  • Complete Subtree scheme(CS) is a well known broadcast encryption scheme to perform group rekeying in a stateless manner. However, statelessness comes at a cost in terms of storage and message overhead in transmitting key material. We propose a Merged Complete Subtree scheme(MCS) to reduce the communication overhead. It is more practical to make broadcast encryption schemes in network environments with limited bandwidth resources. We define all possible subset unions for ever two subsets of CS as new subsets having own key. The modification causes more storage overhead. Nevertheless, it is possible to make the size of a header, including key materials, half using subset unions of MCS, because the size of a header depends on the number of used subsets. Our evaluation therefore shows that the proposed scheme significantly improves the communication overhead of CS, reducing by half the rekey communication cost. The proposed scheme has the advantage of rekey communication cost when the number of revoked users is significant percentage of the number of potential users. The proposed scheme is fully collusion resistant.

  • In the present study, the $SrMoO_4:Eu^{3+}$ phosphors has been synthesized through hydro-thermal co-precipitation method, and single factor and orthogonal experiment method was adopted to find optimal synthesis condition. It is interesting to note that hydro-thermal temperature is a prominent effect on the luminescent intensity of $SrMoO_4:Eu^{3+}$ red phosphor, followed by co-precipitation temperature, calcining time, and the doping amount of $Eu^{3+}$. The optimal synthesis conditions were obtained: hydro-thermal temperature is $145^{\circ}C$, co-precipitation temperature is $35^{\circ}C$, the calcining time is 2.5 h, and the doping amount of activator $Eu^{3+}$ is 25%. Subsequently, the crystalline particle size, phase composition and morphology of the synthesized phosphors were evaluated by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that these phosphors possess a scheelite-type tetragonal structure, and the particle size is about $0.2{\mu}m$. Spectroscopic investigations of the synthesized phosphors are carried out with the help of photo-luminescence excitation and emission analysis. The studies reveal that $SrMoO_4:Eu^{3+}$ phosphor efficiently convert radiation of 394 nm-592 and 616 nm for red light, and the luminescence intensity of $SrMoO_4:Eu^{3+}$ phosphors is improved. $SrMoO_4:Eu^{3+}$ phosphors may be a potential application for enhancing the efficiency of white LEDs.

  • Multivariate quadratic equations (MQ)-based public-key cryptographic algorithms are one of promising post-quantumreplacements for currently used public-key cryptography. After selecting to NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography StandardizationRound 3 as one of digital signature finalists, Rainbow was cryptanalyzed by advanced algebraic attacks due to its multiple layered structure. The researches on MQ-based schemes are focusing on UOV with a single layer. In this paper, we propose a new MQ-signature scheme based on UOV using the combinations of the special structure of linear equations, spare polynomials and random polynomials to reduce the secret key size. Our scheme uses the block inversion method using half-sized blockmatrices to improve signing performance. We then provide security analysis, suggest secure parameters at three security levels and investigate their key sizes and signature sizes. Our scheme has the shortest signature length among post-quantumsignature schemes based on other hard problems and its secret key size is reduced by up to 97% compared to UOV.

  • As for two-phase flow in rectangular channels, the flow regimes especially like churn-turbulent and annular flow are significant for the physical problem like Countercurrent Flow Limitation (CCFL). In this study, the rectangular channels with cross-sections of 4 × 66 mm, 6 × 66 mm, 8 × 66 mm are adopted to investigate the flow regimes of air-water vertical upward two phase flow under adiabatic condition. The gas and liquid superficial velocities are 0 ≤ jg ≤ 20m/s and 0.25 ≤ jf ≤ 3m/s respectively which covering bubbly to annular flow. The flow regimes are identified by random forest algorithm and the flow regime maps are obtained. As the results, the transitional void fraction from slug to churn turbulent flow fluctuate from 0.47 to 0.58 which is significantly affected by the dimensional size of channel and flow rate. Besides, the void fraction at transitional points from churn-turbulent (slug) to annular flow are 0.66-0.67, which are independent with the gap size. Furthermore, a new criteria of slug to churn-turbulent flow is established in this study. In addition, by introducing the interfacial force model, the criteria of churn-turbulent (slug) flow to annular flow is verified.

  • The polypropylene/polyamide elastomer (PP/PAE) blends were prepared by melt mixing. PP and PAE in PP/ PAE were immiscible completely. The size of PAE domains was large and the clear gap in the interface between PP and PAE existed, which did not meet the conditions enhancing toughness of polymers by elastomer. Therefore, maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (MP) was used to improve the miscibility between PP and PAE. The miscibility between PP and PAE was improved and the size of dispersed phase PAE decreased by introducing MP. The crystallization of PP became easier by introducing PAE as a nucleating agent. With the increase of PAE content, the melt-crystallization temperatures of PP components in PP/PAE/MP blends increased gradually. The melt-crystallization of the polytetramethylene oxide segment of PAE component in PP/PAE blends were hampered by PP component. In addition, PAE can enhance significantly the toughness of PP, and the tensile strength and modulus did not decrease.

  • The objectives of this paper are to study the effects of thermal and geometric conditions on the performance of indoor heat exchangers with R-410A for Gas Engine Driven Heat Pump (GHP) application and to find the optimum design conditions of indoor heat exchangers by parametric analysis for the key parameters. The key parameters are number of tube row, number of tube pipe, fin pitch and transverse tube pitch. In the air side, moisture out of the humid air condenses on the fin surface while the refrigerant (R-410A) boils inside the smooth tube. Therefore this study uses Log Mean Enthalpy Difference (LMHD) method to analyze the heat transfer from the humid air to the refrigerant. This study determines the heat exchanger size, air side/refrigerant side pressure drop and overall heat transfer coefficient. Optimum design conditions for the key parameters are also determined by the parametric analysis. The results show that number of rows and pipes, fin pitch have significant effect on the heat exchanger size. It is also found that the tube length of the louver fin is $17{\sim}30%$ shorter than that of the plate fin.

  • The effects of Y and Ti on the microstructure stability and tensile properties of the reduced activation ferritic/martensitic steel have been investigated. The addition of Y and Ti affected the prior austenite grain size due to the pinning of the inclusions. Ti addition of 0.008 wt% to the steel was intended to promote the precipitation of nano-sized carbides with a high resistance to coarsening. 8Ti14Y exhibited a higher yield strength and a lower DBTT than the other alloys due to the fine grain size and additional precipitation hardening by (Ti, Ta)-rich MX. After thermal exposure at $550^{\circ}C$ for 1500 h, yield strength was dropped significantly in exposed 0Ti13Y. On the contrary, a lower reduction of YS was observed in 8Ti14Y. The $M_{23}C_6$ in 0Ti13Y and 8Ti14Y and MX in 25Ti14Y and 39Ti15Y coarsened seriously during ageing, which could be responsible for the reduction of the tensile properties of alloys.

  • Recently, various security threats such as data leakage and data forgery have been possible in the communication and storage of data shared in the cloud environment. This paper conducted a study on the CP-ABSC scheme to solve these security threats. In the existing CP-ABSC scheme, if the data is obtained by the unsigncryption of the data user incorrectly, the identity of the data owner who uploaded the ciphertext cannot be known. Also, when verifying the leaked secret key, the identity information of the data user who leaked the secret key cannot be known. In terms of efficiency, the number of attributes can affect the ciphertext. In addition, a large amount of computation is required for the user to unsigncrypt the ciphertext. In this paper, we propose ECP-ABSC that provides data user traceability, and use it in a cloud environment to provide an efficient and secure data sharing scheme. The proposed ECP-ABSC scheme can trace and verify the identity of the data owner who uploaded the ciphertext incorrectly and the data user who leaked the secret key for the first time. In addition, the ciphertext of a constant size is output and the efficiency of the user's unsigncryption computation were improved.

  • Because of the importance of the information, encryption algorithms are heavily used. Raw data is encrypted and secure, but problems arise when the key for decryption is exposed. In particular, large-scale Internet sites such as Facebook and Amazon suffer serious damage when user data is exposed. Recently, research into a new fourth-generation encryption technology that can protect user-related data without the use of a key required for encryption is attracting attention. Also, data clustering technology using encryption is attracting attention. In this paper, we try to reduce key exposure by using homomorphic encryption. In addition, we want to maintain privacy through similarity measurement. Additionally, holistic similarity measurements are time-consuming and expensive as the data size and scope increases. Therefore, Min-Hash has been studied to efficiently estimate the similarity between two signatures Methods of measuring similarity that have been studied in the past are time-consuming and expensive as the size and area of data increases. However, Min-Hash allowed us to efficiently infer the similarity between the two sets. Min-Hash is widely used for anti-plagiarism, graph and image analysis, and genetic analysis. Therefore, this paper reports privacy using homomorphic encryption and presents a model for efficient similarity measurement using Min-Hash.

  • The purpose of this study is to establish a standard sizing system for Taekwondo uniforms. The sample utilized in the study consisted of 5,679 male and female subjects, obtained from Size Korea Project. Twenty three measurements were identified and selected as critical in the design and construction of Taekwondo uniforms. The results were as follows: First, it was determined that all brands used "height" as a key dimension of size designation. Two of brands added "chest girth" or "numeric numbers" to designate size in addition to "height". For example: 1) height/chest girth, 2) height/numeric number. The size pitches of all current Taekwondo uniforms in the market were 10cm of height for all brands. Second, the study showed male measurements were larger and longer than females, establishing that independent sizing specifications by sexes are needed. Third, in case of Taekwondo shirts, height and chest girth were selected as control dimensions. In case of pants, height and waist girth were selected as control dimensions. For selecting optimal sizing pitch, 2 different pitches of chest girth and waist girth(4cm pitch by KS and 8cm pitch by researchers) were compared, while height pitch was fixed at 10cm. Fourth, based on the analysis of the measurements(coverages and coverage efficiency rates), it was determined that 8cm pitches of chest and waist girth were efficient in both upper and lower Taekwondo uniforms. Fifth, subjects distribution counts and percentages were shown after analyzing coverage efficiency rates. Separate results are noted for the upper and lower Taekwondo uniforms. As previously mentioned, height pitches were 10cm and chest and waist pitches were 8cm. Finally, as a result of this research, key and referable measurements relevant to making Taekwondo uniforms were identified for male and female uniform. In case of Taekwondo shirts, 18 sizes were established for men, 16 sizes for women. Twenty five sizes for men and 20 sizes for women were presented in size tables for pants.
