want for software lecture, so it will be an important data for planning and designing software lecture of liberal arts in the future as students can grasp the topics they want to learn.
This study aims to classify wearable devices for infants and children according to their function, and to analyze the types and attachment methods of the devices by function, operating system, characteristics of materials, and types of batteries, and to identify the points for improvement. Forty-eight types of devices investigated through previous studies and keyword research online were analyzed. Wearable devices for infants and children were classified according to their functions into wearable monitors, wearable thermometers, GPS trackers, and smart watches. Devices had different shapes and attachment methods according to their functions, and were mainly clothes or accessory types. The accessory type devices were attached to the body using velcro, clips, bands, or adhesives. Wearable monitors and thermometers mainly used Bluetooth to transmit data wirelessly, and location trackers used various combinations of 4G(LTE), 5G networks, GPS, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. Smartwatches had different functions depending on whether smart phones were linked to them or not. Wearable monitors and thermometers mainly used by infants provided material information, but other devices did not. These devices used rechargeable, replaceable, non-rechargeable or non-replaceable batteries. Wearable devices need to be improved to reduce the discomfort experienced by infants and children due to the attachment position, malfunction, skin trouble caused by materials, short time of use of batteries, version conflict and complexity with the device when linking with a smart phone, and non-operation when using Bluetooth.
We developed a multi-lingual namecard recognizer for building up a global client management systems. At first, we created the Unicode-based character image database for character recognition and learning of multi languages, and applied many color image processing techniques to get more correct data for namecard images which were acquired by various input devices. And by applying multi-layer perceptron neural network, individual character recognition applied for language types, and post-processing utilizing keyword databases made for individual languages, we increased a recognition rate for multi-lingual namecards.
Sustainability became the keyword of our society worldwide, and it is undoubtful that buildings are mainly responsible for green house gas emission and energy consumption. Among different project types, educational facility was selected in this study to find out what needs to be addressed in order to provide students better learning environments. Scorecards from 32 LEED certified school projects went through analysis and essential components as design strategies in sustainable educational facilities were extracted based on application rate of each credit in LEED for School(2009). The extracted data were further analyzed in comparison with related components in G-SEED. The results would be used as guidelines for those of who design sustainable education facilities and prepare green building certifications. and it would further foster architect's responsibility towards green society in Korea.
Large-scale ontology management is one of the main issues when using ontology data practically. Although many approaches have been proposed in relational database management systems (RDBMSs) or object-oriented DBMSs (OODBMSs) to develop large-scale ontology management systems, they have several limitations because ontology data structures are intrinsically different from traditional data structures in RDBMSs or OODBMSs. In addition, users have difficulty using ontology data because many terminologies (ontology nodes) in large-scale ontology data match with a given string keyword. Therefore, in this study, we propose a (graph database-based ontology management system (GOMS) to efficiently manage large-scale ontology data. GOMS uses a graph DBMS and provides new query templates to help users find key concepts or instances. Furthermore, to run queries with multiple joins and path conditions efficiently, we propose GOMS encoding as a filtering tool and develop hash-based join processing algorithms in the graph DBMS. Finally, we experimentally show that GOMS can process various types of queries efficiently.

Dataspaces are the collections of heterogeneous and partially unstructured data. It is difficult for the users to explore the data from varies data sources using a single schema. And the queries supposed should be allowed to specify varying degrees of structure, spanning keyword queries to more structure-aware queries. Utilizing give the model of heterogeneous data and the definitions of two mainly types of query on dataspaces, in this paper we propose an improved method which can suppose the flexibly query more efficiently.
