은행간 계좌이체, 증권거래에서부터 출발한 공인인증시스템이 일반 전자상거래까지 확산되고 있는 가운데 인증키의 안전한 보관 및 이동사용의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 KMI(Key Management Infrastructure)와 복제방지 기술이 적용된 CDKey 가 연동되는 시스템을 구성하고 이를 이용하여 이러한 시스템이 안전한 본인 인증, 안전한 인증키 보관, 편리한 인증서 이동에 활용될 수 있도록 하는 방안을 제시한다.

최근 세계 각 국에서는 암호 기술의 역기능을 방지하고 일반 사용자들 사이에 암호 사용을 활성화하기 위한 방안으로 암호키 관리 기반 구조(KMI)에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며 이를 구현한 시스템들도 개발되고 있다. 그러나 현재 여러 나라에서 이러한 키 복구 기술에 대한 연구와 함께 키 복구 시스템들이 개발되고 있는 것에 반해 국내에서는 아직까지 암호키 관리 기관 구조를 구축할 수 있는 실제 시스템들에 대한 연구 및 개발이 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 암호키 관리 기반 구조 구축에 기반이 될 수 있는 KMI 라이브러리를 구현하고 성능을 분석하였다.

최근 미국발 금융위기로 인해 해운경제가 흔들리고 있다. 이러한 위기로 인한 해상운송수요가 감소하고, 선박공(급이 둔화되며, 선사의 경영요건 또한 변화될 것이라는 등 해운업의 부정적인 전망을 주요 해사언론지에서 내놓고 있다. 다음은 한국해양수산개발원 (KMI)이 최근 발표한 '최근의 금융위기가 해운업에 미치는 영향'을 요약 정리한 것이다.

This study is to investigate the effect of the level of Korean medical intervention (KMI) on the recovery of activity of daily living (ADL) and the motor function in patients with stroke. A total of 43 stroke patients were recruited. The participants were divided into two groups, the basic Korean medical intervention (BKM) and the comprehensive Korean medical intervention (CKM) group. The patients in BKM group were treated with the basic acupuncture and the consultation of Korean medicine doctors. The treatments of CKM group patients included the comprehensive herbal medical therapies in addition to the treatments of BKM group. The western rehabilitation therapies were performed in all participants with KMI. The functional outcomes using modified Barthel Index of Korean version (K-MBI) and Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) were analyzed before and after the treatment between two groups. Significant differences between the BKM and the CKM group were demonstrated in both K-MBI and FMA (p<0.05). There were significant relationships between the level of the KMI and K-MBI/FMA (p<0.05). In conclusion, the comprehensive KMI was more effective to improve the ADL and motor function in patients with the stroke east-west integrative medical care.

In line with the development of autonomous ships, it is necessary to train professional ship management supervisors to prepare for the transition to the ship's safety management system. Therefore, this study intends to investigate the capabilities required of ship management supervisors in preparation for introduction to autonomously operated ships for ship management supervisors in the field, and to suggest future capability development plans.

2008년 3/4분기 해운시황은 보합세를 유지할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 특히 정기선시황은 운임이 전분기에 비해 소폭 상승하나, 유가상승에 따른 연료비 부담증가와 물동량 증가세 둔화에 따른 공급과잉으로 인해 채산성이 악화될 것으로 예상된다. 부정기선화물선시황도 전분기에 비해 하락한 뒤 4/4분기에 다시 상승할 것으로 예상되며, 유조선시황은 비교적 강세를 지속할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 다음은 한국해양수산개발원이(KMI)이 최근 발표 한 '2008년 3/4분기 해운시황 전망'을 요약정리한 것이다.

The automation of container terminals is an important factor that determines port competitiveness, and global advanced ports tend to strengthen their competitiveness through container terminal automation. The operational efficiency of the AGV, which is an essential transport equipment of the automated terminal, can improve the productivity of the automated terminal. The operation of AGVs in automated container terminals differs from that of conventional container terminals, as it is based on an automated system in which AGVs travel along designated paths and operate according to assigned tasks, requiring consideration of factors such as workload, congestion, and collisions. To prevent such problems and improve the efficiency of AGV operations, a more sophisticated model is necessary. Thus, this paper proposes an AGV scheduling model that takes into account the AGV travel path and task assignment within the terminal The model prevent the problem of deadlock and. various cases are generated by changing AGV algebra and number of tasks to create AGV driving situations and evaluate the proposed algorithm through algorithm and optimization analysis.
