  • 도시철도유지보수체계 정보화시스템 연구에서 예방정비시스템 구축을 위해 RCM 연구를 진행하고 있으며, 특히 예방정비에서 RCM은 지난 십 수년간 정비보수(Maintenance) 분야의 관리 기법으로 다른 어느 분야의 관리 기법 보다 한층 탁월한 발전을 하고 있다. 특히, 도시철도분야는 매우 복잡한 시스템으로 유지보수에 대한 신뢰성과 효율성 및 안전성을 가장 먼저 확보하여야 한다. 이를 위해서 본 논문에서는 여러 분야에서 오랜 기간동안 운영한 결과 상당한 유익점이 있다고 증명된 신뢰도 중심 정비 (Reliability Centered Maintenance: RCM)에 대한 소개를 하면서 도시철도 시스템에 대한 적용하고자 한다.

  • A new current controlled PWM technique for a 3-level inverter has been proposed and described in the paper. The proposed current control has the simple structure without needing to calculate the switching angles of the voltage vectors. The output in the proposed inverter contains less harmonic content than that of a conventional current controlled PWM controller, since the current control can be applied to the 3-level inverter. In addition, the proposed current controlled PWM technique has lower switching frequency than that of a conventional current controlled PWM technique at the same current limit. The control method and the performance for a proposed 3-level inverter has been discussed and investigated by the computer simulation.

  • 본 논문에서는 철도차량용 견인전동기의 열적, 기계적, 전기적 열화 및 환경열화 등의 절연열화 메카니즘에 대해서 검토하였으며, 전동기 주절연물의 전반적인 열화경향 파악과 국부적열화 검출을 위해 현재 적용되고 있는 절연저항, $tan{\delta}$, 직류성분, 정전용량 판정 및 부분방전 시험 등의 각종 절연진단 시험법과 최종적인 교류전압파괴 강도와의 상관성을 추정하는 진단기술의 현황과 그 유용성을 소개한다.

  • The maintenance CALS system for car of urban transit is a part of standardization and development of urban transit system, and We have been performed the establishment of maintenance CALS system from 2001 to 2005. The RAMS for management computerization system are utilized in a variety of CALS system for user's convenience and safety in maintenance. Ever since its inception though, the urban transit has searched for ways to improve reliability, availability, maintainability and safety of the railway subsystem. In this paper, This system include RAMS(reliability, availability, maintainability and safety) and expert system of the vehicles shall be enhanced in the future.

  • For this research, we developed the hardware and software of the measurement system for on-line test and evaluation. The software controls the hardware of the mesurement data and acts as interface between users and the system hardware. In this paper, we is studied for Aux. Block performance of railway vehicle. In order to this test is developed signal conversion system. Using this system. we obtained important result for battery voltage, Aux. Block temperature.

  • In the cold and temperate regions of Korea the icing and ice coats on 25 kV overhead contact wire during winter is a very serious problem. This generates shocks at the mechanical interface of the collecting strips of the pantograph and the contact wire and extra electrical resistance, which may affect quality of current collection at the contact wire / collecting strips of pantograph interface. De-icing operations should be performed just before train operation to avoid the formation of another ice layer. This paper presents temperature analysis of the de-icing system which could be applied to the overhead contact wire of railways.

  • This paper presents an analysis methods for current collection quality in catenary system by means of video image based monitoring system. Arcing is the sparking at the interface point between pantograph and contact wire when the electric trains have traction current values at speed. Percentage of arcing at maximum line speed is measurable parameters for compliance with the requirements on dynamic behaviour of the interface between pantograph and contact wire in accordance with requirement of IEC and EN standards. The arc detector and video is installed on a train aim at the trailing contact strip according to the travel direction. The arc detector presented and measured verity of value such as the duration and power density of each arc and the video image is measured a image when the arc is occurred in pantograph. In this paper we analysis of video image in accordance with power density of arcing from arc detector and compared with video image and power density of arcing so as to produce quality of arcing from image.
